No place to sit, service was bad, food was bad. Everything was bad. Reception service was worst.

From the moment of arrival it was a bad experience. Firstly it took 15mins to enter with rude staff. Then the list goes on: - no toilets in lounge - bar tender didn't know how to open bottle of prosecco, to work in anlounge was she not given training? - we were given half a glass in a VERY dirty glass. All of them were dirty. Even my water glass had lip marks on. - all further drinks to be at additional costs- this was not made clear. - food was terrible, worse than value at Asda. Coleslaw was watery. Quiche was not fresh. Pasta salad was jelly-like. - within lounge not one seat was free - no space at all to move around, very uncomfortable - no sockets worked! I couldn't charge my phone never mind work! Absolute waste of money and time. We booked this to make our transfer more enjoyable. It was embarrassing and a big mistake. You should not call yourselves a lounge. I have travelled with many airlines and in many classes and I have never experienced anything like this. We would have had a better experience sitting in macdonalds at least there would not have been any pretence at what we were getting for our money.

Very poor food selection, almost nothing for Gluten Free option, crisps (chips) and some wilted spinach, or some rubber cheese and some cold cuts. No hot food available, as was pasta. Could not verify if soup contained any wheat. Both red and white wine bottles empty when we arrived. Lounge was VERY bright, opposite of relaxing. Very difficult to find, also. Not a good experience, we will not return.

We felt it was a total waste of money. The comfortable seats were all reserved. The food was dull and tasteless and we would have been better off going to one of the airport restaurants.

This was a birthday gift pre holiday .when I went to the bar there was no one there then a lady came from out back and I asked for a vodka and tonic and she did not understand what I wanted I then asked for 2 glasses of presecco instead she then said I could only have one glass and needed to pay for the second I then had to explain that there were 2 of us so it was 1 each .Terrible service

Compared to any other lounges we have ever visited (5 a year av.) This was by far the worst. the directions were appalling; it took over 30 mins to get there and then the location was situated on a concourse overlooking the shops which was very noisy. The food was of sub standard quality and I was poorly the next day. I would not pay for this service again. Use marharba - we're trying that next time.

No toilets facilities in the lounge, tables were not cleared, rolls were hard as had been under the heat lamp too long, staff calling across the room to each other, I believe this was the manager. Nobody manning the bar & when they eventually arrived I was told I could only have one glass of prosecco & challenged if I had already had one. A member of staff was arguing with a customer about a reserved table. Not at all what I was expecting as the lounge at Gatwick is far superior! Certainly would not use your facility in the future or recommend!

We arrived to be greeted by a packed lounge that had been utterly decimated by the hordes of people heading to a football match. There was nowhere to sit, no food left (apart from some apples), no mugs or glasses for drinks and because it was utterly rammed in there myself, my mother and my baby daughter sat outside instead. So I paid for nothing essentially. It is pointless operating a lounge if you are unable to manage the number of people entering. Especially with a lounge that small, i mean it probably has the capacity for no more than 40 people at a time. If it is full DONT LET PEOPLE BOOK IT. Poor poor poor!

Tables were dirty - my wife and I had to clear the table ourselves. Children and adults were using their hands to serve themselves snacks, such as loose peanuts. Adults were picking up foodstuffs, both cold and hot with their hands, and worse were licking their fingers before picking up another item. Ultimately, so put off were we that we had a coffee and some sealed crackers and left. Ultimately, given that this is a lounge that one pays for, there is a certain expectation of cleanliness and hygiene, not to mention parental control over children which should be provided.

Very limited food, lounge busy with limited seating which as also oncomfortable and wi-fi would not connect, was slow or kept dropping out. Wanted a bag of crisps but was told they were not available till 11am. Total waste of money.

Paid £100 for a waste lounge was very busy, hardly any food out and was cold, staff not bothered with food or customer service. Booked this at Gatwick 2015 and was really impressed you could learn a lot from them. Room itself was cramped and not at all relaxing stayed in here for only an hour and went to Wetherspoon and got a better service. Will not be doing this again and will be putting this on trip advisor wish we'd looked before we booked this absolute disgusting and waste of money
