Oh dear have been here three times before always good but not this time as they had just moved to smaller more cramped place while a refurbishment is going on well there was stuff missing like toast so had lots a crackers and at a tble with strangers in there space and not a lot of plug points if I had known this was the case would never have booked very dissapointed but will be good again when they move back was going to write a letter to ask for a refund as they should of made me aware of the new inferior situation

Very disappointed. Glasgow lounge was closed for refurbishment at time of out departure. I never received any notice of this. So had a double journey to get to the make shift lounge. which I was again disappointed in. Limited snacks no TV. Not the friendliest of staff. I paid £38 for this and I an not happy. Would expect a refund of this money from you and then I would like to try the new refurbished lounge next time I holiday. Please reply with your comments. Edi Addison. Thank you.

This was not an airport lounge but a cafe/bar. It was so difficult to find and no airport staff had heard of it when we asked for directions. Voucher was shown on arrival and this had to be emailed to them. I was asked again to email it and then use their computer as they had issues viewing it. Food quality was good but limited selection. Would not book again.

The choice of food in comparison to other lounges was poor - see Bristol Airport Lounge as a good example with a comparable price. Otherwise the staff and drink choice were very good.

Was expecting more than what I got and did not feel it was value for money. This was advertised different to what was a actually there on the day and was was disappointing. Staff were slow and so was the service (for example the only hot food was soup however no bread) its things like this that would deter me from using this service again. Idea good, execution poor.

Firstly it took 25 minutes for the lounge to locate my booking, and even after sending them an email copy of the booking they still couldn't find it and did not believe me. Eventually when admitted they informed me that all alcoholic drinks are charged for. That runs contrary to what is advertised, and at £35 it is incompatible with what is called 'Executive Lounges' and way below what other international lounges offer in such parts of the world. I told them so and asked for a refund on that basis which they refused to give. That then necessitated the raising of a dispute through AMEX through whom I had prepaid. If you want a quiet drink and a bite to eat in HK International Airport then head to the bar on the upper floor which seemed very quiet, comfortable and had plenty of snacks to choose from for half the price of the lounge ! The staff there were also extremely upbeat and very nice.

Upon booking the aspire lounge I thought it would of been like the escape lounge in Terminal 1. We were greeted on arrival and found a seat. It seemed however that there were no staff to serve drinks at the bar. They seemed to all be in the kitchen the majority of the time. There was a large cue the majority of the time at the bar because of the lack of service. Credit must go to one of the young waitresses however as she was clearing tables and could see people frustrated (even after ringing the bell) with the lack of service she did go round and serve for a while. There was also a lack of snacks available and we were told the sandwiches would be out soon. That kind of defeats the object of the lounge given passengers only ever have a short amount of time at the airport to snack and enjoy a few drinks. We were also disappointed with the lack of choice for snacks and drinks that were available. We will not be using this lounge again and will be considering others at Terminal 1 for future use.

Staff moaning behind the bar, no food to speak of, poorly redesign which means the booths block the view of the planes, who thought of that ??!?. Slow cleaning and removal of plates obviously short staffed when it gets busy I will not be returning.

The pastries offered on our visit were not the freshest we should expect and of limited choice. I feel it is unfair to advertise that a three hour stay is permitted because the earliest one can check in for a flight is three hours and there is always a delay getting through security, so the three hours is reduced by that delay. Similarly, the flight is called ahead of the three hour mark, so the maximum time available to relax is in fact considerably less than three hours taking into account these delays.

I attended the Calgary Chinook Lounge on Tuesday, April 14. My EA had booked and prepaid my attendance in the lounge for the 3 hour period between noon and 3PM. Though the lounge is very comfortable, and was not overly busy, the greeting staff seemed more concerned with ensuring I did not stay longer than 3 hours and indeed approached me at 2:45PM to ensure I was leaving. I don't believe such urging was required nor necessary, and it left a bad taste in what, otherwise, was a good experience. Marty Meloche AVP, Strategic Initiatives SaskCentral (306 566-1247)

We arrived at the lounge having pre-booked. We have visited this lounge since it opened with Priority Pass. It seems now we can't use it because the masses are pre-booking the slots, how unfair is that!?! Stunningly, our booking was not on the system: there was no record of our pre-booking. We were told that they could only admit us if we sent the email confirmation to them. But the in-house wifi was down, so we couldn't do that. So we stood at the desk in the lounge for about 20 mins watching guests walk in. Eventually, we were admitted. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!! Come back Priority Pass!!

The receptionist appeared confused by my booking that delayed me even getting in. The place looked rather untidy throughout. The 'free' wifi was particularly bad, once connected it registered at 0.12 Mbps. I switched on my own personal MIFI sitting in the same location and achieved 24.12Mbps. I wouldn't return to this lounge based on this experience.

Due to flight delay and the time it took to travel to the lounge I did not get to use it! I have paid for a service I could not access

We normally use the Virgin V Room at Gatwick but the Aspire lounge seemed to offer similar facilities at a better price. We were extremely disappointed to say the least, and will be booking V Room next time. I wasn't expecting the same choices as at the V Room - but all that was on offer for breakfast was a few cereals, some cold brown or white bacon rolls that looked a funny colour, some cold croissants and some apples. Tea and coffee was available - but no hot chocolate and no cookies etc The basic facility was ok-ish - somewhere to sit and wifi and newspapers available - but fairly basic

Poor choice of food, beverages and ambience at this Heathrow T2 Lounge. We left after 10 minutes and bought something tasty at the Oriel Cafe instead. Never again.

At the time that I used service no hot food available. I am not a great fan of Coffee from a machine and the one I orignally used was broken - no warning sign. Ok you get the quietness but not a lot more. Doubt that I will be recommending.

Even though we were told of renovation we did not realise this meant there was less then half the space provided than before and the food selection was abysmal. Not worth the money as there was no relaxation feeling and would not recommend it to anyone. Disappointment for the start of our Easter break

Showers are a 10 min walk away in a separate hotel - very strange, food was average. Appears to be a failed restaurant converted into a 'lounge'. Seating etc was comfortable.
