After collecting food and drinks and install myself in a chair, I had to move to accommodate a group from an airline (I don't remember which airline). I do not plan to use it again.

The lounge was overly full, dirty and I'll equipped for the amount of people admitted in. For £30 we feel absolutely ripped off. Were I to travel through Heathrow again we would not waste money going to this lounge.

It is the first time I have used the Aspire lounge in Manchester and I was disappointed with the general standard of the room considering it was advertised as "Executive" it was more like a cafe environment with little in the way of lounging areas, also disappointing was the fact there were 2 distinct areas of class! With a carpeted area and what seemed better quality seating which was segregated from general use? The food kept running out and we had to request on a couple of occasions for replacements.

I specifically booked so I could work for 3 hours prior to my flight as I had some online meetings but none of the plugs were working and my laptop ran out of charge which significantly impacted my working day. The lounge was very busy and cramped and as there are no toilets you have to leave the lounge and with it your seat. The seat I did have was facing a stairwell. I don't believe it was good value for money

Extremely narrow and cramped lounge. Guests sleeping across several seats made it difficult for us to sit as a family. The selection of food was of a poor standard and difficult to get to through the crowd. The man on reception had an aggressive manner and was more like a bouncer than a receptionist. It is also poorly located, my wife using a cain to walk, struggled to get to the gate on time. The receptionist would not help us get assistance. Toilets outside meant having to queue to get back in last the bouncer. The furnishings were of low quality and the L-shape layout is too narrow. Compared to other lounges we have visited, this one ranks at the very bottom.

Reception area could not speak english, not made to feel welcome very dismissive attitude. Food choice poor and food area not easy to access. Very disapointed

Food was very didsapponting. Had a lot higher expectations of the standard and variety of food which would be available. The hot pasta dish was very unimaginative and very dried up and looked VERY unappetising! Rest of lounge was fine! And nice toilets!

There was a queue outside the door and people were being turned away. It was when I explained that I had paid I was allowed in. Inside it was bedlam with not enough seats. I eventually got a drink and returned to get some food. I returned and the drink had been removed. It was simply not worth the money.

Checked in 18 30 to be told my plan was delayed or cancelled by a not very friendly lady. She had her info completely wrong. There were only about 4 people in the lounge, then the penny dropped they did not want any one in there just clear up and go home. A few crackers, and cheese, some soup well past its best nothing else on offer. Not clean, or welcoming at all. So a cup of coffee a bag of crisps, cream cracker and some pre wrapped cheese in a packet hardly good value was it? I am 74 used lounges globally and can honestly say this is the worst one I have ever visited.

We booked our visit for the wrong terminal (since this was our first experience at Heathrow and we had no idea that the terminals were not accessible without leaving the terminal and going through security again). When we mentioned this to the person letting people in, he told us to call the office. When we called, no one answered because it was the weekend. We were not given the option to refund and we're rather frustrated since we spent the money. I'm sure it would have been a nice stay but we didn't get the chance to have it.

Mainly the staff. Check in was slow and the staff was disinterested and grumpy. It was a huge inconvenience to ask for food/drink to be replenished at the stations. I will not return or pay for this lounge again.

Probably the worst business lounge I visited, poor choice of food or rather lack of choice and not very tasty. Drinks rationed by barman created long queues. Not enough seating area.

After flying all night, our plane arrived at treminal 5 early. We tried to enter the lounge 30 minutes before our reservation, but were advised that the lounge was full. We were asked to sit in the terminal area while people without reservations were allowed to pay and enter. We were finally allowed to enter at our appointed time. The lounge was crowded and the food ran out several times despite the best efforts of the staff. The experience was not what I had hoped for.

As much as the ladies were helpful the selection of snacks was very poor. Some pasta, crisps and muffins. Not much more than that. We asked if they could bring out some sandwiches but they refused. Drink selection was ok though

A very poor welcome Staff generally disinterested Poor choice of hot breakfast food. Awful smell. No charging points next to tables so had to leave to sit and face a blank wall if you wanted to charge any device. Only good thing was the staff were quick to clear empty/used plates (although sometimes too quick as we were still eating) Overpriced. Will not return

When I got there was hardly any food out, it wasn't that busy either. It wasn't worth the money I paid and wouldnt be paying again for the experience, which is sad as I am a frequent flyer and it would of been nice to be able to know I had the lounge experience to go to to relax.
