We arrived and had to hang around for at least 10mins as there was no one at reception. We then checked in and went off to find a table to get some food. The food was not the greatest it hadn't been replenished in a while as it was cold and hard. Then attempted to get a drink and yet again had to stand around and wait as no staff were anywhere to be seen, apart from one who was sat by the bar on her mobile phone. I use airport lounges every time I go somewhere and all over the county and I have to say this has been the worse one.

Lounge was overcrowded nowhere to sit. Buffet was very poor with no food left and staff were unfriendly and unhelpful

It was overbooked. We had to sit on chairs in the aisle. Loads of people were hogging 2/4seat areas to lay their bags on. The staff should have controlled these people. There was a poor selection of food, the tables were full of rubbish, which should have been cleared quicker because of the overcrowding. Myself and my friend had to give your staff guidance on what to do. Gatwick lounges ate far better. The T5 lounge was awful.

The staff were not welcoming and made us feel like we were putting them out by being there. Basic items had to be asked for and the cooked food was lukewarm at best.

The lady on reception was very rude; looking down on us as if we shouldn't have been there. Then when I said I wanted an omelette as I am a vegetarian, the staff tutted as if it was too much trouble. We paid for good customer service and as a treat and the whole experience was very very poor and a complete waste of money!!

Dreadful; it was not made clear at the time of booking that this lounge is not accessible to passengers transferring flights (Manchester- Helsinki- Tokyo) I therefore was unable to use the lounge and was a victim of a totally unethical business practice, which in my view amounts to theft.

Myself and my wife were hugely disappointed with our experience in your lounge. We travel regularly to many destinations and this is the first time we have been so disappointed. We travelled through your lounge on 24/3/17 on our way to Budapest, and when we arrived were firstly disappointed with the lack of seating available, and had to stand initially until somebody left a seat free. The selection of food on offer was also disappointing and lacked any kind of imagination, and is far inferior to other UK lounges we have used. The salad section was poorly stocked and had items missing for over half an hour, and the pasta dish was stone cold. Overall very disappointing, and I would have to be seriously persuaded to use you again, which is a shame.

To many people for the size of the lounge. Next time dont sell more ticket or leave more people in than there are available spaces.

This lounge was awful! Far too many people and too few staff and a strange horseshoe shape offered no relaxing at all!! It was crammed full and I did not feel remotely calm before my flight. I would like my money back

Long wait to check into the lounge poor choice of food, lounge was a little over crowded and difficult to find a seat, toilets just outside of the lounge not been cleaned we only stayed for 15 mins and decided to leave

The hot food on offer looked dry and had been out for some time. The desserts were just a sample of what they had left. Toilets-were a disgrace not what was advertised. If you wanted any other food you had to pay extra. This is not what can be classed as executive at all.

I had booked the lounge online. Flight was at 12:45. I turned up at 11 and was told I could not enter as it was full and I could not have a refund. I asked if I could be squeezed in. Carlos told me that it was my fault as I had not been there at 09:45. I pointed out that 09:45 was the earliest possible entry time. He disagreed strongly with this. He continued to tell me that the whole experience was my fault. This was in front of a large group of people. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and I will be booking again. I have reviewed the terms and conditions again online and it does not say why where that you can only enter the lounge 3 hours before the flight. A very unpleasant experience and I will not recommend to any fellow travellers.

It was dirty (including the toilets). Trash everywhere and very bad service. Employees were not kind when a question was asked. No food or wine when I arrived. It took 30 minutes to get some food which was very bad quality. I paid 41$ (including taxes) to get in and I will never do it again.

They could not get there because it was at a different terminal and nobody said so at the time of booking. it was for my Mom and Dad's 37th wedding anniversary so no I am not impressed.

We were shocked at how bad everything was, it was a waste of money. There was not enough choice on food. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a drink each time. There was no internet available and the staff would not help. Service was not good. We would not go back, a waste of money.

I was charged $25 per person for what I thought was full use of the lounge. Instead, I was told I had to pay for use of the showers, pay for any mixed drinks, pay for any meals and pay for to store any luggage. Most of this was either unclear or vague on its website. For a family of 4, it was a complete waste of money. The food was a buffet of stale pasta and packaged food. The free drinks were tab beer and wine. Most if the charging stations didn't work and the quiet area wasn't enforced. When I asked about the above, I was essentially told .. "too bad". What a monumental waste of money. I could have gotten more by simply using the free seating outside.

Half the power sockets didn't work, I had to move four times! I commented on this and was told that yes it was known about but was difficult to get the time to fix. Food not really that good. Not worth £30.
