To be honest a waste of money. Have been to several other lounges with business class flights and all were better than this. Poor food and drinks, not enough space rude receptionist.

Lounge busy and cramped, had last two small seats at tiny table. Food and drink okay. Poor value for money.

It was very small, few places to sit. Not comfortable seating. No one cleaning up. Washrooms were not in the lounge. Staff seemed young, inexperienced. Not worth the $50 I paid to get in. I would not do that again.

No comfy chairs to relax in. Lounge small and was surprised that the lounge didn't have there own toilet facilities

We managed to get some drinks, however there was no hot food, only a little scrambled egg, it says the lounge would be open and ready from 4.30am, so 5.30am I would have thought would not be too early for us to go in, so after paying nearly £80 for 4 of us I felt really bad for recommending this to our friends travelling with us, I thought this would have been a good start to our holiday, however I was wrong, after a while and we still had no hot food, more people come in and voices were being raised, then more food come through from the kitchen, by this time there was a constant queue, I am not sure if this review will be available for all to see so I may copy it too trust pilot so others can decide if this lounge is actually worth the spend.

The lounge was too busy and as a result little available seating. Food was continuously brought out, but little variation over the duration of the visit and little in the way of fresh fruit or sweet goods.

The lounge was recommended to us by a friend. The atmosphere in the lounge was not relaxing and very busy. We had to wait 20 minutes for warm breakfast and this spoiled the whole experience. We wont be booking into this lounge again.

Food was very limited, just snacks. So I had to eat elsewhere. Staff were not very welcoming despite the lounge being empty

Aspire at Heathrow T5 was very disappointing. Although prepaid there was a queue to get in and once in no seating There was limited service at the bar and the appearance of total disinterest by the staff. Don't waste your money on this.

We had booked four places in advance however the lounge was clearly over capacity as a consequence of either overbooking advance reservations or accepting demand at the front desk. As far as I am aware there were no departure delays. Due to the lack of space, for most of our stay, two of our party had to either stand or perch on chair arms. Not the usual standard of service we usually see.

This is the first time I have used this particular lounge and I found it does not provide the same food options as other lounges I have used for the same price. I asked a member of staff if they provided just a slice of toast rather than a bacon barmcake in a warmer and the response was just 'no'!!! I would not pay to use this lounge again unfortunately. Sorry to have to make this review but I had my family with me who had never used a lounge before and I had told them how good it was as I was expecting it to be like the lounge I used in Terminal 1.

Due to a delay at immigration and security I was 1 hour late getting into the lounge. Upon my arrival the receptionist rudely told me I was one hour late. When I enquirerd about the showers he rudely told me they were full (only to be corrected by a colleague who was passing and helped me gain entry to the shower.,

This lounge is very basic in respect to food and drinks / beverages available or to be more exact lack of them - Limited and basic snacks (no nuts, crisps, or small sealed biscuits, cakes etc when we visited). Also, the same would apply to drinks / beverages that wee available - very limited. Better to spend the entrance fee outside in main concourse.

The choice for breakfast was poor. In other Lounge's there are cheese and biscuits, toast, teacakes, scones, oat bars etc.

I had just flown back from Tenerife and booked into the lounge as my connecting flight was later on. I booked the lounge as I thought it would be a great place to relax after a flight. It was extremely cold so I couldn't sleep or relax. I said to a member of staff that it was very cold and he said do you think so!!!! I couldnt stick it any longer and went to the desk and a lady told me that they were having trouble with the heating and she did apologise much more than the guy did. I thought the food was very limited especially as I am a vegetarian. I do understand its breakfast but having been up all night I could have had a crisp roll or chocolate which are not expensive and which were not on the menu. I am not a complainer but I do feel the lounge let me down.

We always book a lounge if flight time allows. This was the worse we have ever accounted (we travel minimum of three times a year) xxx the food was very minimal. This is the first time we have had to ask for alcohol. Then we had to wait to get someones attention. It was not a quiet relaxing experience. The lounge was like a mezzanine floor open to the noise of the floor below. Not good

The drinks and service were absolutely fine, however I booked the lounge with view to having a hot bacon bap or equiv. as I had in other lounges in the past. I was directed to the food area to help myself, you could not imagine my dismay when all that was there was a bowl of lukewarm watery mushroom soup and some buns,I ate it as I was so hungry but for no other reason, thus the poor review,I was there on the 4th Oct as you probably know, sorry but you did ask. Regards Andrew Wilson
