Booked for something different before our flight, after checking the opening times. Unfortunately for us the information was incorrect and we were stood at a locked door for 40 minutes with staff watching and ignoring us. Along with around 15 other people. This made it a rushed experience once in with mediocre and limited choices. I'm sorry to say it was not worth the money and I would think twice about booking again.

Hi, I was looking forward to chilling out before our flight and had booked it as my partner can get quite anxious before flying, so we were expecting a nice calm atmosphere in the Lounge. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were a couple of large groups of people at the end in the booths you have there, they were very loud and were making a lot of noise, I know that they were probably excited for their travels, as I would have liked to have been, but the atmosphere was ruined by these groups of loud people and no one else was able to enjoy themselves as I looked around the lounge. There was no attempt by any staff to ask them to be quiet and respect that other people were also in the lounge. They were also frequently visiting the bar self serve area, which meant I didn't feel comfortable getting drinks while they were there. At other lounges, staff have been more proactive about making sure there wasn't any rowdiness/disturbances to any one else's experience, I didn't feel like we were being looked after at all. Very disappointed. Otherwise, it would have been a nice lounge, the food I got was very nice it was just ruined by the loudness of the groups.

We travel long hall every year and have used airport lounge lots of times in the past. This was the first time myself and my husband have used this lounge and we felt that it was not very relaxing ( small crying children) only one tv,chairs are not comfortably set out as it’s morsel up like a cafeteria. The breakfast was very low ,not hot, and needed replenishing. The bare staff kept on disappearing doing other jobs..

Unfortunately far too busy, we could not get a seat together and this was supposed to be an enjoyable start to the holiday. The queue at the bar area as well was far too long with only one person behind the bar. The wine was not chilled and just not a very enjoyable experience at all.

This is not what I expect from a lounge. Its looks like a cantine, to small, not anough place to sit. No toilet ect. Its a big diverent with, for example your lounge at Schiphol airport and it is the same price.

There was no tonic Or lemonade and other multiple mixers. All the food had been eaten and not replaced

The bar had a very limited number of soft drink options. Mixers for spirits such as tonic and lemonade had ran out even though it was early afternoon which meant drinking spirits with apple or cranberry juice as this was the only option. Also there was no slimline or diet options for drinks which is not ideal with a diabetic in the group. Food options were also limited although the chilli provided was of a good quality.

Arrived and there was no hot food out for around 45 min. Poor selection of food. Toilets were blocked and didn’t flush. Had to wait around 20 min to check in as somebody was on the phone. Not happy

The service was very poor as was the organization of the food in the buffet and the general supervision of the facility. The facility itself was fine. There was a fairly limited selection -which is not the criticism for the price. However for that fairly limited selection there were different foodstuffs running out at different times. If there was a meat selection, there was no rice. If the rice arrived; the hot meat selection had ran out. The salad ran out. I continually had to ask the attendants of such and such could be replaced; and on more than one occasion was asked to refer to another staff member to ask them. Sorry; but i haven't paid for access to the lounge to work there as a supervisor. And there in lies the issue. There seemed to be no one in control and we were relying on gusts like myself to ask for things to be topped up or replaced. As a frequent traveler and user of departure lounges for other airlines I found this to be completely unacceptable. However; I am blaming no one on duty. This is a classic leadership and training issue. I would not recommend this to anyone unless there is an uplift in attention to detail and organization of the entire service.I brought a guest along as a treat prior to our flight so I was really disappointed.

Arrived on 30th June2018 at 6pm, the lounge was very quite but had food in various places on the floor. It was obvious it had been there for some time. Tables hadn't been wiped or cleaned. Member of bar staff decided to help himself to the food on the food counter picking up some cold ham using his fingers then proceeded to eat it on his way to the bar . Then the same member of staff decided to pick his nose whilst walking back to the bar. He then proceeded to serve a customer with alcoholic beverages without washing his hands. Shame really as we have used this lounge before and it was fine .

Had to wait at the bar for a drink. No one seemed to be waiting to serve customers they were too busy talking at reception. Newspapers hadn’t arrived even though WH Smith were selling them. Tables were not cleared in fact I saw one person clearing his own!

The lounge is too small and a section is just reserved for syngapore airlines, cramped and uncomfortable seating, the escape lounge is far better. Standard of food and drink were acceptable

Very limited choice of hot food basically just a curry and rice and plain pasta with tomatoe sauce ! The salad bar wasn’t really a salad bar it was very minimal and again was very untidy. The serving area was not looked after and could have done with a person ensuring it was kept clean and in good order to ensure presentation. I went to get a wine glass and every glass I picked up had a lot of lip stick marks on I ended up cleaning my own glass so I could have a drink . When food had gone it took time to replenish. It was busy but the staff did not look happy in what they were doing and tables could have been cleared quicker. The reception welcome staff were welcoming though just not the other staff! I was not impressed when for a family of 4 you are looking at £100. There was no pride in the service that was delivered or the food or drink provided ! I did go and have a look at the other lounge and found they had better presentation and the food and drink was well stocked. I will be trying them next time - it could be amazing with just a bit of care and attention to detail with some friendly and happy staff and being on it when clearing needs to take place.
