Food was very basic and very little choice- ham or cheese and a bland pasta cheese dish - hard cheese if you didn't like cheese, even the coffee was awful, not freshly brewed coffee it was out of a machine. Altogether very poor value for money..

Drinks were weak seemed watered down... food was lacking veggie food and I thought there was sandwiches there but nothing out... just had to eat pasta which isn't much fun at 11am

Early morning, no seats and packed, area cordoned off for other airline. Only food was a croissant! No hot food available due to number of people in lounge. No crisps or snacks like other lounges and no soft drinks to help ones self to! All in all a poor poor experience

Lounge is small and cramped, food bar and selection was poor in comparison to other lounges. Very little seating available, we attended with a family of 4 and paid £140 which was a complete waste of money so if you are considering this lounge don't spend your hard earned money else where.

Untidy facilities and understaffed which lead to alot of time spent waiting to get any sort of cold drink. Food selection was very poor with little choice atall. Overall extremely poor value for money, would not reccomend.

I paid £150 or a group including small children who needed fed before a flight. The food was non- existent and when 2 small dishes appeared it was a joke considering the amount of people in the lounge. The loung

There was a poor selection of food on offer. The bread rolls and croissants were stale and probably at least the day before. There was no fresh fruit apart from an apple; no toast facility and no yoghurts and generally we felt this was a total waste of money for the breakfast offered. We have used this lounge before and the service on offer previously was better

Not worth money. Paid same for 2 16 year olds as us who can't drink. I only drink cider @ Malibu didn't have either no hot food like Bristol airport. Had to go out buy 4 bacon & egg rolls on top of paying for this. A lot of money for coffee & crisps.

My wife broke her leg, so we had to cancel our holiday. I phoned up to cancel the lounge and because I didn't book it direct, I was faced with a very arrogant female on the other end of the phone. I don't think there was any need for this.

Very slow service yet again in the plus lounge We each ordered bacon sandwiches which took more than 20 minutes to arrive, even at a non peak time. We discovered they were given to another customer who arrived after us. Difficult to understand how this happened since there were only 6 other people in the Plus lounge at that time

The lounge was extremely noisy and overcrowded. It was difficult to find a seat and was more like a cafeteria environment than a quiet executive lounge. A large group took over one side of the main area and were rowdy and noisy which negatively affected my experience. The food was mediocre, at best, and was difficult to get to because of the layout of the serving area. I understand the reason for the change in the bar area, however I did not feel that queuing up for drinks reflects the amount of money paid to enter the lounge. I have visited the lounge several times before and much preferred having separate areas for leisure and business. This worked better and offered a much more relaxing environment. I feel that my experience this time was a total waste of money and I would not return unless major improvements were made.

We arrived in the lounge at 3pm on Thursday 6th July as a party of 3. First problem was finding a table that wasn't covered in dirty dishes. We eventually found a space in the corner ( unable to connect to wi fi on any of our devices) My friend went to the bar to get some drinks only to be told he could only order 2, we had paid for 3 people and had presented our pass on entry so no idea what that rule was about. He duly ordered 2 took them to the table then immediately returned for the third, what nonsense ! Next we went to explore the food choices available, this didn't take long at all given that there was very few. There were a couple of slices of ham, some coronation chicken and a few bowls of salad ingredients which were almost empty, barely enough for one person never mind a lounge full of people. Next the hot food offering two dishes of some pasta concoction which had clearly been under the hot lamp for too long. So to the final offering which was a turreen of soup which was hot and plentiful and some bread rolls ( no butter) wow £ 26 each for that ! We sat down ate the soup which was nice. So we decided to have another drink, same pantomime about only 2 drinks at a time! I went for another visit to the buffet, clearly had not been replenished ( no ham left now!) Went back to the table via the hot drinks dispenser passing the still cluttered tables in the rest of the lounge.I was almost overcome with joy at the coffee machine at the sight of scones and a jar of biscuits! Took a chance on a scone with jam and cream which would have been lovely if the scone hadn't fallen apart due to being stale. So reluctantly we left to go to our boarding gate passing the reception area en route. To my surprise there was a flurry of activity from staff chatting and having a good old laugh. I believe one of these was a manager due to wearing formal business attire. Might I suggest that the staff use their time more usefully by clearing tables and ensuring that the food supplies were replenished !
