Food was good. Bar service terrible. Not much free seating most seating areas had been reserved so limited space. Been in many lounges before this won was the worst.

Overall ok. The sandwhiches were soggy, the coolers smelt like the meat slices were sour (spoiled) and seams between the chairs and cushions had a lot of food in them, extremely gross

This lounge was one of the poorest I’ve been in. The food selection was awful. Unless you wanted a cooked breakfast

The soup was cold , The 2 dishes on offer were not really appetising . I don't consider it value for money Regards John Rose

The lounge was over crowded with no seats available. Waste of money, poor choice of snacks and a supervisor that does not known the difference between Champagne and Prosecco. Staff had no customer service skills and clearly not interested in providing a good service.

LHR lounge was not as exclusive as others I have been to in the other terminals, the food was dry and not very presentable the salad bar selection was poor. But the Aspire lounge at Jo Burg was exceptional, very clean presentation of food choice exceptional.

Upon arrival whilst being kept waiting to our left there was a table of 5 women who were hammered and cackling very loudly and their conversation was peppered with F this and F that and I Effing told to F off etc.. etc..The food was tasteless, very limited selection on offer, seriously a very limited range. In addition to the group of women there was a separate group of young men shouting and carrying on also hammered. The staff were complaining about their lot, they moved around banging everything down and throwing everything into their service trolley. This WAS NOT a relaxing executive lounge, it was not a relaxing experience whatsoever.

First time using Executive Lounges at Heathrow T3 and I have mixed opinions about it. The food and drinks were great and the staff were generally very good and attentive. However, the toilets were an absolute disaster. They were seriously worse then public toilets. I'm not expecting surgically clean toilets, but these were smelly and there was urine everywhere. We were in the lounge for over three hours as our flight was delayed and not once were they attended to and they got progressively worse. I would have thought that for an 'Executive Lounge' that they would have been checked hourly. Even my local council run sports centre gets checked hourly. Poor form. I didn't get a chance to complain as my delayed flight suddenly popped up. I also paid for a shower, which for me was worth the £15 as it was at the end of a long hot day and I wanted to be fresh for my flight. However, the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean as there was pink mold growing in places. Not keen on using these lounges again.

The lounge an facilities are excellent. I have used them before, many times. This visit was not so good. I was travelling alone. When I arrived the lounge was fairly quiet, but there were no tables for one, so I picked an empty table with three chairs. I had been there about an hour and a half, having had breakfast and a drink, reading quietly, when i was suddenly asked to move to another table, and share with someone else, because there was a big group - "a 3 and a 4" that needed to sit together. I pointed out that they were welcome to use the extra chairs, but that was not acceptable. Your rep was insistent that I vacate the table. I got up and left the lounge. I do not think that i should have been asked to move. You should either provide some tables for one, or make sure that you have enough space before booking in large groups. You have lost a repeat customer.

The lounge was poor. It was very small, too narrow, few spare seats, it felt like too many seats had been crammed in too. Food choice was also lousy as was the drink choice, and there was also no toilet facilities within the lounge. Overall it wasn't a relaxing experience and it was certainly overpriced, and I wont be using it again.

Certainly not as good as Number One Lounge at Birmingham. The choice of food was poor and the lounge felt like a roadside transport cafe. The staff were good but I'm afraid we would not use this facility again. Not worth the money.

Not enough variety and availability of food (and poor quality - stale bread, hot food not very warm), seats damaged, whole area too loud (partly due to young children), staff not very helpful

There needs to be aittle sharper dress code I appreciate that we are all going on holiday but I witnessed short sport shorts a flip flops amongst other things. The food was never full and trying to get a glass for a drink was hard work the was trying but we was waiting for food all the time.
