Overcrowded, lack of natural light with no external windows, slow service with regards to replenishing refreshments despite it only being early afternoon. Very disappointing and questionable whether it was money well spent.

There were four of us travelling and found the choice of food was very poor all cold and in packets not much variety. Our visit this time has put us off booking in future !!

Overcrowded, therefore not enough seats were available. Food choice was limited and stale and the bottle opener didn't open the lager bottles in the fridge. Staff were overrun with customers and complaints and service was next to non-existent. Overall, a thoroughly un-enjoyable waste of money.

The floors were dirty, with crumbs and crisps on the them, and the carpets were well worn. Food options were extremely poor, crisps or cheese and crackers or bread, and drinks have moved from self service to bar service - which is OK as long as there is actually someone behind the bar all of the time which wasn't always the case. Then we were getting shuffled out before the official closing time. Was it better than sitting in the public areas - just about. Was it value for money - absolutely not.

This lounge is the same price as the aspire lounge but poorer quality. As the quality, furnishings and selection of food/drinks is of a lower quality I would have expected a lower price. I would always prefer to spend more and have the nicer things. I don't see a point of a cheap/tacky lounge. people pay for a lounge as a premium option to take away from the hectic airport life.

Not particularly good value. The only advantage was the chairs were more comfortable than in the ordinary waiting area. Over several years, the food on offer has reduced in quality, quantity and variety. Cold snacks are offered instead of warm light meals. Processed cheese and crackers is no real substitute for paninis and pizza.

Hardly any staff, practically no food and took them over an hour to make a few sandwiches. Really gone downhill since we last used it. Rip off! Posted this on Trip Advisor in response to a request from the Lounge but needless to say no feedback!

The lounge itself was quite small and basic. The tea and coffee facilities were not working but some tepid water was available which produced a poor drink. The breakfast offer was ok for cereals and fruit, but there were only a couple of pastries in the hot cupboard, and as four people went into the lounge at the same time, there was not enough for all. I thought it was very poorly kept and a complete waste of money. Also, it is nice to have toilet facilities within lounges. This one had none.

Last visit was very disapointing. I travelled on my own and found the choice of snacks and drinks abismal. I did complain by email on my return a good while later but as I expected did not get a reply. I am a frequest traveller and alternate between Cardiff (cannot find fault at all) and Liverpool. I am travelling from liverpool on 30th November but will not be using the lounge.

The food on offer is of a poor standard. The last time I was there it was full of kids. I feel that an executive lounge should be a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the busy airport. Not to have to be subjected to children screaming. Also the beer was warm It has made me feel reluctant to book the lounge in the future

Was very disappointed , had to wait 10 minutes to get in then to top it all there was hardly any or no stock at all , the nibbles , diet coke etc , we spoke to the lovely staff and they said stock had not come in and apologised , the whole reason paying is to gain entry straight away at allocated time , also have Everything in stock that was supposed to be there , we have heard from a few of our friends they experienced this too , Aberdeen needs take a note out of the other airports executive lounges like Glasgow , Edinburgh who are always fully stocked of everything .
