The lounge was over crowded, we struggled finding a table and had to wait a little while until seats bcame available. Snacks ran out very quickly. The staff took a long time to clear tables and wern't very friendly. The flooring was very dirty, shabby and threadbear. We have used these and similar lounges many times and this one was by far the worst.

The food was very disappointing. I had to take the children to a cafe, which was a cost i shouldnt have incurred. Myself and my partner had nothing to eat apart from a bag of crisps. Absolutely appauling. Would not book again. I use the lounges everytime i travel and all other airports have been great.

Hard to find. Need to have a print out of your booking (why in the 21st century). Have to book in showers which are miles away.

Disappointed this visit due to the cleanliness of the lounge. Fruit flies were around us and our food and drinks. Needed to cover glasses in tissue. Alerted staff to the problem but no action seemed to be taken. Out of season and wasn't particularly busy. Uncomfortable visit this time.

We didn't have a bad experience, but for an executive lounge, we felt that the cleanliness was poor, the food options were lacking, and the room itself was loud and crowded. We did find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Only soup and packaged dry, tough croissants to eat and packs of biscuits and cake. We don't drink alcohol so it was hardly value for money. We wouldn't use it again.

The lounge is extremely tired with a very worn carpet. The choice of snack was limited with no alternative, in this case mushroom soup. I must commend the staff as they were attentive and friendly.

the food and drink was excellent, the staff were good but we couldn,t stand the cold aircon we had a coffee which was cold before we could finish it likewise the bacon sandwich we complained to a waitress and also to the man on the reception both said they had no control over the temperature. We saw a number of people putting on jumpers or coats and hats

Very full, very noisy, food poor (soup cold, messy food area). Furnishings dirty and tired looking, seats with rips in and stuffing hanging out.

Not a good enough choice of food, only hot item was soup, also not a lot of choice drink wise. There was no labels on anything, so that was a guessing game. Some staff seamed like they did not want to be there.

My friend emailed to ask what food was available as we were travelling with children. The reply listed many items including hot pasta dishes. As we were arriving at approx dinner time on 14 October we booked. The choice of food was limited, with no hot pasta as soup was offered. Food available wasn't replenished nor even the ice in the ice box! There was very little choice for the children as even the bread had olives in it. Given that I had paid the adult price for my 12 year old it was very poor value. I did ask why 12 year olds were charged the same as adults and was told it was in line with the airlines. I had paid a child fare for her with EasyJet.

I purchased this lounge access as a gift for my sister who was stopping in KL during a 27 hour trip from London to Melbourne. She had a layover of 3 hours so I organised this to allow her to have some food, a shower and relax before the second-leg of her trip. Sadly on arriving at the lounge she had to wait in line for just over 30 minutes just to get in! When she got into the lounge it was busy and she only just able to have something quick to eat before she had to turn around and leave again - total waste of time and money! Feedback - make getting into your lounge quicker and easier!

It is the first time I have used Swiss port, never again, the selection of hot food was really poor for an executive lounge compared to other lounges we have used.

Having been told it gets very busy and that you don't allow priority pass members to pre-book, i paid full price to enter a lounge that was virtually empty and obviously not finished yet. Having took my parents there as a 50th wedding anniversary treat before flying it wasn't much of a treat. For my mother being on walking sticks at the time having to leave the lounge to use the bathroom was also very much an inconvenience. So all in all very disappointing. Having used other lounges I feel that you are miles behind the competition. Thanks Mr J McTighe.

Misleading on website-it should be made clearer that Showers were run by a seperate company and not part of lounge Booked lounge between connecting flights , to change and freshers up after spending £30 , I had to do this using public toilets in terminal. As these facilities were not made clear at time of booking

Did not enjoy the experience. Not enough time to use the facilities due to the time required to get through border control. Limited choice of food and what we had (bacon baps) were not very nice.
