I needed a new battery for my Corsa, ordered and paid on a click & collect basis.
As is always the case at my local Branch, the counter service was very slow, 4 people waiting in front of me, only one person behind the counter doing her best but lots of other staff floating about who could have helped but didn't, waited nearly 20 minutes.
