Snacks were very basic, the coffee was disgusting, magazines were of poor standard tables were untidy and the general cleanliness of the area was very poor. I expect more from an executive lounge.

Not impressed with the service or the facilities. We were there for 3 hours in the morning and the breakfast was poor quality and was fairly cold. When I asked for eggs to be cooked it took at least 25 minutes before they arrived, how long does it take to cook 2 eggs. As it was the morning we did not take advantage of the free bar. I would not recommend this lounge and will certainly not be using it again. Very disappointing.

Rather disappointed with the Sky Lounge. Air conditioning system was on despite it being a cold and wet day in Glasgow - would have been sensible to have the heating on. Poor selection of food and snacks. Had to go to Boots and buy sandwiches due to the lack of variety. Also, cheap selection of beer - only Carlsberg and Sol available. Finally, the entrance way to the lounge is tired looking and could do with an upgrade. Would not recommend.

after spending time in Executive lounges throughout the world, i was very disapointed by the one in Aberdeen, very few seats, the only food available was crisps and biscuits, dont think i would bother using it again

The lounge was clean and tidy, but soulless. The papers and magazines were not to my taste. The only hot food available was vegetable soup. There were plenty of cakes, rolls and cheese, but not sufficient to equate to a meal. There was not restriction on alcohol, and a good selection, but I would not bother with this lounge again.

We arrived on 12th March and was very disappointed at first I thought we had gone to the wrong lounge.when we asked for hot food we were told that there was only tomatoe soup , the cold food was disappointing with just a selection of cheese and biscuits . The lounge seemed unclean and dated ! When we travel again in August we won't be checking into the lounge sgain.

Plenty of space, comfortable and relaxing. Decor was a bit tired. Disappointingly there was no food other than some nuts and crisps as the soup machine had broken down. Tables didn't get cleared.

I was very disappointed with the whole experience, it didn't match up to my expectations having used other lounges at different airports. The food selection was very poor, basic cereal, pastries and bacon rolls. That was it. As a vegetarian that left me with pastries and not everyone wants to load up on calories. I expected much more. The man behind the bar was very curt when advising me the hot drinks machine was offline and I had to work out where the other one was. The female staff member was more pleasant and when I asked if there was a veggie option for the sandwich she offered to get me some cheese and a roll. I didn't think it was value for money, and in hindsight would have preferred to have bought my breakfast elsewhere and would have probably saved money considering how little I ate and drank. We left the lounge early and went shopping instead. Wouldn't use Aspire again based on this experience.

Good points: Some where quiet to sit, free wifi and a good supply of drinks and snacks for attacks of the munchies! I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed by the Heathrow Servisair Lounge's décor which was basic with a crowded interior. It boasted a view of the tarmac through tiny windows, toilet facilities were just satisfactory and when I was there, several power sockets did not work . So if it's to get away from the large crowds in the general waiting area, this lounge delivers otherwise, temper your expectations.

Disappointed overall visit and the reasons why : Thought the general upkeep of the area needed upgrading e.g. poor paint work, marks on furniture, badly needed painting toilets / washroom. Below average quality of food on offer e.g. Pastries dry , as if they'd been in the freezer for a while. How about a toaster - at least the customer could have a hot choice? Overall little choice in food. Plenty of choice of alcohol - why? People are flying & shouldn't really been drinking too much alcohol ! To finish on a positive , shortbread lovely & good selection of hot drinks!

Some chairs were filthy dirty the lounge was under very loud disruptive construction and shouldn't be open to the public whilst the renovations were ongoing I won't be using these Lounges again.

Poor signage to find. Confusing layout. Felt like a costa coffee rather than a VIP lounge. Not recommended.

The food and beverages available were satisfactory, thought there could have been sandwiches or something more substantial, but enjoyed what was there. My disappointment was that the carpet and furnishing fabrics were really dirty and needed cleaned, there was also a lot of food lying around on the floor. Also the Gents toilets were a bit dated and needed some maintenance. There was also no privacy, you could hear what everybody was saying, The lounge did not create a very relaxing atmosphere.

Arrived on time , i hadn't read the small print about parties of 8 or over, therefore no booking. The person in charge let us in , because it was quiet, and we thank them for that. Hardly any food available , no cups available , the staff were excellent , but they obviously had no stock available. Finally made us omlettes ,with the only thing they had available, eggs.No rolls, no bread, poor. One of my party believes he left his phone in the lounge, but we couldn't find any contact information.

Having been to the Aspire Lounge in Manchester Airport in November of last year I booked Aspire Lounge in Gatwick thinking it would offer the same menu. My husband and I arrived to the lounge to find no one on the reception desk so I had to look for someone. When the lady came she quickly checked our reservation but failed to notice I had pre ordered a cocktail when I then had to point out. The food or choice of food was poor and did not have the variety that Manchester offered I noticed I got the last scone and they were not replaced we were then asked if we wanted any soup as they were clearing away. The People who came into the lounge after this got a worse choice than us. I did speak to one of the assistants about the food on offer and I was told this was all they did. I can't understand why the choice is not the same in all lounges. Manchester is really good and very worth while. We would not go back.

Staff very pleasant but facilities lacking and choice of food very poor which is why we booked this service before our long haul flight. Cost of GBP £25 each including our 3 year old son very high for this lounge Presenting voucher staff I had no idea who you are and had to end up giving copies of boarding passes etc / connection to Wi-Fi was ridiculous and lounge very cold Would not return unless the above could be redeemed

On the Journey out we had not been given the right information, so we could not find the lounge. The place was clean and lovely but the selection of food was poor . It all tasted and looked as if it had been there from the night before. If you are going to sell a lounge that says it serves food and drink 24 hrs then the food should be fresh and available at all times, We were there early morning and it was dismal. They tried to say our drinks were not included and I had to show them the site on the iPad . They then served us what we wanted. The staff were lovely Food not lovely.
