“Excellent VCR digitizing service. Representatives are always responsive and courteous. Experienced a few glitches with transfer of account upon staff change and with posting one digitized video. Both promptly attended to and remedied. Overall, I experienced a most welcome culture of customer service.”

“The people I dealt with at Everpresent were all very pleasant, but unfortunately the quality of the transfer they performed was below what I was looking for. An Email to Everpresent about this was not responded to. I took my video to a different service, which turned out to be better quality, faster, and less expensive.”

“Process and product was fantastic! No complaints there. Not all service fees are listed under the "service fees" section of the client agreement though - so beware. Some fees are tacked on without notice, (even though the agreement says "We will notify you of any significant Service Fee increase.") So make sure you read all the details on the website, (especially the hidden "Extras and Details" section), and the quotes you are provided turn out to be only "Estimates". Besides that - the product arrived sooner than expected and obviously care was taken to digitize the old tapes I sent. I loved taking advantage of the "Bring additional items when you pick up your order and receive a credit towards continuing your project offer in your email." Everpresent is a really great service if you know about the "gotchas" ahead of time!”

“Everpresent has satisfactorily digitized many of our old VHS and 8 mm tapes and 35 mm slides from the 1980's. These included a couple of VHS tapes made from my father's very old 8 mm film from the 1950's and 1960's. Finally, they converted a handful of my wife's moldy tapes from the late 1940's. One VHS tape of my in-laws 50th anniversary showed heavy static in the upper half but they successfully managed to make a good copy on a second try.”

“The sales people know nothing about the Technical process and we're not really very helpful when there were problems tapes. And sometimes they never got back to me after I left messages. I will go to Costco first.”

“I had two reel to reel tapes which I held on to not knowing what to do with them. Last June I decided what the heck; let's see what is on them. On the two tapes were the recordings I made on the last night I was home before I left for Vietnam. The tapes went to Vietnam and back September 1968 to April 1969. They remained in a box until I sent them to Everpresent.By then the recordings were over 50 years old. I am so happy I did. So many voices of people who have passed including my mother and father. Everpresent rated the quality as 6 and they were. However, I could make out the voices and they brought back so many wonderful memories. The process was so easy. The staff at Everpresent were very helpful. I urge anyone reading this to give serious consideration to using Everpresent. Thank you so much Everpresent John O'Donnell”

“Good job! The footage you transferred was done very well. I like the way you evaluate the films before transfer to avoid wasting time and money in processing un-viewable footage. Plus, the online viewing is very nice to share quickly with family members. I'll be back!”

“Professional, but I was not prepared for how poorly the cd came out. Long stretches of no picture or sound or both. I trust your work,but am hesitant to convert any more of my family vhs tapes.”

“My father recently passed and when we found some old 8 mm film i had to have it put to dvd. Ever present exceeded expectations. They had everything done in a timely manner and the dvds were excellent. I got to see my grandfather and great grandfather again. I was also able to see me grandmother smile. Thanks ever present for everything”
