Very relaxing but does not meet the advertising description. On arrival we were told that the food (egg sandwiches) were nearly finished, there were four, other than that soup was available..................hardly what was described

It was nice to have comfortable seating but the food was awful. The bacon rolls:- the bacon was hard and the bread rolls just awful and most people were leaving the bread, surely this tells you something is wrong. The pastries were soft when they should be crisp. When using this lounge early morning you do not require acoholic drinks which are the most expensive in the lounge. I was very dissapointed, having used other lounges at other airports

The staff appeared miserable and we had to wait for over five minutes to be served at the food and drinks counter. The food was ok but nothing memorable. Drinks were fine. BUt overall, very little choice and would not book again, mainly because of staff attitude.

Hi We checked in and made our way to your lounge, after walking around for 15minutes we had to make do with sitting on the floor till a table or chair became available. After 1.30 minutes approximately we managed to find a seat, we were not the only customers who had to do this and I found the whole episode extremely frustrating. Regards Mark Oakley

The staff were very rude, made us feel uncomfortable and were even heard mimicking our accent and making fun of us. We were constantly followed and watched throughout our stay and made to feel we were not worthy to be there or as if we were drinking and eating too much. We are paying customers the same as everyone else and should never be made to feel this way.

Arrived at 11am, no newspapers, littered and dirty tables, poor selection of snacks, dirty cutlery. Don't think will bother in the future as the cost does not seem any longer to good value for the service. I have always used the lounges before so have a good benchmark of how the should appear to guests. I have never had to submit such a poor review.

The choice of hot food items was limited to a small bacon roll at the time we visited ( 5.00 a.m. until 6.30 a.m. ) this was extremely dissapointing, considering what could be offered with a bit of imagination. Maybe this is different at later times of the day or in peak season ? It was the first time we had used the lounge and felt it was set up give as little as possible back to the customer for the amount they had paid, however, we do concede that sometimes a bit of peace and quiet is worth its weight in gold. We would use the lounge again if more hot food options were available.

The service was disgusting! We thought we try this lounge as we had stayed in the other lounge on our previous visits to Newcastle Airport. The Ladies serving were just standing around talking in the kitchen. At one point there was about 7 of us waiting to be served so a Lady went to Receptiin to see if she would go and have a word again. This wasn't for me. We didn't even get our monies worth because of the standing around waiting! We won't be back. We will use the lounge we used before.

Have used other airport lounges previously and been very satisfied . Unfortunatly swisport lounge was disappointing . No allocated seats The area which we could sit not in main area was cold . Only soup served and had to wait for soup with cheese and biscuits . No sandwiches . Tables not cleared . Won't be using it again .

After entering the lounge and after checking in , we looked for somewhere to sit there was plenty of choice il say that ,it was 5 am but then I noticed how cold it was in there and lack of atmosphere , there was four of us , we sat in a booth which had a tv , so thought to get some atmosphere in the place we l put some music on, tv wasn't on so had to work out how to do that and didn't know if it was ok to turn it on , but we did , then I went to the bar , after waiting a few minutes because the bar woman was in the kitchen at the back , when she came out to seve me she looked like she didn't want to be there, I asked do you have any cider, she just said "no" I waited for her to say something else but just blank I asked do you have Tia Maria the next time " No". She said , very rude especially when we are all happy going on holiday , there was another lady that appeared later she was jolly and vocal if she was there from the start it would of been different , I've never ever submitted any comment or complained about anything , anywhere but felt so disappointed about this visit I felt I had to

Wasn't impressed with the lounge and wouldn't book again...it was packed full obviously well over booked and me and my wife couldn't get seated together..people were standing about and it just wasn't relaxing at all..wished we hadn't bothered and feel we didn't get value for money..have been in much beta lounges else were...

Overcrowded so not any seats. Why this happens I don't know. People are paying money to relax before the flight and you would like a seat. The breakfast isn't worth the money. Won't be doing it again.

Totally disgusted with the lack of customer services skills... I (thankfully!) had pre-booked online, so was able to gain access after a few harsh, short words to other persons trying to gain entry into the lounge using their cards! There were no apologies offered, just a rude, sharp comment of....If you read your terms and conditions you will realise you do not have guaranteed access! In all my years of people at front of house, this was one of my worst experiences of watching someone doing their job...incompetently! Very rude and aggressive! I will never frequent this lounge again.

On the drinks side, only comment was that there was only one choice of whisky, and not a middle if the road "brand" although I can understand that you are promoting Welsh products. Food side seemed poor compared to Bristol airport . There seemed a lot set up for breakfast - even though we got there at lunchtime, No type of bread ( for toast perhaps?) was available even though pots of jam and butter were provided. I seem to remember Bristol providing rolls soup and cheese.The sliced lemon and limes for drinks were also not as fresh as they could have been. Your staff however were very friendly and helpful when it came to using my iPad and logging on

The rating is poor as I was unable to connect to the wifi, which was the main reason for me to book the lounge. I wished to do some work over breakfast prior to my flight but it took oven an hour to get connected, and it kept dropping out. Not acceptable. Had that not been the case I would have given a good rating as all the other facilities and staff were very pleasant.

Disappointed and poor value for money. The area was cramped and didn't have enough seats with limited computer and phone charging facilities plus the food provided was basic with poor choice available.

Disappointed really for the fee paid. Bit of a con bearing in mind you only get 3 hrs which in reality is only 2 as you need to leave within the last hour to walk to your gate etc, allowing for needing to be at the gate 30 mins before departure, unless you are a business traveller and dont have to queue etc. Food was poor, dried out and obviously had been on the hot plate for too long. Not interested in the alcohol, which the majority of the users seem to be enjoying. All in all I personally won't be wasting money, even after a long transatalantic flight, waiting for flight connections.

Confusion because also near Malala lounge near gate 26. I was not expected and had to send a confirmation email. Food choice was simply the leftover breakfast and staff very thin on the ground. I ordered a cup of tea and was told they had no milk! V v disappointed.
