The actual lounge furniture and fittings were very nice. Much improved since last visit. However the coffee machine was not working and most of the food was finished when we arrived. Had to wait for more soup to be heated. Food very limited and cutlery was not available at the beginning. Assistant did go and get us coffee but not the service we expected. Tables were not cleared which was also off putting. We were told that they had been very busy which may have been the case but is not what we would have hoped for.

the lounge this website recommended was not even in the same terminal as my flight so I could not use the lounge, total waste of time and money. would not use this website again!

We visited lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 - it was like being in a corridor, receptionist was rude and the bar tender was even more so, she was miserable and grunted when we asked a question. The only positive note was the lady who cleared the tables, she was smiling!! Selection of food was poor bearing in mind we have used the lounges previously and found them to be very acceptable, hence re booking however this particular lounge was a total let down !!

On arrival at the airport, we had ordered assistance for my partner as he is dying from cancer. we were told to "sit there and wait, someone will be with you when they can." due to the lack of communication and organization of the Emirates staff, we were not given enough time to even visit the lounge. after such a lovely time in Dubai, saying a final goodbye to my partners daughter, it was ruined at the airport by the staff. we spent our last bit of money on the lounge as we wanted to finish off our holiday in comfort. sadly this was not the case, and money wasted.

Worst lounge I've ever been in. We actually chose to leave and eat in the airport. Not too sure what you are paying for here! Food available was atrocious. The seats felt like we were sitting in a corridor. Warm beer, bad wine, spa was closed even though it was afternoon. Toilets in the main airport?? Will not be returning ever!

The lounge was very small, cramped and dirty. It was packed with kids so was really noisy and the opposite of relaxing! All the tables were dirty and there was food all over the floor. We had our first drink and then went back down to the main bars in the terminal where it was quieter and more relaxing. Never again will I book this lounge, awful!

The lounge was incredibly busy and the staff were very harassed. It was not a pleasant experience. There was no one working behind the bar most of the time (luckily i don't drink at 9am in the morning) and bacon sandwiches were stale even though they were supposedly freshly made. It was incredibly disappointing and nothing like the lounges I have stayed in at other airports. Next time I will spend time in the Spinning Jenny pub which looked much nicer, had better food and was quieter. Don't waste your money.

Surly staff, cold coffee, inedible food...pretty much the worst executive lounge I have ever visited. The toilets are staff toilets, it seems, and there wasn't even a newspaper to read. A joke...

Lounge wasn't really what I expected and wasn't what was described on the website. We were heading on our honeymoon and wanted a different experience to start our trip. Poor quality food products and choice, self service coffee from a machine and and as a coeliac I had very limited choice. When I asked what I could eat they offered me a biscuit and had no other gluten free options available. The lounge felt unfinished and the service wasn't great and staff seemed disinterested and unknowledable. We left and I asked for a refund in which I received however the response I received said that I could have also had fruit to eat - which they obviously thought for £25 a piece of fruit and a biscuit would be sufficient. The website stated we would receive a free glass of prosecco which was not offered to us. The food choice, ambience and quality at Heathrow airport is so much better than in this lounge I'm not sure why you would bother.

There was a lot of shortages of drinks. No beer, no cider, no gin, no vodka, little food. They were unable to replenish it either for some apparent reason. Very poor.

We had booked the Aspire lounge in Heathrow for November 9, 2016. We were not admitted to the lounge because our time had expired. I booked the lounge online and entered the arrival time of our flight as requested by your website. However, according to the receptionist at the Aspire lounge our time started 3 hours before our flight arrived so by the time we were ready to go to the lounge our time had expired. Our lounge booking states that the earliest entry was at 9:00 but 9:00 was really the LATEST entry time because when we arrived at 12:05 our time had expired. This is very misleading since 'earliest entry' implies that one can enter at a later time. We were very disappointed by your service and your website. Your website should make it clear that the flight arrival time is actually the departure time for the flight leaving Heathrow. We are booked for the Aspire lounge on November 28 with the earliest entry at 5:00 which is one hour and forty five minutes before our arrival time from Mumbai. Can we change this to 11:00 without incurring a penalty? We feel you owe us that much at least not to mention we feel we should be reimbursed for the time we were denied entry. Had to wait to get in (a long time) despite pre-booking. No staff behind the bar, had to wait ages until someone appeared so we could be served. £30 is a lot of money per person for poor service.

We (4 people) booked well in advance of our trip and we were refused entry as the lounge was overbooked - and told, even though we booked directly with the Swissair lounge we wouldn't be refunded - a very expensive non- start to our holiday.
