We were travelling on a Saturday evening, arriving at the lounge at about 19:00. It was very badly stocked, much of the menu had run out and the buffet looked very tired and unappetising. Generally, I was very disappointed and it was not worth £70.

Disappointments: - lounge facilities were very limited (no toilets in the lounge) - showers available, but only at extra charge (I didn't use them in the end) - layout and atmosphere very utilitarian; not particularly welcoming or pleasant - bar staff unprofessional Positives: - good range of complimentary drinks - food was good

Food, drinks and service were all average, but we had to wait 15 minutes to check in even when we had prebooked and paid. Not good value.

The food was shocking, we expected sandwiches at least. Also somewhere to sit would of been great. Talk about meant to be relaxing before your flight. It would of been more relaxing sitting in the seating area at the terminal.

Unfortunately there was a great deal of disruption at Amsterdam due to renovations. There was no power to use laptop and phone and also only one single toilet available for significant number of people. In the end I gave up and went outside the lounge to use the public facilities. Food was poor and not good quality apart from the cheese.

The absence of toilet facilities within the Lounge is pretty abysmal; the staff weren't particularly clued-up or helpful. I saw the availability of gluten-free options on the menu but when I asked was told there were none; then someone else gave me a couple of chocolate items. As what I was really looking for was breakfast, this wasn't particularly helpful. All things considered, the £35 for this Lounge was a waste of money compared to the many other airport lounges I've experienced. Not planning to return anytime soon.

Lounge is tired. Tables not cleared over duration of stay. Food very limited. Not up to the standard expected. Wifi worked well. Good choices of alcoholic and soft drinks. Hot drinks not very good.

The lounge got very busy and there were a lot of used plates and cups every where, some passengers were loud but we're enjoying the experience but I found it too busy. I would not book the lounge again.

The food - if you would call it that - was terrible. Factory made small crossaints and some cereals are for me not to be considered as proper food for a airport lounge. Gladly there was a bit of fruit but the overall impression was bad. The huge selection of alcohol and drinks are a plus but I arrived early in the morning and didn't really feel like getting hammered. The room is not top cosy either. Next I'll go for something more classy.

The selection of food and quality was very poor. I attended at 5.30 and all that was available was cold watered down soup with hard bread.

Your booking system is crap. They have no idea who's coming or going and had to repeatedly show my confirmation email and forward it onto them twice. The food was dry had been sitting in the hot plates for some time. The toilets in the lounge area are not upto standard for what I except from Dubai

No Toilets inside lounge area - plus poor or no indication where they were in relation to lounge. Therefore people were wandering aimlesssly. Seemed to be more interested in spa/massage. If that was sorted overall rating would be normal.

Hi Neil, Due to the infrastructure already in place at the airport and the area allocated for the lounge to be built, this resulted in certain restrictions being placed upon the design of the lounge, the final design of which was approved by the airport authorities. Thus meaning we could not install toilet facilities within this lounge. Staff are on hand to point passengers in the right direction to the toilets that are located just a short walk away from the lounge. Regards Aspire Lounges

I am sorry to tell you that my visit to the lounge was disapointing. Very busy, not comfortable space to sit. The warm buffet was not warm. The salad was not fresh. Internet was very slow. And when I finally was sitting in a comfortable chair, the electricity recharge station wasn't working. I wish I would have more comfort for this entry price. Regards, Marie-Ève Jirat

I have used other executive lounges before but i am afraid i didn't feel that the executive lounge was worth paying for on this occasion. The lounge was extremely busy and not very relaxing. there was staff with trollies trying to clear away and struggling to get around while pointing out odd available seats. I felt the lounge itself was very tired looking. i am sorry but i wouldn't book this particular lounge again.
