Overbooked and struggled to get a seat. Not worth money. Even had to exit lounge to find toilets. Not the experience I was looking for after a long flight and wait for next flight. Really disappointed.

Très peu de nourriture et pas de service d'alcool comme prévu. Très décevant. Je ne recommande pas.

Slow check-in. There was insufficient seating combined with a lack of food available.

Lack of staff, the staff that were there were miserable and unhelpful. The food was not replenished. Has to be the worst lounge I've visited and I use them quite regularly.

Reception was fine. Choice of main meal was poor.. I can eat curried food, which was average, but my wife cannot. When she asked for an alternative, she was told that currie was the meal for the day and that there was vegetables, rice or soup, which was also curried. There was some cold meats, which looked dry and unappetising. As a result she only ate some carrots and broccoli with rice. Sweets were plentiful but poor. Coffee was average but the tea provided was Earl Grey, which my wife does not drink Agsin there was no alternative. It was fine if you wanted to drink yourself silly as alcohol was plentiful and unsupervised. Service was poor and employees looked dissatisfied. Ion hindsight I would not have booked this longe if I had known that there was a new international terminal as there was a better choice of eating places in the terminal. If you can forward me an email address that I can complain too and ask for a refund, pleas do so.

No food available. Lounge dirty and disorganised. Total waste of money. Especially disappointing when it was a special occasion to visit the lounge before flying out for a wedding.

The internet was not working or when it was working it was too slow to let websites upload. The whole point of booking the lounge was so I could get some work done but i could not.

Waiting for food. Ran out of a number of spirits. Toilets were out of order. Food was average. No lime or slim line tonics.

This lounge is not what it's advertised to be, even the manager we compliment to said so. There was very limited food, and due to the queues for what did appear, it was done within the the first 5 people. There was also no biscuits or snacks for kids. I have been to many lounges and this was by far the worst rip off ever.

When we got there, we were expecting plenty of food like as described, yet arrived to all plates being empty, only for two tiny muffins that were squished and broken. There wasn't a very good choice of drinks either and having to get your own flat coke to go in it made it worse. Fortunately we weren't in there for long as we left to go get some decent food elsewhere and board our flight. Will definitely never be using the lounge again.

I am sorry to say that I was totally dissatisfied with not being able to use your loung service, on june 28th, as my departure flight was expected to be from Gatwick south terminal. I tried to manage a change, to be allowed to stay in the South Terminal lounge, but they did not give me any solution. They also did not tell me how to change the terminal to use their services.

The lounge was badly, badly overcrowded. The reception staff were harassed, overworked and unpleasant The serving staff were overworked and unpleasant There was nowhere to sit The walkways were crowded and people kept knocking into people sitting down The food variety was poor The 'hot' food was cold The food was not replaced It was terrible value for money We will be writing a poor review on TripAdvisor We will never go to the Aspire Lounge again

This was probably the worst thing I have ever spent my money on! The only blessing is I was late arriving so didn't spend long in there! There was six of us so it came to 170 pound and what a rip off!! The man that greeted us was probably the most miserable person EVER! The tables all had reserved signs on them! The orange juice was empty with nobody to refill it. The choice of food was hilarious with bacon being the only hot food there. Other than that croissants!! 30 pound a head for a coffee, a croissant and a miserable greeter, NEVER AGAIN!!

Absolutely freezing! Didn't stay the whole time as I was too cold. Other people complained too and had big cardigans wrapped round them. The waiter apologised but said it was the airport who controlled the aircon. I've been in the escape lounge in T2 and 3 but this is by far the worst. I went once before and swore I'd never go in again but the others were booked up. There was hardly anyone in when we arrived and that to me speaks volumes! The food was just about ok - nothing in comparison to the other lounges in the airport. Will not be going in again!

Worst lounge experience ever. Been to many, Edinburgh the most. Dirty tables everywhere, with food and drinks left, not cleaned. Dirty glasses. Food awful, and lack of it. Will certainly not be back, can't believe I had to pay for such an experience, would have been better sitting in the airport. Aspire lounge Edinburgh is luxury, you definitely need to over look the lounge.

We arrived at the lounge and the sign outside informed us that it was full, we went to the desk anyway and were let in without issue. Upon getting inside, we could see that it was less than half full, not sure why the full sign was outside! There was no hot food on the hotplate for the first half an hour, and when it finally arrived, there was just two containers of warm pasta. One with pesto and one with mushroom. The alternative was a salad bar with egg mayo, sliced ham, lettuce etc. So overall nowhere near what was expected. Cutlery was always in short supply to the point where it ran out and we were given plastic forks! There's was a constant 5-10 minute queue at the bar, I'd hate to see it when it's busy! On a positive note, the seating was comfy, access to charge points was easy. Last year I think we used a lounge in Terminal 2, it offered a huge choice of sandwiches, hot pies and pasties, cheese board, yogurts, cakes etc. Very disappointed overall, a complete disregard for service once they've had your money.

The Lounge was full to capacity to many people in the lounge was worse than outside the lounge. Also there was not food left and what was brought out from the kitchen was terrible.

I don't usually write reviews but my first and only experience was not pleasurable in the slightest. First of all on arrival into the Loungue we were not on the system which resulted in my group having to wait and get questioned about our booking. After getting through what felt like a criminal investitigation the loungue was massively understaffed which resulted in long ques at the bar and no food being laid out as there was not enough staff to replenish the food. Due to the shortage of staff also meant that no beer was available from the tap as no one had time to change the barrel, this resulted in me not being able to drink my favourite larger. To top all of this off there were no seats available as the loungue was over booked, this resulted in memebers of my group having to sit on the floor. The tables were also covered in rubbish, for the price we paid the service we got was so far from adequate and consequently I will more than likely not be willing to return.
