No toilet, took time to find a seat, busy, told it was fully booked on arrival despite us having pre-booked, coffee very bad, quality of food not fresh. Staff were nice though.

The lounge wasn't open from when we had it booked from at 06:10 and didn't open till 07:00. There wasn't even a note on the door to inform you the opening time had changed. I asked the lady at the desk in the adjacent lounge who knew more about your lounge being shut than we did. We were never informed that the lounge wasn't open till that time. The staff were very miserable, rude and felt as though it was an inconvenience that you were there. The process to accept people in to the lounge was chaos as due to it not being open till 07:00 there was a que that had built up.

The lounge was not the best I have been in. Only one complementary drink available on arrival. The food was mediocre and not very appealing. The quiches seemed to have been out for a long time and were past their best. There was no-one available to help me with my 86 year old Grandmother, who was in a wheelchair, to find a seat. The toilets were outside the lounge.

I booked well in advance. They did not get my booking. I had to send them some email before they could sit me. Additionally the lounge was very crowded. It would have been better to just wait at the gates

One breakfast sandwich available. On turn to lunch only make your own sandwiches available no ready made. After 30 minutes bread rolls available at salad bar had been used therefore hadg to go to soup counter. In the next 1.5hrs thus was not replenished. The only hot snack was croissants, the same 10 were in the hot cabinet the entire 2 hours. Were told to sit in bottom corner as we were a family but here the wifi did but work, others had the same experience.

Terrible. Rude staff on arrival, no space to sit down, had to wait for people to leave. Toilets outside the lounge. Total waste of money, would have rather stayed in departure lounge.

It was crowded, and no recliners or comfortable seats. The food was okay and the light bright and I could not sleep. I had thought I would relax but it wasn't that helpful. Charging points were not working. I was with my two colleagues as well and we paid for the lounge to relax as the layover was long, but the lounge was equivalent to waiting in the terminal. Starting from checking in to the pint I checked out it was like passing time just because I have paid money for the same. I really had a very poor experience at the lounge.

There were no seats available because customers had spread their belongings over more than a chair each. There are not enough relaxing chairs to make it a peaceful location which is what one is looking for. I was not happy with the experience in T5. They should take a feather out of T2 lounge. That is well laid out and relaxing.

As a loyalty card holder I was disappointed to be told on arrival at T5 that my card would not be stamped here, only T2, T3 and T4 customers can get there card stamped. On entering the lounge, we were a group of 5, I found it to be busy with not many seats available and also that at least 2 customers deemed it ok to 'sleep' stretched out on sofas making the lounge capacity lower. In comparison to the Aspire lounges at Bristol airport which is my local airport this lounge was very narrow making movement with food and drinks difficult. I was not happy and would not use this particular lounge again.

There was supposedly a business area. Music was playing and there was no privacy whatsoever. Very disappointing especially as you have to pay to get into the lounge.

Too expensive, and lounge shaped wrong, too long and thin. Sections were reserved, and nobody used. No toilet facilities inside.

This wasn't a great experience for us, partly because getting through servicing took so long, nearly hour and half, so we felt rushed when we got to the lounge as we wanted to look round duty free, we felt the that breakfast of bacon sandwich wasn't great and the amount being produced didn't meet demand, drinks on offer are great, but if we hadn't had the drinks we would not of felt this was value for money and would have been better going to McDonald's for variety of food.

Small, loud, not enough seating. Everything, from floor to chairs, was beige and dated.
