bad service the girl just ignored most of the clients food was plain i also watched through the window to the kitchen and as she was preparing tge food she was eating it with bare hands and preparing it at same time waited forever for drinks

No where to sit,queue for 30 minutes to obtain a drink. We had to wait for food of which there was a poor selection. Overall a most unsatisfactory experience because of over booking and it seemed staff shortages. We reported this to your reception desk and it would seem to be a not unusual experience

On entry at 10:50 am breakfast items was already being taken off even tho was told it's on till 11:30 waited over 50 minutes just for a dish of pasta to be brought out which didn't even last 2min in end left just after an hour having only had a hot chocolate each so we could go get food which was then rushed.

At the time we were there no seats very little choice of food and the staff were run off there feet.

Overbooked for the time we were in the lounge and not enough staff. Extremely long queue for the bar due to only having one bar tender, empty food buffet that was never filled and dirty tables. Had great experiences in other lounges at MIA but not this one. Disappointed doesn't cut it, won't be booking again.

1. Very crowded - had to waste 5 minute just trying to find somewhere to sit. I noticed other guests moving backwards and forwards looking for seating. 2. Had to queue to get a drink from the bar. Bar staff not welcoming at all. 3. I noticed lounge guests taking handfuls of peanuts from the bowls on display instead of using the scoops provided Very unhygenic!! I didn't want to eat any 4. The whole lounge is very cramped. In one area it was not possible to get through without asking other guests to move out of the way. Not the best thing to have to do. 5. Definitely the worst lounge I have ever stayed in.

Very busy and under staffed, very poor choice of food, rude bar staff saying we are down to wine glasses for every drink and when I asked for a beer glass instead I was curtly told that means someone else won't get a beer as a result. Guess what, not my problem do not offer a premium service you cannot deliver, we had better service and choice at Wetherspoons, on my return from holiday I will be sharing my review online.

We had a time of 8.45 for 3 hours. By the time we had dropped our bags it was 9.20 and we entered to be told it closes at 10. We lodged a complaint with the manager but have heard absolutely nothing in response. We was in the mind that a refund was due as £52 was an awful lot for 30 minutes. We would not have booked if we was told on booking it closed at 10 !!!

Lack of "snacks". I had to beg for a piece of cheese. Frozen bread for consumption. No cake or pasteries. Dress code not adhered to by holiday makers. A in all SHOCKING.

There was only a warm, stale soup available. A few nuts and cookies and dry hard bread that was only seeded. My daughter had to ask for white. We have been to quite a few executive lounges and this was honestly the worst. We will never be returning.

Very unfriendly lady 'greeted' us at Reception. Had the same experience with her the year before. Actually told us we couldn't speak to some friends we met inside! Unwelcoming, unfriendly and in the wrong job.

The lounge was a big disappointment, clearly over booked there were no spare seats. Me and other guests could not get drinks as there were no glasses, were ignored at the tiny bar by the people behind the doors. When one lady did appear she had an awful attudude (like we were ruining her day by asking for a glass) food ran out. No announcements, no toilets without leaving the lounge. So so not worth £34. Having used No 1 lounges for £10 less I would never use Aspire again.

Checked in with ease then it went south fast .! We were told bacon / sausage sandwich or a cooked breakfast . Well if u class a sausage,bacon and scrambled eggs a cooked breakfast then I must be delusional. Every poor standard food and all the bakery products were burnt .! We paid for the upgrade at £75 for two adults what a waste of money . The alcohol is plentiful but the food a real let down . Toilets ! Looked quite modern but whilst using the facility I noticed the whole bathroom needs a re-paint . I would not recommend the executive plus lounge as for the extra £25 for two adults there's not enough to justify the cost .

Overcrowded, nowhere to sit, queue of people with a variety of international 'lounge' passes haggling with the poor guy at the door. Couldn't get an alcoholic drink......."we don't serve at 1000"....couldn't be bothered to argue. We assumed as in other lounges that if one booked the lounge would have some sort of regulation of numbers so it would be less crowded than the open terminal, this was not the case, you need tomake this exclusive not a cash cow. Ditch the massage area and provide more seating. This experience will not be repeated

Poor variety of drinks ,poor selection of nibbles and food, staff sitting down talking to themselves all the time , cloud and unwelcoming. We actually left the lounge to go to the bar outside far better service and more comfortable. Will not be using again

The menu was most odd. E.g. There were bread rolls with no butter, scones for cream tea with no jam (but there was breakfast marmalade!), tea with no milk, lumpy soup, ... I wrote to customer service but had no reply (except the automatic acknowledgment).
