Untidy, plates and glasses left around and not cleared away. Not much choice in the way of food. Over all appearance of lounge poor.

I have been to many airport lounges, but this was the second most disappointing. The first most disappointing was full with a two-hour waiting list. At T5, the lounge basically consists of a corridor with background noise from moaning machinery - sounds like baggage belts or something. The lounge was crowded, the food uninspired and most only adequate in quality. The wine was served with some reluctance (should be self-service) and the furniture was not comfortable. All in all a poor experience for the £30 I had paid to reserve myself a place. Definitely no better than waiting in the terminal main concourse.

Food selection poor. Drink selection good. Lounge messy and not clean.

This lounge was recently refurbished and it's gone down hill rapidly since then. Poor choice of food, bar service instead of self service where the drinks served were flat, tables not cleared of plates or rubbish and the staff were awful, one male in particular who had a serious attitude problem and no idea of customer service. We won't be back.

Dirty tables, lack of snacks and unfriendly staff, they thought the job was beneath them no politeness everything was a disappointment. Has really put us off using the facility ever again

I was truly disappointed with my experience of the lounge in schiphol airport. We were not allowed to check in until exactly 2 hours before our flight, then after the security check we was only left with 90 mins before take off. The lounge was 25 mins walk from security and then 25 minutes to the gate which we were informed closed 30 minutes before flight take off. For all the reasons above, I definitely would not recommend this lounge to others. The timings and distance should have been specified before accepting payment from myself.

Desapointing first experience. I arrived in the morning around 10h and it was crowded and no place to sit. It was definitely more comfortable on the free long chairs outside the lounge. Food was ok but choice was limited.

Nowhere for 2 people to sit together. Food on offer poor. Dry rolls and microwaved bacon. Not much else. Drinks disappointing.

For what was available I did not think it was worth the money. Neither of us drink alcohol in the morning so maybe a later visit would have been of more value but, in spite of this I thought the choice of snacks available was very poor. Also, the toaster was not working. Surely a place like this should have some sort of backup for breakdowns. Even a couple of pop-up toasters are not that expensive to buy!

The Swissport lounge was very busy, overcrowded, showing signs of age, and not a very wide selection of food for breakfast. Next time we fly, we may try one of the other lounges instead, or just remain in the departure lounge

Bathrooms dirty, toilet needed several flushings to work, wall plug hanging out of wall unable to charge phone, furniture worn, had to clean table off ourselves before we sat down

Stood waiting at door for five minutes without any interaction from staff. Poor girl on desk was doing her best whilst other staff stayed in out of the way

We found the lounge at T5 Heathrow cramped and the food choice did not offer sandwiches. There were not enough comfy chairs (and the ones that were there were occupied). We have used the lounges at South Terminal Gatwick and North Terminal Gatwick many times and I must say that it was more enjoyable than the lounge at T5 at Heathrow. Also there were tables which were reserved and we arrived at the lounge at around 6.30 pm to find that the seating we had was inadequate and the reserved tables were still unoccupied.

When I have used previous lounges there has been some hot food e.g. bacon sandwiches, toast but there was none of that here and the choice of snacks was very limited as well. I also thought it was a bit outdated and seemed a long walk to get to this lounge.

It was as crowded as the main departure lounge unfortunately, meaning that it was not a relaxing experience. In addition I found that the clothing standards policy was not applied.

That food was rather disgusting. The website made me think that there will be showers. After one drink i was told the next would cost money, which sounds crazy considering i payed 50$+ to go in for 3 hours.
