It was very busy and at one point no seats. The food wasn't great, cold and not a fab selection. Not clean, tidy or enough staff.

Very, very limited range of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. You cannot help yourself to alcohol, you have to find a member of staff to serve you and you are only allowed 2 drinks!! The food is also very lacking - cereal and a few biscuits/cakes. Really not worth the money in all honesty. I would not got back.

Heathrow Terminal 5 lounge feels like it has been fitted into a corridor, cramped and uncomfortable. Position of food and drinks area makes it difficult to use. Very disappointing.

Compared with our other lounge bookings on this holiday this was the least valued. Food was very limited and the area overlooked the noisy (non-lounge) area below.

Everyone was looking for a seat vastly overbooked. This also happened to us on our visit in June and being travellers who always use the lounges these two experiences this year somewhat spoilt the start of the holiday for both myself and my wife and have actually considered not using the lounges for future travel. We also think the lounges are looking somewhat tired.

It was first of all a very long waiting time to get in. As well it was very overcrowded, difficult to get a free seat. Not really a relaxing athmosphere.

Very underwhelming. Only cheese and crackers on offer along with a few left over pastries. Drinks selection was good but over all it was like sitting in the lobby of a hotel.

Compared to the many lounges we've used this one is poor The selection of food was poor. The seating was cramped and the lounge very busy The lounge is small, windowless and not relaxing. We won't be using the lounge again

Arrived mid afternoon and found most of the food on offer had been depleted and not replenished so had some soup which was OK Decent quality red wine and beers

At £25 per person, this was the most expensive cup of coffee I've ever had!! Definitely not quite the lounge environment I was expecting, and far from airport lounges I have been in before - this was simply just an airport restaurant with a few coffee tables and chairs. There was apparently food on offer, but upon arrival at the venue, we were told to be quick as they were clearing it away, which given what was left was hardly worth the effort - a few pieces of stale sushi and a couple of croissants.

having used the aspire lounge at bristol airport on many occasions expected at least a bacon roll or sandwiches ,the staff were pleasant enough just thought it was a bit basic

Just not worth the money for the time we had before our fight

First visit and although quite impressed in general a particular staff member needs some customer service guidance. The young staff members were very polite and attentive; however the older lady with the glasses and short hair was abrupt to the point of rudeness. When having to ask for something behind the bar she could not have been less accommodating. I also noticed later that she staffed the reception desk. As the first impression that anyone would get of the lounge perhaps not the wisest place for this lady as a forward public facing job is clearly not where she wants to be. Not enough to put me off coming back but a far from 'executive' experience.

It was around 4pm and there was a long queue in front of the lounge. After 10 minutes wait, I finally got inside the lounge. But there were not so many seats available. The place was over packed and I couldn't get comfortable. Drinks and food choices was ok, I would say. But the bar area was busy again.

We visited the lounge in Kuala lumpur, There was not a lot of different food to choose from. Alcohol had to be payed for,[except beer] and there was no hot water to shower and change before our onward journey

We couldn't find a seat together- we eventually had to sit opposite each other by the computer tables. There was no hot food and we were very disappointed with our visit
