It was over crowded with tall tables and low chairs making it uncomfortable

I was a bit disappoint that there wasn't any sandwiches after a long drive and passed lots of service stations I withheld my desire for a bacon sandwich to my horror you were only serving crisps and nuts.

Rude staff made us feel very unwelcome. When we arrived a lady was at desk complaining , rather than acknowledging us we were ignored until she had finished didn't improve much once in the lounge. Out of the 3 staff only 1 made us feel welcome. And they were very reluctant to refresh the limited snacks on offer. We actually heard one complaining the fact when she put the crackers out they all went!! Isn't that the whole idea?

Difficult web site to book.very noisy and cramped. People sitting very close together. Staff pleasant. Poor choice of food.

This is the first time I have used the lounge in Europe. It was dirty, hardly any choice of food, the only benefit was it was air conditioned and as there were hundreds of travellers sat around the airport on stairs and floors, as least we were guaranteed a seat in the lounge.

Disappointed as only bacon barms no sausage so had to make do with pastries. Champagne or Prosecco only available per bottle. Waste of money for me would have been better with competitor or just staying in the airport at least I can buy a glass of my customary champagne. Luckily we had premium seats on plane otherwise I would have been even more disappointed.

So busy could hardly get seated. Staff member arguing with some one one reception. Food not stocked (I ended up just having a coffee and then left straight away - - will never use the service again)

Food was limited. First glass of prosecco included and then you had to pay. Too crowded. Afternoon sun made it uncomfortable in many seats.

Not up to an acceptable standard. The floors were dirty, the seats were very dusty. The bread for sandwiches was extremely dry. Little selection of food otherwise. Cheap tasting red wine. I'd rather pay for for a higher quality service overall

We contacted the lounge prior to booking to ensure there was adequate room as we had 6 adults and 2 infants. I also clarified a table would be reserved (as per previous lounges) so we could all sit together and was advised this was correct. The lounge was very small and full with no tables reserved. We were crammed into a corner after a couple kindly moved for us and there was no rooms for the prams. These had to be folded down and stored in the aisle which seemed to cause issues for the other guests. The variety and quality of food & drink was poor to say the least. Despite us checking in at around 4.45am only 45 minutes after opening, the lounge was dirty and tables littered with used plates, glasses and rubbish.

My wife and I booked as a way to get our 20th Anniversary celebrations off to a flying start. How disappointing. We were met by miserable and clearly uninterested staff. There was no food ready, the lager I was offered and then told it was warm as it had not been refrigerated. A long queue formed for bacon sandwiches which ran out prior to the queue being served. The second batch came which my wife and I were able to get a sandwich to find not only the bacon inside was cold, but the buns had clearly been stored somewhere damp as they were wet. What a waste of money and time. At least the staff upstairs smile and get your holiday off to a good start. Staff-awful. Food-awful. Refreshments-not prepared. We booked this months in advance. Surely you knew how many to cater for!!!

The place was extremely crowded and not enough space between seats. The food offering was poor. I chose a hot option of over cooked bacon sandwich that was inedible. Staff overworked and not friendly. I have used many lounges before and will not use this one again.

Not much available and couldn't really see any difference from other lounge just a lot more expensive! Had no papers or mags, no bottles of water to take and no mints available although were in the menu. Wouldn't use again.

Check- In experience was poor and unprofessional. Couches were dirty and needed to be cleaned/dusted. Food selection was poor with brioche bread and cheese that looked like it had been in the open for a few hours. I would use Lounges very regularly and to date this experience very underwhelming and poor and it is unlikely I would use this lounge again and will advise my company and my fellow colleagues that this lounge is not to be utilised in the future unless there is a dramatic change.

The location was too far away from my departure gate, so I wasn't able to use the pass I purchased. This fact was not made clear on your website, so for me it was a waste of money. Dubai airport is so vast that although the lounge was located in the terminal 3 - the same as my departure, it was too far away for the two hours I had in Dubai for the spot over.

We were disappointed with the thing on offer to eat as from past experiences in other lounges there are sandwiches etc. Also not all beverages on offer. Sadly we would not book this particular lounge again. Staff also quite stern looking not what you want on the start of your honeymoon!

Not what I would expect from an 'exec lounge'. People led on sofas, too many people and tables 'reserved' with no one using them. Self service food and drink. I was expecting a business/first class experience. The quality is better outside the lounge.
