Most of the electrical points wouldn't work so unable to charge phone. The soup had all gone because "we've been busy"!! More had been ordered but had not turned up. Surely numbers of guests are known in advance and quantities should be made available.

Very small space. Food was okay but needed to be replenished. When I left to go the bathroom since you need to exit the lounge( BIG NEGATIVE) they would not let me back in since you were over booked. No room in the rest pods when I first got there or any time during my stay. Very disappointed. Not worth the money at all. The lounge I paid to saty in Terminal 2 was WAY better and definitely worth the money.

Reception kept me waiting while previous client took a long time choosing her favourite chocolate from a box of Quality Street tipped out onto ths counter. Then spent a very long time trying to find my booking on a computer screen. No one at the bar. I asked what food was available and was told "anything you can see" very unprofessional. i shall not be back

The snack options are limited and the coffee machine was not working, there is only one. I plugged my charger into four different sockets before I found one that worked. I have been to several lounges in airports across the world and this has to be the worst value for money.

Very disappointed I had to pre book as they kept saying they were full and unable to us priority pass however when I arrived there was only 2 other small groups in the lounge. I feel I was forced to spend money as I was travelling alone with 2 children and wanted to get into the lounge when there was more than enough room.

Arrived at the Lounge to chaos. A large crowd had just arrived with no pre booked tickets. 15 minutes later we got in. Found the evening choices of food extremely poor, this could be improved with finger sandwiches. Had to keep getting up to check our flight status as there is only one flight information board. My main complaint is that it was so hot in there, so hot my feet swelled and I felt I was suffercating. You would not expect this in late December. In the end we left as I couldn't stand it in there any more. Will not be returning to this lounge at Heathrow T3

The lounge was cold and cramped and the food standard/choice was poor.

I was actually rather disappointed with my visit. Your receptionist seemed to misread my booking said I only had a few minutes but "he would accept me". And was told it takes 30minutes to get to the gate, in fact it only took ten and I could have stayed a little longer. Not very friendly attitude. In the lounge I had to find someone to serve at the bar. Food was not very special. For what it cost could have sat at the Fortnum & Mason bar with a couple of glasses of champagne.

The receptionist was rude and appeared to be in a bad mood. A lot of the decor was dated. Food was poor - we had expected a better breakfast selection.

Too small for the number of people. Expensive for what you get if you don't take advantage of the alcohol. Not enough comfy seats, we had to sit on bar stools which wasn't what we'd hoped for.

I was disappointed with the T5 Aspire lounge. I had used the Aspire lounge at Gatwick and it was very good. T5 lounge was small and narrow with some area roped off. There was no fraught beer. The choice of food was below what I had in comparison to Gatwick. There was no complementary food for example bacon roll as offered at Gatwick. The are no toilets in the lounge you have to leave the lounge to go to the toilet. The saving grace was the staff tried very hard with limited facilities and were very pleasant. I will not being this lounge again.

Not good. The lounge ran out of fruit. It was also very noisy and didn't look clean. Not a good experience

I booked this the night before. I only found out after making the payment that I would need to be able to print off the pass or (according to FAQ) would not be admitted. I then tried to 'phone, only an answer phone asking me to call back or contact them online.Tried and the e-mail bounced back!! The good news is that when I got there there was no one on the desk so I went in and made use of the lounge. I have to say that my time there was pleasant and would possibly use again. A good supply of newspapers and good snacks and drinks a bit short on comfortable seating but on the whole it was adequate. Just a shame that the night before, when I needs customer service there was none available.

I had a morning flight and visited the lounge at approximately 7am. They let me know that the food shipment had not come in and they had no food aside from some cereal. I could not get on the Wi-Fi and no one was able to assist me. If you can't eat or get on Wi-Fi, what is the purpose of sitting in the lounge?

I booked Aspire Lounge largely as I had a lot of work to do before I flew and wanted somewhere quiet, comfortable and most importantly, with good internet connect. I got the first 2 of my needs met, however, the internet was useless and kept crashing, making it very difficult to do the work I needed. On the whole I was very disappointed.

The lounge got very busy and there were a lot of used plates and cups every where, some passengers were loud but we're enjoying the experience but I found it too busy. I would not book the lounge again.

1- the websites were 'deceiving' and misleading causing me financial losses and poor quality shopping experience 2- Aspire Lounge and Heathrow shops and Heathrow Terminal 5 must improve the hygiene conditions 3- Heathrow and all airports must make the shopping and travel experience clear simple easy welcoming hospitable warm proper and respectful and humane Prof Dr Chaker Adra

My wife and I both required wheelchair assistance at Schiphol As our flight was within the schengen area, in this case Schiphol - Edinburgh we booked lounge 26 Our assistants indicated that we could not access lounge 26 as the edinburgh flight was leaving from gate D51 We were told that we should have booked lounge 41 certainly this was far from clear at the time of booking we were then told that we were being taken to the gate At this I demanded to see the Airport Duty Manager and refused to move The assistants the conferred and decided to take us to lounge 41 to see if we could be admitted Fortunately we were Our rating for this lounge is VERY GOOD We were well looked after, the drinks and snacks were excellant as was the comfort and ambiance of the lounge We do travel to Schiphol several times a year and if we are to use the lounge again we would require to have certainty about which lounge to book

Very disappointed to say the least! We usually travel from Bristol and always book the lounge there and basically there is no comparison. People had to ask for the wine etc to be replaced when empty, there were no sandwiches or soup. All in all very poor value for money. Would not book again unless they bring themselves in line with the facilities available in the Bristol airport lounge.
