Having used the lounge before I was very disappointed, not with the service but the temporary venue. It was cramped to say the least also very grubby. If I had known that we were being put into a shoebox we would never had booked. Not worth the money we paid.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the executive lounge - a haven of peace and tranquility - i think not, We were not informed that refurbishment was being carried out and our peace and tranquility was sorely disturbed by the sound of hammering and drilling and workmen whistling at the top of his voice - the same song over and over. To access the toilets we had to leave the lounge and use the general airport ones, Equally the furniture is of poor quality and heavily stained, the whole ambiance is one of tiredness and shabbiness. A number of the advertised snacks were not available and the staff didn't seem bothered enough to replenish any food and wine that had run out. I actually question the validity of charging for such a facility whilst it is in its present poor and unwelcome condition

Conditions were poor and lack of space did not help. The choices have not improved over the years. We were also not advised of improvements being made to the Sky lounge. Have used this lounge in the past and was happy with the area at that time. Will probably not use this facility in the future. Previously we picked this facility as the start to our holiday, but this was a poor start to our holiday this year.

Very disappointing. Obviously the real lounge was being refurbished or something. This substitute was very average to say the least. The cost was exactly the same as if it had been the proper lounge and I find that very unsatisfactory. It was squashed, the toilets were none too clean although the choice of snacks seemed to be as before. A discount would be In order for anyone wishing to use the lounge during any refurb

Was expecting a spacious, relaxing lounge with comfy seats and a good view of the runway! absolute opposite!! small room filled with mostly businessmen which, are obviously entitled to be there too. Not enough seats for everyone and my party had to squeeze in beside other parties of people at different tables! food was ok, again not what I expected but was of an acceptable standard! staff of 2 ladies were lovely though and very helpful. Apparently the normal skylounge is being refurbished, however we were still charged the same price for less quality!

Temporary lounge should not equate to a poorer service. Cold soup and hard rolls. Lack of choice. There were eight of us and we struggled with seating. Six of us were first timers and our experience was not worth £18 each. Disappointing.

Was very disappointed with lounge booked into sky lounge but at no point did anyone tell me it was closed for refurbishment as I would never have booked the room send was a disgrace .

Was a temporary lounge, which wasn't told about at booking, was full so we were redirected to overspill room which was very disappointing indeed, was certainly not worth price charged, will be complaining to customer services.

The long, long walk to find the lounge was the first thing to put us off. I feel we should have been warned about this before finalising our booking. The second thing was the peace and quiet being upset by chattering and giggling staff members when they were clearing tables. The third, and worst of all, was when a family with five young children arrived and completely shattered the peace and quiet. These children ran around from buffet to table with food in their hands and shouted as all young children do. The fact that their parents did nothing to silence them, nor did the staff, made us leave much earlier than we had planned. We most certainly did not get our money's worth from this lounge.

This was a temporary Lounge which was extremely busy Staff were very pleasant and helpful Limited space so not comfortable. The toilets were disgusting Would not use this facility again unless it was changed as definitely not worth the money

We should have been told when booking the lounge was in a temporary location as if known would not have booked it. We were all squashed in like sardines not very relaxing! The one ladies toilet was smelly! Also there was a draught coming in from the windows. However the staff were all lovely and helpful

Was put in temporary lounge which i wasnt aware of before arriving! I booked lounge as i wanted vood view of runway however in temporary lounge i couldnt see runway i feel i should have been told this before arriving at airport

On this occasion wasn't very good due to refurbishment not a lot of room you couldn't help youself etc hopefully once completed it will get back to normal or even better

On our visit I arrived with the electronic barcode on my phone however the member of staff stated quite rudely she didn't have the machine to scan the code and asked m to find my email, which I had deleted, she stated that this holds up the queue but I informed her she should've been provided with the correct machinery! The sandwiched provided all had a mayonnaise mix which my 4 year old daughter is allergic to and the staff couldn't provide

Over crowded hard to find a seat, Food limited and bland,Only free flow beer no wine or drinks for the ladies ,area worn, only plus side the staff were OK. Would not go back better to spend the money in the airport no comparison to the lounges at heathrow.
