It was too crowded. Half of the lounge was designated for Singapore airline customers and the rest was too full that even there was no place to sit. If the lounge has to cater to specific airlines then it should be closed for other passengers and only serve the airlines. Otherwise it should not cater to airlines. Quality and variety of food offered was very average. most rather all the food/ snacks were sweat. Perhaps am not going to use this lounge in future and will not be recommending it to friends and family.

It was ok. The ‘hot’ food was not hot and the small side plate to put the hot food on was way too small. Just didn’t find it value for money

Nice welcome at reception. A quiet room to sit in until we were moved because the decorators were coming. Food choice really poor. Not enough plates. No glasses. Staff looked thoroughly miserable, no doubt having to deal with complaints as I heard other people complaining about the food. I would rather pay more and get decent service than pay for this again

I think your lounge at Heathrow airport terminal 5 was very disappointing the food was vile, the scrambled eggs were so salty and no space to move around , the tables were filthy and it was not worth the money at all , i could of had a nicer breakfast outside of your lounge in the terminal area, which was less cramped and the food would have been edible and cheaper also had to fight my way out the lounge to use the toilet, due to the rediculas size the louge. 😡What a Total disappointment. Not a good way to start a five star holiday! On the other hand tour lounge in Amsterdam airport is very very good the food choice was great and a very calm and comfortable environment.

Visited 30/6/18 @14:00. Have to compare to Luton Aspire visited April 2018. LGW rebranded as club did not meet expectations when compared to Luton. Vegetarian hot (mac & cheese) already ran out and not replaced. Non VG hot (chicken 'curry' and rice)--no rice, and curry was just chicken strips with jar of sauce over the top. Cold selection--chunks of cheese piled up in a tin bowl, slices of ham and a mixed green salad. Utensils used randomly totally contaminated the cheese (VG) with ham so rendered them non VG (I am not VG but my partner is). Ran out of jam to have with scones/ cream. Struggled to find a clean table. No reserved seating for those that paid Executive Lounges direct (there is at luton). Staff were friendly however and seating was comfortable. For a Club Lounge this fell way short of the standards at Luton. Disappointing at £25 each!

Only one hot meal option. No newspapers as tjey had all been removed by guests apparently but then reappeared just before we left. Some staff more interested in dishing up there own food than being available to serve. Crisps and jam were kept behind the counter so one had to ask for these. Overall very poor.Worst adpect lack of any food choices

We thought that the lounge was very well stocked and the staff were lovely. However, it distressed us that all the food after the breakfast change over to the lunch selection were just thrown into the rubbish. I do understand that the catering legislation is fairly prohibitive but it would be nice to see that the left over food was donated to an appropriate cause in Dublin.

I made contact 3 times to ensure there were showers at the lounge we had booked as there are two lounges at the Calgary Airport and I wanted to ensure we had the correct lounge. I explained that we were flying to Brisbane via Vancouver and I was told we would be able to access the lounge with showers .This was not the case. The staff at the lounge where we presented ourselves were polite and helpful, and offered a refund however we decided to stay and use the lounge. It certainly seemed this is a common problem at the Calgary airport as the staff werent surprised at all by the fact my booking was accepted even tho i had supplied the flight details . The lounge itself was OK,however the cold drinks such as beer and wine were barely cool, while the food was ordinary and limited at best. Im not sure if the lounge would normally supply cheese and crackers to go with a wine, however if they do they only had crackers during our visit. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. A poor selection of food especially the hot food which was either maccaroni or curry and rice that was if there was any available as the ishes were usually empty plus the curry sauce was see through and tasteless. Overall after using many airport lounges even at small airports I must say this was most definitely the worst.

Not much choice with food or drinks, my friend is a vegetarian so could have a biscuit or a bread bun! Only wine and spirits which arn’t the best if trying to avoid drunks on flights! Could do with a variety of larger and ciders. Also abit more for veggies, probably won’t use this service again and will just pay the premium for food and drink in the other airport bars.

Have used the lounges regularly over the past few years but this visit was the worst. Very badly organised. No plates for main meals. Shortage of cutlery. Scones in middle of bar counter - again no plates next to item. Cheese available but no crackers. No ice for drinks.

Getting into the lounge was an absolute nightmare and getting charged twice is never fun plus you don’t get enough time in the lounge

You pay for a 3 hour stay but as the airline opens bag drop 2 hours before departure we only got one hour in the lounge. The bacon rolls were as dry as old socks and the overall menu was very limited for breakfast. Only bonus was the ability to get a couple of drinks:)
