Very disappointed. After flying all night, I was looking forward to some quiet time in a comfortable seat. The chair, when I managed to find one, was anything but comfortable. I guess they need some refurbishing. I was offered a choice of hot and cold drinks..Some obviously tinned pasta and vegetable soup, prepacked pieces of cheddar and biscuits.Dry portions of cake. The fresh fruit was the tastiest choices offered. I did not wish to drink myself silly before my flight. It would seem the lounge is now an excuse to do just that.

The lounge was packed and felt cramped. After we went to the front desk we were left to ourselves with no introduction or anything. People were sat at tables with hand luggage on vacant chairs so we couldn't sit down then it was a free for all to get a seat when someone left. We would not do it again and wont be recommending it to anyone.

Arrived after a horrendous experience through security to find the servery area wiped out with no food left. Whilst I apprecaite you cannot control human nature, there should have been some attempt to assure the customer faced with nothing to eat that the staff were attempting to replenish - so £100 for 4 incl. one 14 yr old for one bowl of soup, one coke and three alcoholic drinks is excessive and the rates I would expect from 5*, not the mediocre experience we had. To add insult to unjury the staff on the desk cant even lift their heads to say goodbye when you depart the lounge, they are disinterersted and too busy talking to each other to even notice 4 people leaving. So disapponted and the only benefit experienced was the smoking deck my husband was able to use, so expensive smoke in my opinion; sadly!

Only got an hour and a half in lounge due to not being able to go through security until 3hrs before flight and the lounge closing early on a Saturday (not advertised )

A rip off! I arrived Gatwick from Bergen flight DY7174 10/26/16 in the South Terminal only to find that it was not practical to go to your North terminal location. To make my arrival even worse I was robbed by the Security people (TSA in The USA). While they distracted me with a full body scan (I am 80) shoes and belt off they took all my toiletry items, medical ointment, 45 euros and a "Norway" cap. William Mahoney Southwest Harbor, Maine

Overcrowded. Food was cold (breakfast). Stood at the bar for 20 minutes before being served. Travel through many lounges on business numerous times a month. LHR T5 has got to be the worst! Why so small at such a large terminal?

We were unable to get a seat in the lounge at schipol airport due to it being so busy. I had booked the lounge as we had been travelling since 2:30am and needed to have some breakfast etc in what should have been a relaxed, peacefull environment. i cannot comprehend why the lounge would continue to be booked when it is at capacity, and when this was suggested to the staff they stated they didn't know when it was full as the ounge is booked via various sources. Regardless, capacity is capacity. This was not a positive experience and not one that i will want to have again

The soup was cold, the quiche dry, pasta dry and over cooked , salad either run out or wilted. No cutlery for 10 minutes. No plates. Huge piles of used plates and cutlery on every table. Toilets dirty. Poor experience for £25 per person. I complained to no avail.

Insufficient food not as Internet states it's very misleading. Bar staff not friendly. Very poor and not worth 46 pound for myself and mum. Would not go back and not recommend it.

Its just really tired and old and shoddy in there. TVs are partly broken, food was poor quality, coffee was average, selection of food was really bad... genuinely disappointing and would not use this facility again.

We arrived at 1130 breakfast had finished and we asked what food we could have. Our option was a small bowl of soup. We were told that sandwiches would be out at 1215. I asked for a glass of prosecco, I was told that this was not included. I am not sure why I paid for this experience, the last lounge I attended was in Amsterdam and food was available 24/7 it was fantastic. Thanks.

Had booked, 4 adults and when arrived the lounge was full and had to wait outside! People were turning up on spec and being allowed in! When eventually allowed in we were told we could not sit together! Would not use again. So much for a peaceful and pleasant start to a holiday.

There wasn't any hot food at all and not even any rolls were left. We could only have soup or crackers. The wine selection was extremely poor and the spirit selection as well. I have booked Lounges in Manchester airport every time I have travelled over the last ten years and this is the only time I have felt disappointed, let down and basically ripped off.
