No hot food available. Although the lounge was empty apart from another two people we had to wait about for a bit and there was no one around to ask, unless you went thru to the executive lounge to get attention. Not what we had expected although I must admit our first visit to airport lounge was in Toronto and I could not fault that at all. Excellent

Due to travel arrangements getting there not going well we didn't arrive until the last hour before it closed. Only 2 other couples in then and staff already starting to clear up although still good on display. Cold atmosphere and food available poor and basic. On the plus side the bar was well stocked with john smiths on draught. I was really expecting something special but really disappointed. Won't be trying it again. Might be better during the day time.

It was in the middle of refurbish also tables were lying dirty there was 5 staff on but only 1 seem to be doing all the work also very poor quality off spirits as I was a party off 3 ladies we can only drink tai Marie , Malibu , or baileys, and they never had any off them we asked the staff and was told no we only have whats there and couldn't care less sorry but that's review on the place

too many kids running aroung and after advising staff nothing was done im travelling again on wednesday and not using the service due to noisey childrens running around when there was hot drinks about

We were very disappointed with the choice of snacks. It was an early morning flight but it was mainly sweet bits. Will not book again at Humberside. It was a waste of money

I felt there could have been a better selection of food in offer. Okay if you like cheese! Sandwiches etc might be a preferred option?

Hi there, my family have now used the sky lounge at glasgow airport on 3 occasions over the past 4 years. This time I was dissapointed that u were made to ring a bell to receive a alcoholic drink! Even though i understand that they have their reasons for this I did spoil the enjoyment of years gone past of self service. Apart from this, which at the time was annoying everything else was fine, but next time I may just not bother booking the sky lounge as this was one of the fun things at the start of our holiday.

We came to the lounge after a transatlantic flight looking for a quiet corner, only to find (in the quiet area) lots of tables full of people who had obviously been drinking for quite a while. It was mist disappointing

It was Very crowded. Chairs not comfortable. Well the one I got! Poor service on the food as it was constantly empty being so busy. Also didn't like the fact that children where seated in the same area, and where running around. Won't be using luton Aspire again sorry.

My partner and i thought that the Lounge was in need of a facelift, it looked tired and a little grubby some of the seats even having dirty marks and stains on them. The coffee from the machine tasted terrible to the point we didn't even think it tasted like coffee. I chose to help myself to a bacon roll and i thought it tasted a bit processed as if the bacon had been boiled or steamed rather than grilled. We arrived early in the morning so we went more for traditional breakfast type items as apposed to taking advantage of the wines and beers etc as it was a bit early in the day for us. We couldn't spend much time in the lounge because after checking in our suitcases we had to endure the massive snaking que in the security hall which really onliy gave us about 35 mins to spare in the lounge. I'm sorry for this review but we were very disappointed with the overall experience to the point we probably wouldn't book again. We have flown from Luton airport twice a year for the last 25 yrs, infact we tend to book our holiday arrangements arounds destinations from Luton as it's our closest airport to home. This was the first time we had ever used the lounge, i booked it as a treat for my wife to start off our holiday.

not very clean and looked tired. the food was not appetising and very slow. crowded and very hard to find a seat . would have been more comfortable and more room in ordinary waiting area. very disappointed!

Would give this 2 and a half stars. The staff are lovely and courteous. It's clean. It's bright. those are my only positives really. Compared to other airport lounges it's simply nowhere near. Very disappointing that there isn't even a prosecco available if they really won't stretch to champagne. Champagne is widely available in similar airport lounges. The 'food' is merely cheap snacks, unhealthy and little choice. Packets of cheese, nuts and bread, pretzels, cereals and some biscuits. No hot food, certainly couldn't make a meal out of it. At other lounges they have lunch options, hot food at all times, healthier options available. The wines offered taste cheap and bitter I'm afraid. Just not a 'premium or luxury lounge' in anyway. I am a frequent visitor as I like to get away from the hustle and bustle but am more disappointed with each visit. I think I have had my last now, it's simply not even nearly worth the money.

We have used the lounge at quieter times of year and it has been great. This time, it was horribly busy (queues at the door and had to hunt for a chair) and the quality of food refreshment was not as good as previously. The two most recent trips we have taken we didn't bother with the lounge as it was comfortable enough downstairs. I think the lounge needs to 'upgrade' to warrant charging a fee.

I have already e mailed months ago to say that the carpet was stained, the toilets dirty and glasses, cups and plates were not cleared away for 3 hour hours , standard email came back saying you would be in touch and not a word since so I doubt much point in reviewing this time . 5 of us used the lounge on 9th August and I suggested something like a couple of free entry tickets as we often fly from Gatwick , I am not wanting to waste any more time on this nor will use the lounge again if there is still no response Regards David Shaw shawhome@jerseymail.zzn.com

Dirty seats and carpets with stale food on floor that had not been cleaned up and this was 5am after just opening. We had 2 for 1 deal and it was not worth that offer. Hot food was poor and very little of it, coffee was tasteless. We went and bought a meal deal from boots which was far superior and cheaper. Would not use again or recommend.

Compared with other airport lounges the choice of snacks is very limited. Bacon roll in morning and soup at lunchtime is poor. Having to wait to be served drinks is a retrograde step. Coffee from machine is mediocre at best. Décor is big improvement over old lounge. All in all - it is barely worth the entrance fee.

We unfortunately were in a temporary lounge while the new lounge was being built so it lacked a relaxing atmosphere and that feel of a little luxury. It was lacking in privacy and comfort to be honest.

Really disappointed. Reminded me of a works canteen. The decor is tired and cleanliness not quite there. Since when have I been incapable to pour myself a glass of wine? The rule that you can't get your own drink may have been more tolerable, if, there was a dedicated bar with staff rather than just the self service area being roped off, having to grab any passing member of staff to obtain a drink. The snacks offering was dire again being more akin to a cafe than a lounge and a poorly stocked cafe at that. Stale bread and poor quality tinned vegetable soup being the only warm snack the rest of the snacks were plastic wrapped cheese portions and cream crackers. The signage/announcements could be improved as well.
