“I worked with just8 mm.com. The finished product looks good. We’re happy with it. The price was reasonable.The only complaint I have is the communication. I never got an answer on a phone call, Always voicemail. And some communication by email. You couldn’t just call and ask a question. My impression was that’s just how they work, and I just have to deal with that. Other than that, it was fine.”

“I would love to give a better review… However, this is based strictly on the amount of time it took to get my project. My finished DVD sat at a USPS facility near ever present from December 13 through December 20. It was supposed to be priority shipping and I was charged as such. Therefore, I did not get my project in time to give to my daughter for Christmas. The DVD itself is great, but the shipping definitely left something to be desired.”

“My 1ST disc last year was great This years was 2nd rate. No editing- lots of between tapes snow- Was going to order more but? After I received mine my husband's came though fine. I would not recommend You.”

“I had a 2004 floppy disk and Everpresent was the ONLY company I could find that would give me the info on it! Very happy with dealing with them! Quick and professional. They also took a 21 year old Sony video that I had never seen and transfer it to a DVD!”

“Very helpful staff kept informing me of the progress of my order. They were able to have my order ready for Christmas. My family was so excited to be able to see the films that were of our childhood and my dad who passed away at an early age Excellent job! I highly recommend EverPresent they were courteous, helpful and efficient.”

“Audio files came back in multiple formats, and communication throughout the process was non-existent ("click for more info about your order" goes to an FAQ, "call this number to get status" -> phone tree with hours). Process frustrations aside, the files came back usable and once I converted them myself to something usable it was fine.”

“I had a bunch of scrapbooks that I wanted to go digital. This was a challenge because of where I lived but with Everpresent I could mail it in and presto! They all got done. Excellent job overall and good customer service. The turnaround time was reasonable as well, even with living so far away. Thanks Everpresent!”

“The work I contracted you to do was very well done but my order took much longer to complete than promised. I was told it was a clerical error. The first deliverable to copy a dvd and a vhs tape was to be ready on 10/10 . It was finally completed on 11/4. If not for the assistance of Kate D at the main office, I'm not sure when it would have been finished. The actual quality of the work was very well done.”

“Too expensive by about 25%. Too long to complete by about two weeks. Titles of products (on DVD, thumb drive, etc.) should match the words describing the products in the cover letter - exactly. I have already recommended your company, so the comments above are not major.”

“I took a 20-year old audiotape cassette of a treasured interview my son had conducted with my father about his WW II experiences because the tape broke when I hit stop as I was rewinding it. Everpresent quoted me a reasonable price, walked me through their process, and delivered as promised: the repaired tape and a clear-sounding digitized version on a USP stick and in the cloud. These people know their business, know how to treat their customers, and will be my go-to when digitalizing family photos, videos, or anything of that nature. I recommend them highly and without reservations.”

“Dear Everpresent The work and customer service were excellent. They were very understanding when I told them I was trying hard to get a the project done for my grandfather‘s one hundredth birthday party and they managed to get it done and ship it on time, even though I ordered it pretty late. The customer service representatives were always very courteous. I like that they use their own drivers instead of relying on the post office to carry my precious item. But most of all it was so wonderful to know that my grandfather who is 100 years old loved the video from his 80th birthday because they restored A home movie that had my grandmother when she was alive in it and in good spirits. For a little while watching it it felt as though she was with us. Thank you for helping me celebrate with my grandfather and giving him a most precious gift so he can turn it on and see his wife again. The cost of your services is nothing compared to the priceless gift that you were able to restore to give my grandfather And family that moment. To anyone who is considering using Everpresent and is considering the financial cost, they should also consider the value you get of an excellent product, that you cannot put a price tag on for what it will mean to your family and years to come. “I got better results off some of my more problematic tapes from ever present than I did from Legacy Box. Every present was more expensive… And the communication with every present wasn’t quite what I was led to believe when I placed my order. No one contacted me and told me they were going to be issues with my tapes which I only learned when I receive them at my house. I think Legacy Box has a better online systemOf updating you during the process.”
