Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I expected a quiet, relaxing, stress free environment. What I received was an overcrowded airport waiting area with a little food and beverage. Front counter people were hurried, there was very limited seating, and dirty dishes everywhere. My expectations were not met. Then again, maybe my expectations were too high

This was our first visit to heathrows lounge terminal 5 we have travelled at various times from Gatwick and used the lounge on most occasions and have always found it to be good and served our needs. We assumed that this would be the case at Heathrow but was very disappointed with what we found. 1 small lounge area for size of terminal 2 very limited seating 3 very uncomfortable seats 4 table area to eat from not big enough especially with four adults 5 sandwiches had to be requested display empty 6 No draught beer shall I go on but no enough of my moaning the main issue here was the space factor and the cost being higher than Gatwick who has all of the above. One more thing can you give us the explanation regarding only being allowed to have three hours in the lounge when in fact you would not get three hours due to not being able to check-in until the assigned time of 3hrs it then takes 15 minutes plus to reach it then your boarding time? We do not usually moan believe it or not. Regards Mr Robert Murray

Before the BA flight to London this lounge does not have enough seating. People were sitting on the fireplace edge and we struggled to get seats together and had to drag seats around. The food and drink choices are limited

Overcrowded, initially no free seats, when they became available the table was not cleared for a while. Food choice very limited. Bar service was just ok. Toilets are out of the lounge, the lounge is noisy with terminal noise coming in. Finally the wi-finals appalling.

Not enough seats when we first got there so had to share a chair with my husband. Bacon rolls were nice but oven was often left empty. Had to ask for more plates too

No food at all. There are only snacks of one kind of bread. I believe you might know about your facility more than anyone else. Compare your variety of your food with others. Also, in these days, people want to sit separately and do not want to face each other. Please rearrange your seating layouts. There is no smoking room. There is no shower facility. Next time, I won't be there for 200% sure.

did not find this lounge very good the food was cheese crackers and biscuits crips and soup not what expected . there was only one tv that was in other part than were we were sat so could not watch all the seating was to close to each other so not very private to talk together felt very closed in but the service of the staff was pleasant . ===not as good as the first lounge visit in terminal 1wouldent use again. needs more food choice and more space and entertainment ie computer use more tvs things for children l had none with me but those that were there were very board.

I was a lady travelling unaccompanied to Cyprus. I arrived at 7 am on a Sunday morning hoping for a warm welcome, some nourishment, a comfortable seat and a pleasant bathroom. The receptionist was unbelievably slow, using one finger on the keypad, and the waitress was surly. The food was acceptable but the worst problem for me was the lack of bathroom facilities. When I asked the receptionist where the toilet was he directed me to cross through duty free shopping to the airport general toilets. I have never before been to an airport lounge, anywhere in the world, that didn't have a private bathroom facility. I had to collect all my luggage and coat and leave the Lounge just to visit the toilet. I don't know why I bothered paying for lounge access and will certainly not do it again at Birmingham

Area was smaller than expected with smaller selection of snacks than have had in other smaller airport lounges the women took a while to swap over from breakfast didn't put all the new snacks out the glass diving panels were dirty along with fridges and cabinets

We had prebooked however the lounge was far too busy and they were still letting people pay to come in at the door. It would have been quite uncomfortable if we would have had to spend the rest of the evening sat on the only seats available which were bar stools so we left. We returned for about 20mins before our flight so was not worth the money

The staffmember at the Reception was not aware that I was coming (I had to mention the date & flight no. & time when I made the reservation). She did not know at all what to do and was rude. The Lounge was total dirty, food and papers from the guests before were lying on the floor, all over. The tables were not cleaned. At the beginning we there were no other guests, later 4 morge guests arrived. The floow was never cleaned during our stay. The hot food was empty or only small, dry leftovers. I asked to have a Campari, which I was told that since January 2016 they do not have anymore, better I would take wine or beer.

Disappointing Visit. Having pre booked I would have expected a reserved seat and table to be available. Instead we found the lounge already full and had to ask another couple if we could share their table. Also being there at lunchtime I think that something a bit more substantial than a bowl of soup should have been available..

We arrived for 8-00am The lounge was extremely busy and we had trouble finding seats. The hot food provided was very poor. I can see this being good value for anyone who wants to use the free bar.

Drab interior decoration lacking warmth. Not very inspiring designer employed to transform the lounge to what it is now...................must try harder!

We felt the Lounge was very cramped and the staff took a long time to clear away dishes from tables that had been vacated as people left the Lounge to go on their respective flights. In other lounges drinks have always been on a self service basis. Whilst we felt the fact that drinks were served by staff was a good idea there was usually no-one available to serve customers which at one point resulted in us waiting over 5 minutes to be served despite no-one else waiting.
