On arriving found it to be very cold with the air conditioning after freezing for about 30 minutes I asked a member of staff if they could turn it down a bit as everyone was saying it was cold she looked at me strange and said she would ask the airport as they set the temperature but it stayed the same throughout our stay and she never came back to us with any information or apology and as we left the lounge it was lovely amd warm so we didn't stay as long as we could .

Poor food choice- basically pasta or soup or sandwich. Dirty floors and tables. Not at all worth the money.

We booked the lounge and realised we were able to use ba lounge. We did check your lounge out as it was nearer and we had paid for it and had tried to cancel but didn't get a reply. We walked in then straight back out again as it was full to capacity and no seats were available, There was too many people in a small space, you would be better off sitting in the airport. very disappointed you think you found a tiny corner in the airport and thought you'd make a lounge area of it very disappointed as newcastles lounge is great, waiting for a refund from a lady in your department

We were not able to access the lounge from the departures lounge due to the renovation work.

I bought lounge access on a Norwegian ticket. I later learned that Norwegian flights from Schiphol originate from gates on the M terminal, which are isolated from all other Schiphol terminals, including any of the lounges. I could not get to the lounge! Why would norwegian sell this on line! Because they lie to their customers?

As the airport is under renovations the lounge is situated before passport control. This meant that as there were large queues at passport control we couldn't risk being late for our flight so never made it to the lounge at all. If you can offer a refund that would be agreeable as I was really disappointed not to be able to use the facilities and it was unfortunate end to an otherwise enjoyable holiday.

Very poor directions, website map wouldn't work to provide tdirections in the airport. Lounge is before security which is ridiculous. Absolute waste of money.

There was a poor range of food, only pesto pasta and salad bar. (Of which 2 participants of the party are allergic to nuts therefore this was not suitable). Online it states unlimited drinks however we were refused any more drinks after 3. We were not loud or drunk while in the lounge however they refused to serve us anymore drinks with no reasoning why, I feel they were discriminating against our ages as we were young. They staff had Bad customer service.

No where to sit! All units occupied with 1 person sitting at them. Small lounge with No Toilets and was like sitting in a corridor. In our opinion should be free with a pay bar. Waste of money. Better off sitting in s bar and pay for drinks. £60 for two people for 2hrs is ludicrous. Won't bother again.

I wouldn't recommend booking this it's impossible to find. It was a complete waste of £100. After being sent all over the airport with elderly parents in tow we eventually gave up! Still waiting for a response after I complained on our return home! We have since discovered that the lounge is located before you go through passport control. Not my idea of being able to relax before a flight home having to clock watch! Minus 20 stars least!!!!

Frosty staff originally refused us entry although we were two separate parties. They did the same to another party because a child had a Puma logo on his top! It was a basic cafe/bar that only added to the hassle of the airport experience.

The food was bland.it had been under a hot plate far to long.there were a party of 6 women at the table next to ours who were constantly swearing at no time did any of tmyour staff ask them to keep the noise down and cut out their language.infact one of the older staff members just laughed when I approached her.this and the above has shown me never to use this lounge again

The food was awful, I didn't eat anything as it looked unacceptable and there were flies everywhere. The toilets were shocking, no toilet paper and just in such a state. This has to be the worst lounge I have stayed in.

I was there in the morning. It took about 10 minutes to be signed in. Apparently there were meant to be bacon sandwiches available. What was available was half a roll with some lukewarm semi-cooked bacon. Total waste of money. Would have been better going to Starbucks and saving about £15 for the same thing.

Due to the extensive works at Faro airport the lounge was very difficult to find with no signs as to destination. The flow of direction meant that once you had gone through passport control you could not gain access to the lounge

Too many passengers booked in and a huge area was booked out for Singapore airlines customer. I had to stand, so consequently had one Diet Coke whilst standing awkwardly. Told by the very miserable person at the door to ask someone to share a table but nobody would so felt really uncomfortable. No member off staff offered any assistance.

We had to cancel our visit because we ended up in the south terminal and were not able to go back to the north. We were very disappointed because we had a long layover after a transatlantic flight. Would be wonderful if you had a lounge in south terminal as well.

What a complete and utter waste of money. When first googling the lounges, we were taken to the site of the Escape Lounge, where they have a menu and other items on the buffet. This was not the passes we received, it was for the Aspire Lounge. Watery eggs, cold bacon, no facility to make toast and not much else. I have NEVER felt so ripped off in my life, my husband had coffee and biscuits, as there was nothing else for him on the menu, as we were expecting sausages. It states on the Aspire Lounge menu 'breakfast sandwiches'. You CANNOT make a sandwich with one of those rolls that you sometimes get with a bowl of soup. If you want to get leathered before your flight, then this may be the place for you. We were in the lounge at 8am and did not want to have an alcoholic drink, but at least expected to have some toast. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Not enough comfortable seating. Furniture was grubby. Food looked unappetizing and was, also selection was poor. Staff were banging around when clearing tables away.
