When we arrived the receptionist was telling the couple in front that they were at capacity, this made us wonder if there would be any seating. After we booked in we looked all around the lounge and there were no seats at all and no refreshments, it seems that at the time of booking (a few weeks before we went) they didn't mind taking our money but when it came to delivering what we'd paid for they were very much lacking. Very disappointed, complete waste of money we left and waited down stairs. Would NOT book again or recommend to anyone, they take your money and over fill the lounge !!

Aspire at Inverness, room was messy, poor choice, breakfast cereals still out out 3pm, tray of crisps not made available. TV was on and was very loud, reception was poor so was crackling and no one was watching it. Host was on the phone the whole time I was there, never entered the room once. Was very disappointed and not worth the money I paid.

We arrived late due to an over turned lorry on the motorway so only had 10 minutes before departure. This was no ones fault at all but meant we had to quickly get in grab a drink and leave otherwise was a huge waste of money. My mother was in a wheelchair and the room was just not adaptable at all to cater for this. The staff were rude, not interested and didn't even offer to help. I had to move chair and tables myself to get round and was almost on the verge of tears. What was meant to be a nice relaxing start to the holiday extremely upsetting. Staff muttered under there breathe as my mum and wheelchair were in there way, no offer of can we can help. After reading bad reviews on the other lunge i had booked here in hope there would be good service. The room was not equipped for people with disabilities which is very upsetting, why should we lose out?

Booked and paid for access to the lounge in advance, when we got there, we were told that it was full - no where to sit/stand so couldn't stay. Extremely disappointed and no refund given.

the first issue is that there wasn't any seating available. It wasn't packed - the problem was that people were either sprawled across the few sofas that you had or used seating as a place to store their bags! The staff didn't seem to care at all. The choice of refreshments was also very limited. I suppose mainly because the lounge is so small and awkwardly located you have no room? Four items constituted what hot food you had on offer. I had to keep returning as the serving dishes were empty the first few times I attempted to get something to eat - Very disappointing. The staff would silently go from table to table cleaning up and began cleaning the small table we managed to get while we were still eating! This made me feel like I was in their way. There was no smile and no response when I offered a 'good morning'. Hen my wife attempted to get a drink from the bar there were no bar staff. She waited approx 5 minutes before managing to flag down a staff member who were basically ignoring her. We have used other lounges, notably at Stansted airport where we enjoyed a newspaper etc and used other facilities. There were none here. You have the cheek to charge a lot extra for spa facilities so it felt like there were two tiers of payment required to use all your facilities. This was not advertised. For the money I paid (£70 odd for two of us) I managed to get a sausage roll, a couple of cups of tea and a cola. We left well before our flight was called.

I was really disappointed with the food that was on offer it was definitely not worth the cost we paid. Also I didn't feel that the staff were very helpful, when we arrived I asked one of the staff where do you order the hot food to which they said there just there and wAlked away. I do not think I would book Aspire lounges again

Really poor experience. Booked from 5.30pm on Dec 25th for 3 hours ahead of a 2 day journey to new Zealand. Was looking forward to the relaxation but on arrival just before 6 we were told that the lounge was closing and we were to leave. Apparently some glitch in the system allowed us to book and for our payment to be immediately taken. We were not advised before we arrived and also had to claim the refund. It was not done automatically. Completely understanding of the need for the lounge to close early but it was totally unacceptable for the booking to be accepted when it was known the lounge would be closed

I arrived to a long waiting que only to be told that the showers would only be available at 3:15 pm and my flight was leaving at 2:45 pm. The GBP29.00 was for drinks and food only. I will not be using your services again nor my friends. The online booking is a joke.

On arrival at the executive lounge, we were greeted in a friendly manner by a lady at the front desk. As we ventured into the lounge, we were slightly dissapointed by the range of food and drinks on offer. When I enquired about ordering hot food, the 3 ladies on the bar were not very helpful and I was left waiting for five minutes to be served whilst they discussed their Christmas shifts and plans, and they could very clearly see me stood there. We were left waiting for our food for quite a while, which left us with little time to relax before our flight. I feel like the trip to this lounge was not worth the money we paid, and having visited other lounges at Manchester Airport, we will not be visiting again.

The lounge is very dated with 80s decor and no view. Staff are dis-interested. Poor range of food and drinks. Had a bacon sandwich which was rock hard and dried out.

Basically I paid $100 for a hallway with some uncomfortable chairs. It took me 15 minutes to sit down because all the seats were taken. Bad, dried out quiche and soggy salad is not worth the money! Should have spent my time and money elsewhere.

Not enough gluten free choice. Signs saying ask staff about allergens who don't know anything and their answer is 'put it in writing'. Customer services don't give a damn either!

The Aspire lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 was extremely disappointing. It was like an add on to the corner of the airport, an afterthought. Your pass is for three hours yet you can only attend three hours before the departure time of your flight so you don't even get the three hours you've paid for as you have to leave to board long before your departure time, I felt it was a con.

We visited the Aspire Lounge at Manchester Airport and were met with no welcome, despite the fact there were 3 members of staff at the reception desk chatting. There were no newspapers and no croissants available. The coffee was poor and there was no speciality coffees available. The tables had not been cleared and the seating was messy and disarranged. There was one toilet available for all the lounges and the queue meant we had to go back into the main hall so we didn't bother going back in the lounge - it was inferior to what was available outside. A very expensive lesson learned. Don't bother.
