I have to emphasise that the staff were friendly and continually cleaning the area. However, they did not have much to clear because the quantity and quality of the food was poor. I can appreciate the problems your staff may have to endure from alcohol related incidents but as a responsible adult, I was refused a double measure of spirits. This has never happened to me before in other Aspire lounges.

The quality of the food was pretty bad, cold and they ran out at one point, we had to wait quite a while for it to be replenished. There was a shortage of bar staff and the guy who served us was very rude and definitely gave the impression he didn't like his job

It is very hot without air con and very difficult to get a seat we have visited at least 4 times and always the same. Also only allowed I glass of prosecco, I would have preferred to have been offered a glass at a reduced rate rather than refused point blank.

The Lounge was too full, people couldn't find anywhere to sit, people were having to help themselves at the bar because the staff were busy elsewhere, there were a lot of young children running around and being noisy - I was looking to a place to have a coffee and a snack and get some work done while waiting for my flight and the experience I got in the Lounge was no different than if I had been sitting in a café in the Departure Lounge (which would have been cheaper).

I had arranged to be in the lounge as I had a 3 hour wait between connections. I gave my flight details and was still able to book. To my surprise, I had to leave the terminal by the exit to go through security at the next terminal to visit the lounge. This understandably took time and I was asked to make sure I left enough time to return to the terminal, where I again I had to go through security to get my connection. I had 45 minutes of not a very relaxing time in the lounge. The lady looking after me was lovely though. I really feel there should have been an explanation upon booking so I could make a decision whether it was worthwhile booking. I would not recommend the service.

Rang out of food and some drinks with no replacement available. Considering the price this is not good. Have given this 2 stars out of 5. Staff did everything they could to help but seems if the food quota is exceeded then there is nothing more available. This was early morning as well.Perhaps better next time, if we decide to take a chance.

My family and I booked 3 separate bookings in the lounge. We had booked our holidays separately but we always book the lounge for comfort. As I entered the lounge the girl at the desk jumped onto the fact that there was 9 of us which consisted of 6 adults and 3 children. As a family we were made to feel absolutely humiliated and embarrassed. We asked to speak to a manager to be told that she was in charge in the absence of a proper manager. Finally we got the girl to phone a manager whom we spoke to after your member of staff told the manager a false recollection of what had happened. The manager on the phone finally allowed us to enter the lounge. I can safely say that after this experience we will be using alternative lounges and will defiantly not be recommending you to anyone

We arrived at Faro at 5:58 to be greeted we open at 6:00. Given I had actually booked the lounge from 0530 and it had been accepted, I was not aware. The clerk opened the desk and asked if I was a member of some clubs. She displayed some cards. I said no. She said we were not in the correct place. I explained I had booked it on line. She then appeared to change her mind and I was in the right place. We were then accepted and we sat down. I was really expecting more to eat than the few sandwiches wrapped in cling film. It cost be £75.00 for the two cheese sandwiches and 3 cups of coffee. I usually book Lounge s and this is by the worst experience and value for money I have experienced. I have used lounges in Maldives, New York, Heathrow, Gatwick, Dublin, Rome, Orlando & Paris. We left the lounge at 0630.

We have used the Lounge on several occasions and found this visit to be the poorest. The food was appearing very slowly, plates for food were only put out a few at a time and had to keep asking. Clearing up of the areas were slow and it looked scruffy and people were wandering around looking for clear tables. Food on the floor was not being brushed up. The food was not that impressive on selection and not very hot and put out in small dishes so a few poeple had some And then it was gone and then having to wait for refil! Very small plates also for putting food on? No sandwiches were available just salad, crackers and cheese and the hot food ... which was curry and rice or pasta dish. Bar was run by one person only which caused queuing. I love going into the lounge to start my holiday but this was not the best esperience I have had and just felt disappointed and felt the usual great service was lacking.

We flew with Ryanair, they would not let us start check in until 2 hours before flight time.By the time we got to the lounge we had less than 1 hour . We had 2 drinks ,the food was poor, rice hard ,pasta hard .no ham or cakes, only one type of cheese. The only plus is we had a comfy seat for an hour or so.

It’s changed. I left nos1 lounge to join Aspire as it was self service. Now u have copied others which takes away your identity.

Really not worth the cost. No toast available just very dry baps. Should also supply free newspapers for this cost. Scrambled egg cold and dry. I will be using Luton airport again in September but unlikely to book lounge again. Overall not what I expected and not good value

The lounge was undergoung building work so a temporary lounge had been opened. There weren’t any sandwiches or cakes in the temp lounge which was very basic.

The place was very busy, which is no problem but there was little or no food available and the staff couldn’t re-stock. Also no clean glasses available for drinks. You should be able to plan for the number of customers and adjust staff levels accordingly.

I came to your lounge on the 16th of June,on entering I had a warm welcome but once inside I found the tables where full of plates and glasses which have not been cleaned.we moved the glasses and plates to another table so we could sit down.we went for a beer there was queue at the bar the man was in no rush to serve any body and left people waiting the beer pump was not working we asked for prosecco did not have any we was willing to pay extra for, we got bottles of beer and sat down, we sat with all they dirty tables round us for at least half an hour before I had to go to the lady on reception to complain about the mess about 10 minutes later a young lad started to clean the tables.i always book the lounges and have always had first class service as I class this to be part of my holiday and have I brought two of my friends along for this experience which was tainted with the lack of first class service.while at your lounge I also made a complaint via email which on my return from holiday has not replied to .As I paid nearly £100 for this experience I thought I did not get what I payed for regards Peter Hughes.

I have been in the Luton lounge and could not fault it, the Gatwick lounge is so unloved! There were 2 options on the day we visited - salad or curry. People rushed for the curry because it was the only meal and it ran out in minutes and took a long time to be replenished. The salad bar wasn’t topped up, I had to ask them to put out some cheese or all we had was a bit of lettuce and crackers. The rolls were hard (too hard to cut open) there were no newspapers, customers frequently went to the wrong toilets (signage is not clear enough) The tables were not cleared regularly...I was gutted. This was meant to be a treat and it really wasn’t....
