To begin with, I did not like the tone of the person at the desk while telling me that I could stay for a maximum of three hours. I have been to several lounges worldwide, and few made me feel this unwelcome. Second, it was an inconvenience to have to step out of the lounge to access the restroom. I would have hoped for something within the premises (if any, they were not clearly marked out).

The LHR T5 lounge was crowded when I arrived. People were standing and walking around waiting for a table. A family was collecting free chairs and carried them across the lounge to their table. Children were running around. Several guests behaved like in an "all you can eat and drink" restaurant, trying to make the most out of their money. I was ugly. And please, establish a dress-code policy. It was very loud as well! Food was exactly the same like a week before in the LHR T3 lounge - but this time the pasta was cold. Food and beverage quality is good over all. USB socket for charging was not working at my table.

I felt it didn't give value for money, to be offered just soup and a roll, I felt was ridiculous, there was eight people in our party and I paid almost £170.00 for us all, yes we had a couple of drinks, but will not be trying it again.

We had to queue outside the lounge whilst other passengers were making enquiries as to how much the cost was to access the lounge - two staff were attending to this while we waited to get having pre booked

The staff were very welcoming however food was literally titbits and absolutely tasteless. I only had cheese and some nuts then decided to order burger and sweet potato fries for which an extra fee was charged. The staff were clearly not used to patrons ordering from the menu as they did not know what to do. If your priority is to rest this lounge is fine however if food is your priority then give this lounge a miss.

Nothing like what the description describes. Food consists of a small salad bar with some sandwich fillers, meat and salad. A few miniature bread rolls and miniature packs of crisps. Croissants that where stale and again miniature. There was also soup on offer of one flavour. The receptionist who was there to welcome you was not very friendly she was quite rude and abrupt. Nothing was explained on arrival it was basically just find out for yourself. Wont book again. And I hope no executives book into lounge as they will be very disappointed.

Finding the location wasn't easy & took a long time. There was a queue to arrive which was slow as only one person there for booking in. The room was dirty & crowded, it was difficult to get a table together for the 4 people in my pre-booked group. It also looked as if it needed a thorough clean & some redecoration. There was a section of the room that was closed off & there were few staff available to keep everything clean, remove used plates, glasses, etc. The food quality was low and the choice was basic. Nothing like other lounges I have been in. Very disappointing and not value for money at all. I would rather have spent money in one of the airport restaurants/bars.

No staff spoke when I entered The one on desk was making me email stuff over to him cause he couldn't bring it up time and time again even though I had the scan code on my phone Had Americas in there that just turned up and everything went around them I was suppose to be in there 9 hrs on my own and was suppose to feel comfortable but lights went out when they said and cause they were leaving ask for a call at 5 in the morning but the way that happened was the staff shouted at the top of their voices from the other end and whacked the lights on full scaring me Maybe you as a company should find out what that can do to someone it can really harm people Being in a country with no one I knew was bad enough but being in a country with staff that can't even be bothered I paid money to feel comfortable but ended up feeling uncomfortable

Was not impressed with the cleanliness and the choice of snacks . Found the place to be in need of a refurbishment and we were shoved into a dark dismal area right at the back and felt very uncomfortable ????

Arrived with my girlfriend thinking that there would be more room and to have a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement to find it was packed and minimal room to sit as there were three big tables reserved. Ounce we found somewhere to sit I went to buy some champagne to be told there is only 1 bottle and it's not chilled. The staff were miserable and unhelpful It spoilt my experience and will never use the lounge again. Should of gave less stars....

For the cost I would have expected something more to eat than a packet of crisps and an apple. No hot food was available

Upon checking in there was no kind of introduction (bar is this way, spa is that way, buffet over here, etc), I was left to my own devices. I would have preferred a bit of an introduction as it was my first time. It was very crowded in the lounge during my stay, I was only able to find a seat in a rather uncomfortable high bar chair. Food was cold. There were no spa appointments available for the time I was booked in. Very disappointing and a huge waste of 30 pounds.
