Concept brilliant staff not helpful and indeed quite rude they stood talking to each other clearly about people in the lounge! Eating as well not professional

I have been to many lounges over the years, but i have never seen such bad food, not worth it unless someone gives you a free pass, overcroaded, they should take better example from the Air Canada lounge.

We was turned away due to my partner wearing a Nike top. It had a very small Nike tick on it. Quite upsetting as we saw two other people sat enjoying the lounge with football shirts on and another wearing the exact same t shirt as my partner in a different colour. Will not be paying a small fortune again to be turned away.

Aircon was freezing cold.when approached a staff member they said they had no control over it.staff were only interested in talking to each other and ignored customers at the bar for long periods of time.food was very little choice and left out for a long time making it very dry.I myself have allergies so couldn't eat anything.was not an enjoyable experience before my holiday and would never use this lounge again.

The place is lovely but that is where it stops. The only choice of food was tasteless cheese pasta, soup and salad, well we paid over £100 for 4 of us and only myself ate anything the rest of the party didn't like what was on offer. We normally go to the Escape lounge where you get a wide choice of food that pleases everyone and a wider choice of drinks. Unfortunately they were booked up so we tried the Aspire lounge but what a waste of money. It just shown the Escaoe lounge was full but when we went into the Aspire lounge it was only half full, that says it all. The reviews on trip advisor are terrible too.

Where do i start... The television was turned off. It was extremely cold in there and the food was awful. The eggs and bread was so dry and I had to wait for several minutes at a time to get served at the bar. I was expecting more comfortable chairs also. Overall my daughter and I was very disappointed.

Everything from start to finish. Booked in as a surprise for a very good friend. Ordered champagne - which took a while to come out. The flies were horrendous - they were everywhere - for the while time we were in the lounge. It looked v tired and old and to think we have our pick of lounges and we chose that one at a cost of nearly £60 for the 3 of us, i expexted more. It spoilt the surprise for my friend totally.

In all my years of travel this was the worse loung I have EVER been in! It is like BA have allowed the lounge to have a corridor they weren't using. There is not enough seating and if you do get somewhere tou have a table fit for a child to use. Yeh good station is a joke in istelf and is in no way serviceable for location and ease of demand. I would never use this lounge again!

Over booked, filthy tables.. had to clean my own table after waiting for ages for one to become free. Wifi super slow. Check in scanner broken so had to queue whilst reception photocopied everyones ticket. Apalling.

Worst airport lounge I have experienced by far. No atmosphere, unwelcoming staff, poor food (I overheard the staff ridiculing my wife because she requested a fresh croissant). They were mortified when I told them who I was. No bar staff, so the 'drinks included' was difficult. Plus the sign on the bar 'reminding' customers that after the second drink you would be 'reminded' that you needed to be sober to board your flight. And that you could be refused any more after you had a third. Didn't see this anywhere when they advertise the lounges?? And strangest of all was the 'if you are under 16 you can't go into the carpeted area'. Won't ever be returning to this particular lounge. And I do mean ever.

The food was awful we come we were really hungry and had been saving ourselves - to come in to a few bits of ham and cheese and some dry raisin roles. To pay £25 each for that I was not happy.

Quarter of lounge reserved for another airline so we were unable to sit there. Staff so rude it was unbelievable, one in particular slamming plates, glasses etc onto trolley and even threw a plate away as she said it was beyond recovery. She was also speaking loudly saying "we were never allowed to leave a table in this state when we were kids". Had to go and ask someone to serve at the bar. An absolute sham of an "executive lounge". We will be avoiding it from now on as it didn't have the desired effect to enjoy at the start of our long awaited holiday.

I booked this lounge at the beginning of my holiday to avoid the chaos of the first day of the summer holidays. The lounge was full and closed to entry when we arrived. I had to fight to obtain entry. The lounge was chaotic, overfull and we couldn't sit together. Food was poor, service terrible. An all round terrible experience never to be repeated.

The place was filthy with sticky tables and crumbs everywhere. The breakfast food choice was poor, not even toast available, coffee machine was out of order in the main area. There were small children banging hell out of a console area with out being checked. Couldn't a wait to get out and it sot £65 for the three of us. Walking through the main airport it was quiet and no noisy unruly kids, should have bought ourselves a drink and sat ut there for a LOT less money!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

La partie isolée pie les familles est NULLE. Petite, surchauffée, menu poche etc et pour passer de l'-'autre côté ma fille de 16 ans devait être accompagnée d''un adulte. Les demoiselles qui faisait le trafic étaient bêtes et inamicales. J'-ai une carte MasterCard World et j'ai dû payer pour les 4 -adultes et 3 enfants ( qui devaient se séparer dans le salon) parce qu'il n'y avait pas moyen de tenir compte e de cela dans le paiement' Mon pire salon a vie Moins BON que dans des pays EN voie de développement ( ex Cuba ou le vip est vraiment VIP)

I actually wanted to book the aspire plus lounge at Bristol. On trying to book all links via the Bristol airport site and the Swissport site led my to the standard lounge. On enquiry with the door staff about this I was told that that lounge was probably booked out to Thomson flight, however the lounge was empty and I was told that an upgrade (which I was happy to pay the difference for) was not an option. I use your lounges quite often when travelling for work and enjoy relaxing before setting off. Your standard lounge was full of kids...which I why I use aspire plus.
