The food was terrible. The quiche was over cooked looked like it had been deep fried. There was no space for food. The choice was terrible. The room was over full.

This is now my THIRD email to your establishment. Can you please see my emails and have someone get back to me? It has been one week with no correspondence. The disappointment continues.

£32 for two for uncomfortable seats, poor coffee, dismal all cold menu. Plus £8 for 2 bacon sandwiches.

The session was purchased online for 3 hours prior to actual departure time. On arrival at 2.15pm a large queue was waiting some of which were people paying at the time. I was informed that it was very busy and seats may not be available which was true for the first 30mins. I took a seat at the bar to wait and was rudely told I was not allowed to sit there by the barman. I paid a further 20 pound for a shower which was actual a good experience and when I had finished found a seat and sat for about 45 mins before making my way to the gate for departure. As a value for money experience I would not recommend it as by total value I would just sit and order a cooked meal at one of the terminals restaurants in future. In essence the lounge is small, clearly overbooked and the staff due to obvious pressure of many customers come across as rude and unsympathetic.

I wasn't aware that they stop serving food after 18:00. I was about to go out of the lounge to get food but the lady at reception was helpful and went to the kitchen to get me food. The kitchen staff would not do this.

There was no water in the restrooms and in the shower during our stay at the lounge. Toilettes could not be used. Very poor experience.

It was our first time using an airport lounge. As you can imagine we were quite shocked to be told when we arrived that we would have to stand as it was busy. The food was inadequate, I would not use this service again or recommend. I would have rather gone to one of the airport restaurant. Over priced. Not a good start to our holiday.

Upon arrival and having waited 10 minutes to be greeted we were advised there were no seats available due to over booking. We were eventually offered two bar stools, however we declined as we were travelling as a party of three. Very poor experience and would think twice about paying £70 in the future.

Date of visit Tue 18th April 2017 @ c15.30hrs: The selection of food was very poor and what there was seemed to have been sitting for some time, sandwich's where hard and curled up, pasties where cold and hard the bar had no orange juice, the first couple of glasses of wine where fine then the third tasted terrible and barman said that was all he had left !! at that point we decided to leave ,by far this is the worst VIP lounge my wife and I have ever experienced, a compleat waste of money and I would not recommend this to anyone

My husband was eating his cornflakes on the day of our departure and discovered while eating a small metal bolt in his mouth. He spoke to the staff who apologised and said the manager would phone us our return from our holiday on the 17th of April. We are still waiting on a phone call. Can you please ask the manager to please call us as we expect this situation to be remedied. Thank you Kind regards Mrs Rea

For what they paid, there was nothing offered to eat . The clients found their experience poor . I am inclined to request a refund as they might as well have not gone it would not have made a difference. This was suppoesed to be a nice interlude before their flight and they came out very dissapointed . Booking reference: CAN-647008-MON Under the name of Patrick Byarelle. Promised a state of the art lounge with an outdoor terrace. Held in a random section of the airport with no outdoor terrace. Was diabolical paying £48 for two for this lounge. If I had known what it was I wouldn't have paid to use it. Very disappointed

Appalling customer service , we had booked the AsPire lounge as a start to our honeymoon to Jamaica, we arrived at the desk to be met with a very noisy reception area, then told that unfortunately there is no available space to accommodate us, and that we would have to stand in the corner until guests left. When asked as to why it's so busy and why given we had an appointment booked there isn't room and the reply was " sorry we are very busy today there is nothing we can do " - The whole reason for booking was to relax and in a nice environment and this just totally stressed us out . I did however get a full refund by the customer services head office. Won't be using executive lounges again

It was utterly overbooked, there was no where to sit down. It is an absolute farce to think that someone would pay for standing room only for 3 hrs before a long trans-Atlantic flight. Try looking up the word "lounge" in the dictionary. As I left still more people who had booked were turning up. Shame on you, what a joke

What went wrong is that we didn't even set foot in the lounge.I had booked it the day before however as we were staying in a chalet during our skiing holiday I was unable to print out the confirmation details. We arrived the next day and were refused admittance to the lounge due to this fact.I was having problems with my iPad so couldn't access the confirmation e- mail to prove my point, however the previous day I had written down the reference number of it,the staff wouldn't accept this as proof of purchase. The staff where extremely unhelpful saying that without paperwork they couldn't let us in then turning away and talking amongst themselves. We found the whole experience embarrassing and what should have been a relaxing end to our holiday was anything but, plus the point that I had paid for something I didn't receive. I certainly can not recommend the airport lounge at Geneva. Julia Wright
