The receptionist made me wait then gave me a frosty 'welcome'. The furniture was old, tired, dirty and stained. The food looked uninviting and was limited. I didn't feel comfortable in this environment and wouldn't use it again. Nor would I recommend to others.

I felt that it was very overpriced - I expected a sandwich at least. We were not in there very long due to long queues to check in - which of course is not your fault - but then it was help yourself to everything - I would have at least expected somebody behind a bar to get you a drink and as a said a sandwich would have been better than a cracker and a bit of cheese. I had paid for my parents and my sister and her husband, myself and my husband as a treat to the start of our holiday and we were all very disappointed.

Disappointed that no-one at reception directed my daughter and I to the Executive lounge for which I had paid a premium. Therefore, as we did not know where the other lounge was, we were not impressed with the range of snacks on offer. Also the lounge was very noisy and overcrowded. I do not think that I will use the facility again.

Staff were very disappointing in lounge not interactive, snippy and made it quite uncomfortable flung for drinks. Additionally for the money decor poor tables dirty and was not worth the additional money I paid as a treat

For once I was disappointed as it was so full there were no seats plus there was no hot food available and clearing of tables when people left was slow and TV's not working

Having been in your lounge and many others. My party of 4 were Put in an overcrowded lounge due to a pay on entry system you now adopt. Food was ok but you are now serving drinks. There was a large queue and the three females you had on that day were all in the back talking to each other. Can I suggest that someone is designated to the bar area. If I wanted to queue for a drink I would have went to Wetherspoons. It came to the stage that people were ordering 2 drinks at a time because of poor service.

I had cause to complain as I was met with an unfriendly receptionist who placed myself and my partner in the holiday wing which is grubby and overrun with children. I emailed a complaint on my return and my money was refunded. I shant be using the facility again.

I found sky lounge rather disappointing I was a solo traveller and found myself with nothing to do. There were TVs ow ever all set in news channels, I would have been content looking at the planes however the sky lounge looks on to a multi storey car park so all I could see out of the very high windows was the grey metal car park and the sky. Also the choice of food was poor cereal, crackers or toast. I felt it was a waste of money.

I thought it would be a bonus to be in the lounge and start off our holiday on a good foot. Was told that no tracksuits or sports clothes were allowed but there were a lot of other people dressed in sports clothes. The notice that I received in regards to the food that was available was totally different to what was there on the day. Cheese and crackers and soup were the only things available along with stale bread. Defiantly not the luxury/exclusive lounge that I though I would be getting. Place was run down with ripped chairs.

I actually don't think it is worth the money to be honest. The place is very run down and needs a good clean. Tv did not even work and the food selection left a lot to be desired. Overall i will not be visiting it again

Got this for a going away present from my parents and it didn't have a lot of choice of food and drink, the beers were hot and not in the fridge it needs a bit of a makeover the walls were a bit tacky. We stayed there for about 15 mins then left. For the price you are paying I think it's not worth the money

Since the lounge has moved down stairs I would not go back to it. I don't like the fact there are no windows and you are in little cubicles and it feels very claustrophobic. We got there just too late for the bacon sandwiches and I didst like the choice of soup! I also preferred it when you could help yourself. I also preferred it when there was no children allowed. I wont be using it again.

Underwhelmed!! not a patch compared to when the lounge was run by Servisair! When I booked I was told that "there would probably be plenty of room" more first come first served than a reservation - or at least that's how it felt. The breakfast choice was poor and there were no newspapers to be seen. The staff were helpful enough but this just wasnt the same experience we have had in the past, very disappointed!!

Having used your lounges at several airports, I have always been very impressed by your standards and service. However my last visit to your lounge at Manchester must have been 'one of those days' !!! The lounge was very crowded, no tables free for us to sit down together, the standard of dress was appalling, many people wearing football shirts, shorts even flip flops, which is totally against your published dress code. The staff seemed overwhelmed but did try and keep some form of service going. As I said, probably one of those days but it was well short of your normal standards.
