“I think the service is fantastic. My only recommendation is not to incrementally add cost such as labeling videos and adding to drives. Very happy with the overall experience.”

“I thought the video came out very good considering the pictures were very old along with the film cartridges. But I also thought the price was steep for one CD. I was quoted $25 for each CD , I had one cd.. My bill cost $200. So I assume I’m paying for the work of taping to a CD. With the technology today I would think it wouldn’t be that difficult?”

“EVERPRESENT restored an old record of mine. I was very glad to have this done. I was not able to use the flash drive it was on and needed slot of help to navigate the link on my computer. Although I was glad to pay for the cost of restoring the record, I am very unhappy to have to pay to renew this every six months.”

“The process was very easy and they informed you via email of where they were at in the process. The packaging was great and labeled correctly. The thumb drives and dvds were great. Would definitely use them again”

“I had an excellent first experience. My second batch was not done as expeditiously and the usb key with the files was damaged so that some of them presented with digital lines. However, they called me and fixed the problem.”

“We had 32 vhs and vhs-c tapes digitized and put on a usb drive. Had a problem 3 of the tapes but they took the time to get a better result with the problem tapes which i was great full for.”

“I had a number of old, but special photographs digitized. The work was done very professionally and I was extremely pleased with the result. The people I spoke to were helpful and professional. The turn around time was not a problem to me but it would have been nice if it was a little faster”

“Would have been a five star but my last project was delayed quite a bit and I had to inquire. Everpresent should have reached out to inform me there would be a delay. Quality of product was excellent. Easy of drop off and pick up was excellent.i lived that I did not need to go through the mail.”

“My reel to reel audio tapes were at 2 speeds, 3 3/4 and 7 1/2; but you transcribed at 1 speed, so that some of my recordings are often either too fast or too slow to understand. I should have told you, but forgot this as it has been over 50 years. In retrospect, I should have paid more for you to go through the tapes in more detail. I know it was a hard job, but I just thought you would transcribe everything and I could easily find what I wanted. Also, the labeling on the CDs was not as accurate as it could have been. But in the end, Everpresent has been very good in working with me to correct these problems. Robert Bryan. robertebryan@hotmail.com”

“Everpresent did a good job digitizing over 400 slides for me. They were responsive and clear about the process. Pick-up and drop-off was slower than necessary, but the service was good. I would use them again.”

“I had my father's old films out on dvd with EverPresent. The film was from the 1960's to the mid 1970's. So about 60+ years old. They did a great job and when we gave my dad the dvds for Father's Day he was very pleased. He has dementia and was very happy to watch some of the best years of our family's life! I would highly recommend EverPresent with such precious memories. I was definitely nervous at first, but they really kept me in the loop!!”

“First impressions are normally last impressions. The process and procedures are explained on the web site and further if you need more help during the phone review. The only negative was the order was not completed as stated in the phone review. I was quoted a thumb drive and 1 DvD disk. What I received was 2 DvD's. Since there is no direct call to customer service I had to leave a VM. About 7 days later I received a call stating the invoice did not show thumb drive, only DVD's. My email copy was correct and the mistake was on there end. However a thumb drive was created for me at no charge. I do recommend that you call the drop off store first before picking up your stuff, once you been notified its ready.”

“The transfer of Super 8 film to digital was done very well and I'll gladly send some more to have transferred, however the process of doing it appears to be a bit bureaucratic. For example, I am not sure why consultation is necessary again after the first job is done.”
