Crowded, cramped and seating uncomfortable. Tables not cleared of detritus. Staff were disinterested apart from telling me that we could only have one glass of Prosecco. Considering that the food was pretty basic and the cost of the lounge, it made the comment about the Prosecco pretty mean and has put me off using your lounge in the future . Also the lack of toilets in the lounge was not what we have been used to in other lounges.

I did not think there was value for money. Paid entry for myself, wife and 2 children. The lounge area in T5 Heathrow was very small and limited seating, after 11 hour flight I chose this lounge thinking we would more comfortable, however there was only bar stools to sit at a counter as all other seats were taken. The choice of food was also disappointing. Also to go to the toilet we had to leave the lounge and use the terminal toilets.

The person that welcomed us was very professional. However the lounge itself was cold and unwelcoming, slightly scruffy, especially the ladies toilets. The food was cold and didn't appear to be fresh. Overall I could have bought champagne and breakfast cheaper in the main departure area and didn't have the special start to our holiday that I had hoped.

Poor experience at check in for the lounge and we were split from our party due to having children.

Staff friendly and a quiet lounge. Terrible choice of food. A bacon roll..Neither of us eat bacon. Some dry biscuits and cake. I'm afraid it wasn't very inspiring.

The lounge was ridiculously overbooked and the staff struggled to cope, and there were many visitors upset as they could not sit together. Because of the over booking there were lengthy queues at the bar and the staff had trouble keeping the food station supplied - again causing disquiet in the lounge. Overall it was unfortunately the worst lounge experience I have ever endured.

Nothing was particularly wrong, it just wasn't the experience I imagined. Very crowded, food was ok just didn't really get a sense of value for money

Did not like lay out at all, it was if lounge had been squeezed into a corridor. The seats were uncomfortable and the table height was wrong which meant when eating you had to eat off your knee!! We were there at breakfast time and the food selection was poor and dishes were empty. We were very disappointed with this lounge.

The lounge wasn't very clean. What tables were free (which was only 2) were full of dirty plates which I had to put on a trolley. It was limited food choice and no toilets in the facility. You had to leave the lounge to use the public toilets then stand in a que to get back in! Not a very nice lou Gehrig for the money you charge. I've been in much better for a lot less

The cost of a single time entry for one person at 41 dollars Canadian is much too high for what is offered. There were only two kinds of teas available, the coffee machine was broken, there was a bowl of yogurt but no smaller, individual ones, the scrambled eggs tasted "fake", the fruit offering didn't look fresh. In general breakfast offerings were sub par. The lounge offered no newspapers or magazines. However the lounge itself was clean and comfortable.

The lounge was very poor compared to other lounges at the airport. Poor choice in food and drink, no seats available when we arrived,. not enough screens to check flights, dismal atmosphere

Recent visit before our holiday. Not much variety in terms of food or drinks. Good views of the Planes, not worth the money. I won't be visiting again as I preferred the Aspire lounge.

We booked for 3 people as it was our friends 60th birthday, hence our holiday. The young girl on the desk looked miserable lacking in social skills overall . The lounge was very busy with crowds of drunks one lad shouting at another group he was pleasant , some thought funny but loud n it made things uncomfortable for us. The lady serving sandwiches was pleasant and the bacon sandwiches were tasty. There were 2 or 3 toilets and one was not working at all. The que built up. I did not think it was value for money unless you wanted to cram the alcohol down your throats before yr flight. It was not relaxing or condusive to a good start to our holiday. I never complain, but was greatly let down by that days experience.

Food and choice was of poor quality. We didn't feel we got value for money. We struggled to find a seat even though we'd booked well in advance. We won't use this service again.

Getting in took a lot of time . It was rather full. I booked for the lounge earlier and paid. I also had priority pass . Reception was confused. What kind of lounge does not have a washroom. ? Food is okay.
