It wasn't very good value for money. I have used the No. 1 lounge on several occasions and was expecting a similar experience, but this was not. The only option for hot food was bacon baps, which had been in the warmer for too long, which made the bread hard and uneatable, and the bacon was very barely visible on the bap. The choice of food was not great and the coffee was of poor quality also. Unfortunately, I will not be using this lounge again.

The lounge was extremely busy and the food choices were limited, There was no granola and the only fruit was apples. All the papers had been taken by other guests. I would have expected much better for £30 per person!

Although we had access to your lounge from three hours prior to our flight departing, you are probably aware that British Airways staff will not permit passengers to join the queue to check in their luggage at the bag drop zone until the same time. That process took 45 minutes followed by the security procedure of a further 45 minutes. We were then advised that we would need to give ourselves at least another 30 minutes travelling time to the departure gate from the lounge. So, in total we spent an hour in a lounge with very few seats and we're not sure that it worked out as particularly good value for money. We have used the lounges at other regional airports and it has been worthwhile, but we don't think we'll repeat the experience at Heathrow in future.

Had to queue for a long time although we had prebooked. We thought we would be able to get choice of lite meal . Just pasta and some quiche which was not tasty and dry. No wash rooms available had to use airport toilet and leave lounge to use them. We had used lounges all over the world and this was the worse one.

Fairly quiet relaxed area , however the Lounge Area was quite cold. Also the food available was very limited...comprised mostly of crisps, nuts, cakes and pastries. No savoury or healthy option. Oh....and some of us drink our G and T with a slice of lime, not lemon!!

I could not get a seat. When I asked for a prosecco the barman said you're only allowed one, and in fact I had just arrived! The food was mediocre. Please try harder.

It doesn't have a lounge feeling at all. Comfortable seating is very limited. Drinks need to be ordered and it takes a while to place an order and that is not a guarantee that the drink would arrive as we had to reorder both times we wanted to drink something. Food is nothing special, the selection is rather poor and dull. I wouldn't use this facility again.

Not enough seating as most had reserved signs on them. Any hot food had to be paid for. Only food available for free was cold stuff like salad. All beers had to be paid for. Not what i expectd as i paid for entry to this place. Also it was tucked out of the way from all the other lounges, so long walk to gates.

No food. Or lack of food. No sandwiches. Had to ask for cheese to go with the biscuits. Replaced the soup with pasta which was just penne pasta with tinned tomato.

i have experienced executive lounges all over the world 5 in the last month alone ,my wife and i were very disappointed with cardiff ,there were no hot food facility and what was available was very limited ,the cups were dirty with lipstick ,the lounge itself was soulless, and the concierge gave the impression she couldn't care less ,it was by far the worst lounge we have been in .we won't be going back complete waste of money, we would have been more comfortable in the main area ,as a proud welsh family we urge you to upgrade and improve this facility in consideration of the many visitors we have from all over the world ,cardiff has a long way to go yet.

Wrong lounge - we was guided to nr 41 from Gate B 26, (!) through passport and security, and back again to B 13, so we dropped that and went to lounge 26 and that was ok for them.

No sandwiches, no cakes, very little of everything else. Also none of the staff were at the desk long enough for me to get the wi-fi code. In fairness it was clear that there were problems with supply by the number of times I heard " we have not had any bread etc etc. Also the telephone calls being made by staff complaining made it impossible to relax. First time I have used the lounge and sorry but in my view it was a waste of money. Maybe my expectations off a tiny regional airport lounge are unrealistic. In the end I went to Boots next door and bought a sandwich.

Booked it as a treat for hubby. Nice and peaceful, but not worth the money. Not many people in and the food was disappointing. Came in just as breakfast was about to change to lunch. Lady said she'd be bringing out bacon butties shortly. There was one for each of us. (There were 4 of us in the ounce) Lunch was rubbish. Poxy bits of bread with about 4 different toppings and the only hot option was soup. Drink choices were limited and if you wanted prosecco you had to pay 4.99 a glass! I wish I'd just sat in the bar to be honest, probably would have cost th same but at least proper food & more selection of drinks. Wouldn't do it again.
