Almost no food provided. Drinks went out, even Soda went off. I left the Lounge after 10 minutes as there was no stuff present to talk to. Never again.

Overpriced, too small, when we got there only one group of chairs available. the food choice was poor , I went to a Lounge last year and it offered much more comfort. It was very cramped and too narrow walking to get to the bar and the food area

Lady didn't appear to understand paperwork and took a while to be able to gain entry. 8 others went in while we were waiting. Quality of food on offer was not good tried sandwiches but not acceptable, strange filling and some dried bread. Only 1 old and tired looking salad, In the end had two small bowls of peanuts. Virtually the whole lounge was laid out as tables for 4 people, and it appeared that when a couple sat down their bags had the other chairs so not easy yo find a seat

Over crowded. Really small space. Food was limited. Didnt feel comfortable at all. Have been in more spacious lounges for same price. Was really disappointed.

Inflexibility of entry time, sour faced greeting, pitiful selection of food, bread that had just come out of the freezer, lack of charging points.

I have recently been to the lounges at Bristol and Inverness, I found Bristol to be very poorly managed and organised, no food available and a long wait for drinks, the staff were clearly overworked with little or no leadership. the lounge itself was very comfortable and spacious. Inverness was the exact opposite, food and drink all readily available but a cramped and uncomfortable lounge. having to constantly move so people could get to their seats and the small island food/drink station was impractical, in summary inverness is too small a space but if you were to put Invernesses service in Bristols lounge you would be approaching a good service. i will continue to use inverness because there is so little else at the airport but I will not be using the lounge at Bristol again

There was no room for the 4 of us to sit together A member of staff asked someone to move so we had room. There was no bacardi Its the ony drink one of the girls will have.We asked if they had any and we were told no. An hour later went to get more drinks, waited quite a while to get served and seen bacardi on the shelf Nobody had come to tell us. There was comfy seating and food was better than expected.

The table where I wanted to sit was filthy. Nobody cleared the mess away so in the end I had to do it myself. Also there was no power from the electric sockets so I could not plug my computer in (I wanted to do some work).

On arrival we presented our print off of the booking arrangements (for the Aspire Plus Lounge) and we were directed to the standard Aspire lounge. Luckily we had been in the Plus lounge previously and we knew where it was located. If we had not been before we may have just accepted the lounge we were told to use (the standard lounge) and we would have overpaid. The Aspire Plus lounge is not a particularly comfortable environment being generally lacking adequate heating. We told one of the staff about this (who agreed) and she turned the heating up. Surely this environment could be kept warm automatically. The food on offer needs to be looked at critically. The mini pies are not worth eating being mainly pastry with only the most miniscule amount of filling. The Bruschetta's were very dry and unappetising having been left in a food warmer for a long period.I got a bacon sandwich which was a piece of bacon on a dry bun. Not a great sandwich. The soup dispenser had no pot installed. I was informed that this was because the biggest demand for soup was in the Standard Aspire lounge. It is only available in the Plus lounge if you ask for it and the staff get a bowl for you from the Standard lounge dispenser. This made me feel that as a Plus lounge customer I had a lower value experience compared to the Standard lounge clientelle. The seating and tables in the Plus lounge need to be looked at also. In almost all locations the tables are either too high or too low (relative to the height of the seating) to allow you to eat your food from them comfortably. We ended up eating our soup with the bowls on our knees which is less than ideal. Overall we felt that the Aspire Plus lounge did not offer particularly good value for money or provide a comfortable environment.

Come on...no restrooms in your lounge? That's unacceptable. Also so crowded they had to stop entry as there was no place to stand let alone sit. I'd rather be in the terminal any day.

You do not provide a private toilet-you have to leave the lounge and use a public toilet - for the price you charge the lounge should have its own toilet....otherwise you may as well spend the money going to Gordon Ramsey's restaurant....

no No seats available for our group of 4. Draught beer ran out and barrel not changed for 20 minutes. Bar staff had trouble pouring bottle beer into a glass --- given glass half filled with froth, not acceptable.

There was not enough seats. Lounge is too small for the number of guests. Too many people for the size. Poor food selection. This is the worst lounge i have visited. It is not worth the money.

Too crowded. Call it a lounge and there are no toilets...eh? 30 GBP for 3 hours? Is it for Wifi or food? Shower is extra money. So what is this lounge offering?

Upon check in at ththe lounge we were told that the lounge was full and we would have to wait. We advised that we had already paid and that if they could not accommodate us then perhaps they would like to refund our money. Two seats were then found on a bench but we were cramped and uncomfortable and the lounge was indeed very full. There were no cups or milk initially available for coffee and the check in staff were clearly stressed and quite rude. We would not book this lounge again.
