No food, no wine and no tonic, we decided not to enter, and heard from friends that they also ran out of vodka.

Food trays weren't filled up regular so each time we tried to get some food they were empty..ended up having 2 bread rolls, a packet of crisps which we had to ask for and the scraps of pasta that was left. We much preferred when you were offered cheese, crackers and olives

Shocking poor food no apology just told to contact head office as it was their fault nothing replenished dry pasta dish and semi stale bread. I will be making a formal complaint once returned from my holiday. Don't understand what I paid for had one drink and left to have lunch elsewhere. Have used aspire before and had no issue what have you done.

Receptionist could not speak English when we arrived and had no idea of what she was doing. Quality of food was poor, very slow to pick up dirty dishes at counter and tables. We will not return, this was not value for our money.

No food. The member of staff looked bored and uninterested. Several people had to ask her to top the food up and it took 2 hours.

Really disappointed with my first and last vist to aspire newcastle poor staff were stressed to death only two on poor food dried up pasta no scones no fruit juice etc

not sufficient food for breakfast,more time wait x new clean disk x eat and /cup x coffe:more 10 min,necessary go out for use toilette,staff not cleaning frequently table,not more English and international newspaper.....! Final.not more use in future this lounge.

Lounge was under construction so they've cordoned off part of a pre-boarding waiting area right next to other gates, like an open space. Worse lounge experience ever. I want my money back. No-one made me aware of this at the time of booking

Absolutely everything went wrong. You do not offer what you advertise. Soup of the day finished, not refilled. Hot food oven display - empty and not refilled in the two hours we were there. Hot food listed - not available when asked, the reason given 'we are so behind with everything today'. No glasses for drinks, had to ask and then treated with utter disgust by the miserable staff for having to ask. O, I forgot I was lucky that the food available was 'crisps' - yippee! There were also scones, but guess what no butter, no jam, no cream - plain scones, ideal! This is an absolute joke of a Lounge. Your service offering is awful, and you should be ashamed charging for entry into this Lounge. The worst Lounge I have ever been in.

The offer is not value for money compared to other lounges you offer little food as a snack compared to sandwiches at other lounges and curtail people's ability to self serve with a poorly staffed bar.

Unfortunate due to the BA system shutdown we were unable to make it to the lounge. I called six times and left several messages for somebody to come back to me but we are still waiting. Terrible Customer service.

Half the lounge is reserved for another airline which I find absolutely ridiculous.. This left very poor seeting and crowded. If this lounge is the I only one left again I will just sit in the main Airport as more comfortable and more space. Waste of money

Very disappointed in the airport lounge. Big group of us looking forward to our holiday and starting off the day with a few drinks. For drinks we had one double vodka orange everyone ach, no problem. Went up to get another one 20 minutes later and the staff refused to give us doubles, they would only serve us singles. 20 minutes later we went to get another once and then a member of staff gave us a lecture on company polices and how we won't be allowed onto the plane if we had drink too much. Every time we went the bar to order a drink the staff would makes comments about what and how much we were drinking. It's really what you don't need when you're trying to enjoy the start of your holiday. It's as if you didn't want us to make the most of the £25 we had paid to get in. The breakfast if you could call it that was terrible. Cold Scrambled egg and a few bits of fatty bacon. Hardly a breakfast! No atmosphere at all in the lounge, dead silent, no tv not even a little bit of background music. To be honest we couldn't wait to leave and get back into the main part of the airport with everyone else, won't be visiting the lounge again.

A total waste of money. No staff present when we arrived, no-one even checked our booking info, we just walked right in. There appeared to be three staff covering the entire lounge which was very obviously insufficient. There was lots of rubbish, old food and general waste on the tables, the floors were dirty and sticky to walk on. The wifi was absolutely rubbish frequently disconnecting or giving ridiculously slow speeds. The food and drinks on offer were very limited, we had a choice between some crisps, some lukewarm pasta and sauce or some "tomato soup" (which was just pasta sauce!!). A variety of drinks were available but nothing amazing. Perhaps most frustratingly of all for me (travelling with two little kids). The kids 'entertainment area' was a shocking shoddy plastic tub with broken Android tablets in it and exposed bits of metal. It was beyond a joke. We had access to a tv in the booth in which we sat but couldn't control the channels or the volume. Essentially I paid over £80 for a comfy seat and a few free drinks for my kids. It was an absolute joke and in no way represented what was offered on the website or promotional photos. I will be submitting a complaint to ExecutiveLounges explaining why I think it was not work the money and will be posting feedback on TripAdvisor too. Save your money and stay in the main terminal!

Lounge was being refurbished but not advised of this at time of booking. Temporary lounge was uncomfortable and not to usual standard expectations but still full price.
