Very disappointed in the lack of food choices. As a group of. 6 people and. 3 are none drinkers they really felt let down as they weren't able to have a variety of food choices. Sandwiches eventually came out and every body rushed to get them so they didn't last long.

We've been at this lounge before but it's been years since we've visited. We were disappointed at the lack of variety in food and drink and the amount of food available. Especially since we each paid over $33 each to visit the lounge, it really didn't seem worth it. Also they didn't seem to be cleaning up after guests right away. There were a lot of dishes left behind and dirty tables. We will think twice about visiting again in the future.

All changed. Cannot help yourself to the drink anymore. Not worth it. Have to ask the staff to get you a drink. And they are never sat at the bar. You have to call them each time you want a drink. Feel a burden to ask. Won't be booking it again. The staff are miserable as if they hate thier new jobs having to serve the customers.

Not an Executive Lounge. Just an Ordinary sitting area noisy and crowded.

Having used the Aspire Lounge at Manchester I was expecting the same standard of food and was very disappointed to be offered a bacon batch for breakfast. The staff were excellent and the room was quiet and well appointed.

the booking website made no mention that there would be an additional charge made for any alcoholic drinks other that beer - I would have lied a glass of wine! The range of food available was poor - light sandwiches, for example, would have been good. There were few seats available.

Floor was full of food in the area we were sitting. Had to wait 10min to be allowed into a place we had pre booked.

Compared to when we have used it before at Gatwick , we found a poor selection of food and an atmosphere not at all restful with staff hoovering the lounge around us and clearing out coffee machines etc to set up for the morning. Our flight was one of the last ones out that evening but having paid for a lounge , the lounge should be fully open , or you should refuse the booking.

Overcrowded, little food available. Price is highly overrated for the offered service. This will be a 1 time experience

hi the lounge was very nice but was expecting more to be displayed to eat was very poor, as we had a 4.5 hours journey ahead of us, and had my mother of 96 too, we were in 2 wheelchairs too, maybe it was just time of day but was enjoyable in the lounge.

On arrival the lounge was busy and there were not two seats available (upstairs was closed.) I moved a chair from another part of the lounge to sit with my wife. The choice of sweet treats was very poor as they were only two choices and from a packet, nothing fresh. Our table area was not cleared at all whilst we were there. In summary it was very expensive for the service we received, I have used other lounges in the UK and consider these were much better for example, fresh scones,

I am sorry to say that I was not a bit impressed with your lounge area, after already visiting another one in Manchester airport in the past. We decided to choose the aspire lounge as I was told you could view the planes coming and going and as my son had recommended it so thought it would be nice to have a change. I found the so called breakfast to be unacceptable as I asked for a simple piece of toast and was told you don't do that and it was suggested that I have a bacon batch which I reluctantly accepted, this was two warm pieces of fatty bacon which I could not eat, all we had was a cup of tea and found ourselves going downstairs for something nice and hot to eat. As reguards being a comfortable area to sit in was not the case, the whole area was cold, we did go to reception only to be told that they couldn't do anything about it as it was the air conditioning, other people that day complained to reception as well. I would have written to you anyway after our holiday, as you have asked me now on e mail I felt it was reasonable to inform you now even though we are still on holiday. We were totally disappointed with our experience so unfortunately feel I could not recommended the lounge to friends etc,

Not enough comfy places to sit. Service slow at bar, had to wait ten minutes for someone to appear to serve me. Every time we went to the bar there was no one there. Is that company policy? Serve as little drink as possible.? No toilet facilities in the lounge. It was not worth the £30 per person charge.

Booked online but despite taking our printed receipt with us they couldn't find our booking and we waited a long time for this to be sorted out at fast track security. It would have been quicker in the end to just go through the normal security. Lounge was more crowded than the airport itself. The only available seats were next to th children's play area. The other quiet area was closed. Wouldn't book these lounges again.
