“A thumb drive containing at least 2,000 photos could not be cut in 1/2 & put onto another thumb drive. An answer was never explained in any detail.”

“I was initially very confused using the Just 8mm service. I had only 8mm & Super8 film to convert so I didn't understand what Everpresent was. I thought it was the "parent company". I can't comment on using Everpresent as I didn't use that service. I do think overall that the conversion service offered by Just 8mm was satisfactory except for the lack of communication during one of my orders. It was taking an extraordinarily long time to get the initial receipt email. I asked for a status update and the response was sent quickly. Unfortunately, the high cost of having someone else do the conversions prevented me from using the service for the remainder of my collection. I was relatively happy with the quality of the service. It was prohibitively expensive.”

“Everything you were able to do was done professionally . Unfortunately, the older glass slides you were not able to copy. I wish you were able to refer me to a company that had equipment to complete the project. I appreciated your updates and if there was a question you did contact me. I will definitely be using your company again.”

“I was happy with the flash drive but was unable to use the link to share the video. I had to download the video onto my computer then buy and make new flash drives from that to share the video”

“I am going to give 4 stars cause when I received the DVD it played ok. Then when I tried to play it again it said unable to read and would not play.I tried ejecting and re insert it and it still said unable to read.”

“The product, process & communication was great! I only gave you 4 stars because of the 2 emails asking for tips for your employees! Please just charge a bit more for your product if you need to and eliminate that request! I think it’s quite out of line. Otherwise- a very good experience. I felt my tapes were in good hands since I didn’t have to mail them.”

“The video I received was a GREAT success. 😁 My Mom was more then excited to watch it. She couldn't believe that she was watching video of herself from over 60 years ago. Loved that the film I sent came back better then I had sent them. The only complaint I have is that, I wish that the cover of the disk was personalized, and that the disk case was more durable. “Second time I have used Everpresent to transfer my old VHS and 8 mm tapes. I like the fact that I get messages from them as my project goes from one station to the next. I have been getting both flash (thumb) drives and online but I find I really only need the flash drives. I download the files directly to my mac and off I go to iMovie, organizing and editing. The quality is decent since many of these tapes are over 35 years old. I have created many short (6 min) videos to post on my secure "family" "What's App" and have been able to share them with my adult children who can now enjoy and share them with their children. Love to look at our family's "history" in videos. I have completed about 14 of these so far and I am about half way done. I will be dropping off my next batch later this month. Only thing they could improve is to have someone always answering the phone. I hate to just leave a message and wait for them to return my call.- which they do, but sometimes it does take a few hours.”

“On the reel to reel tape I sent to put on a CD was of the Bob Hope show in 1969 while I was in Vietnam. Rosie Greer was a football player / singer with Bob Hope. He dedicated a song, Ghost Riders in the Sky to our Squadron (Attack Squadron VA164) because our call name was Ghost Riders. At the end of the 1st CD Rosie Greer sang two songs and If memorey serves me right the 3rd song should have been Ghost Riders in the Sky dedicated to our Squadron bu the CD ends and 2nd CD starts off with Ann Margarte who sings a few songs and some other music and the CD ends after 10 minunites or so. I was very disapointed that I did not hear that song of Rosie Greer. My old tape recorder does not work anymore so I can not check it to listen to it. May you can check to see if it was lost between the 1st and 2nd CD???? But I must thank you for the quality of the CD, the sound was much clear and sounded much better than I remembered it. All in All I would recomend your company and have to a few of my friends but just felt a litte down when I did not hear that song. The few good memories during that war is something I treasure. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for giving me something to remember!”

“My 8 millimeter film reels from 55 years ago were copied onto a disk just as I remembered them they were very scratched and poorly taken at the time and they were reproduced very well. Probably because it was over Christmas time it took about eight weeks to get them back as I recall😩”
