My flight was 12 noon so I thought to make use of the Panorama lounge in Zurich airport. The lady at the reception could not have been more unhelpful. Frowned upon my print out page. I guess it is ore preferable to pass with a card or member of some expensive scheme. From my understanding there should have been some soup and two hot dishes. I guess when I enter at 9:30AM in the morning it was still too early for that. Being a celiac my only options were fruit and peanuts. I know they can't cater for all, but perhaps a bit of cheese and ham will help. So I thought I would get some work done, it seems plugs are in short supply and was taken by other clients already. Which I can understandwhen when it is extremely busy but it was not when I were there. Only a handfull of people and really not that many plugs available. Also note you have one hour free wifi in Zurich airport. That is included to the Panorama lounge, so I had to buy more time since I have used my hour in the airport before entering the lounge. They do not state that clearly on their website. So all in all not anything to get excited by. Better situated for passengers leaving from the E terminal later in the day.

It was so busy we struggled to find somewhere to sit. So it felt very over crowded and due to the the volume of people, the food available was practically non existent and when new items were put out it was gone again in seconds. Compaired to our previous experience, which was much more conducive to what one would expect of an executive lounge. This time unfortunately it wasn't worth the extra money paid.

Regretfully the second time not as good as the first, poor decor in need of redecorating. The choice of snacks limited good selection of drinks available.

We arrived at 10.40 am and there were no bacon rolls or omelettes as described on the website. I asked and was bluntly told that the bacon rolls stopped at 9 am which does not reflect what the website says. I moaned and she said that they would make some rolls but the bacon was not cooked and they were revolting. We will not be using this service again and will just sit in the bar and spend the same amount on food and drink. At least we will eat that way! It was also overbooked so were lucky to get a seat and there was a constant queue for the loos. No point in paying for a lounge when it would have been more comfortable and cheaper to be in the main bar areas.

The lounge looks tired and the freshness of the food and choice is not good enough. I have used the North Terminal Lounge which was very good but the South Terminal Lounge needs attention . Maybe a better food supplier. Very poor value for money and probably would not use again. Please take note as not to disappoint further passengers.

Not impressed with at all with this lounge. I have booked this on my mobile when travelling and, although I had the confirmation on my handset. the initial reaction from the reception seemed that, because I did not have a hard copy of the reservation. they were reluctant to permit entry, finally after about 20 minutes they reluctantly agreed to let us have access. The next shock, this being the most I have ever paid for a lounge, was to be advised that any wine and spirits had to be purchased separately - and not included in the entry fee. Beer and soft drinks were complimentary and snacks were available, but if I was offering these snack to customers, quite honestly I would have been ashamed - maybe due to the time and that very few people were availing themselves of the facilities. I will say it was very clean and the staff were quick to clear any used crockery/cutlery. Showers were available if needed, but when I needed to change my clothes all the cubicles were locked with no staff in sight Overall I was not impressed, I would certainly not recommend this lounge and I will not be using these facilities again

Lounge was supposed to have WiFi, however, they were relying on the airports free service which did not reach the lounge consistently. Free WiFi - false advertising!

We looked forward to our Executive Lounge a experience at KL Airport. It was very disappointing. Firstly we couldn't find anywhere to sit as it was full. After 15 mins of messing about and waiting for people to leave we managed to sit together. Went to get a drink.... Beer and soft drinks are only part of the £25.00 deal. So as a lady who doesn't drink beer we had to pay for a glass of wine! Then food ... Nothing worth eating.. I'm NOT fussy but it was a dreadful choice and looked unappetising which was a shame as we had saved ourselves and were hungry! As I said all in all a great disappointment to the end of a lovely holiday.

Overall the lounge was very disappointing. To start with the entrance from the main airport to the lounge was totally uninspiring and like walking through an unused corridor connection. We thought we had gone through the wrong door. The lounge totally lacked any atmosphere and just had a couple of TV screens on. The entire room and furniture looked old and tired and it looked like the room had originally been an office and lounge Furniture and a coffee serving station had just been added. The windows were so dirty you could not see out. The choice of food was disappointing and to pay so much for what essentially ended up being a coffee and a pastry each was not acceptable or anything like we were expecting. We stayed for about 15 minutes and moved on to the normal airport concourse that had more to offer and better atmosphere. The receptionist was very efficient but the 2 members of staff who were putting the food out did not even respond to our greetings and did not help anyone or advise anyone on what was available. I would suggest a paint renovation, cleaning the windows, some background music, trained and helpful staff, cleaner cups and a much better choice of food. Overall very disappointing. I was unable to leave these comments for your customer service as the links did not work.

The availability of food was extremely minimal. It was explained on arrival that a delivery had been delayed. I was only able to have porridge due to all other breakfast items being out of stock. My husband and I were very disappointed about this. A few crisps, nuts and olives does not represent good value for money when we had paid the full price for our VIP Lounge stay. As we are regular travellers, it would be fair if you could offer us future discount for all the inconvenience caused. It was necessary for us to go to the general part of the Terminal One to obtain adequate foodstuffs. Yours sincerely, Jennifer and Nigel Pye

Reminiscent of a Soviet soup kitchen. Lounge was over booked, and being refitted. No sandwiches of anythinf other than a sad display of bar snacks. We had to sit on the newspaper table as a lot of seats had been sold twice.

Cramped, noisy, slow wifi. If you are having significant refurbishment going on like you were when I was there you must adjust the price!!

I normally use the Escape Lounge but thought I would try this lounge instead as the reviews on Tripadvisor were good. I arrived at the lounge at 17.15 expecting to get some form of food as I usually get a nice salad with fresh cheeses and cooked meats at Escape. I do not eat soup so the only option was catering packs of crackers and cheese and packets of crisps, not a good start before a 29 hour flight. Drinks were as you expect them to be. I was under the impression that food was available in this lounge.....how wrong can you be? The staff were friendly enough but as far as value for money went I am afraid I will not be using this service again. Janis Eden

Fruit flies around all of the alcohol and food, when I asked them about it the workers acted like it wasn't a big deal. I ended up eating somewhere else. The only true benefit was the shower rooms which were clean. I wouldn't pay for it again.

The first experience is booking on the website and this is user unfriendly and if you change your mind about which section to fill in, the common boxes don't remain populated so you have to enter everything again from scratch. I hate poor websites. Arrival at the lounge is less than smooth and efficient and it seems to take the receptionist ages to get you booked in and i see no reason for this as my booking has a reference number. This is poor and needs streamlining. I have used the Aspire lounge at Belfast twice now. The first time it was overcrouded and it took a while to find a seat, not good. The variety and quality of food on offer is not good value for the price charged, do better.

Too many people allowed in, it was absolutely heaving and detracted from what otherwise might have been an enjoyable experience. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and not at all welcoming, I felt like she was doing me a favour!

It was unfortunate that it took me 60 minutes to find your lounge in Dubai; the airport information desk didn't know where you were, and 3 other lounges didn't. I found one gentleman who did and he helpfully brought me to you. On arrival I realised I had walked past your lounge but the fact that it is labelled as a "Tapas" restaurant and not the lounge indicated why I had assumed it could not be the place I was looking for. The lounge itself was very pleasant but I was disappointed that an electronic (in today's modern world) voucher was insufficient - it was not appropriate or possible for me to bring a printed out version with me. I was also completely underwhelmed by the small amount of food available. A few chocolate croissants, one small dry beef sandwich and some overcooked stir fry chicken was to me unacceptable for £25 per head. Next time I will be using the Emirates lounge.

There was building works going on in/around the lounge which meant there was no ceiling to part of it. As a result, part of the lounge was too cold for comfort. It also meant that the announcements made in the main terminal came through loud and clear (it's supposed to be quiet in the lounge). Although there is a warning on the web site that work is going on, I would have expected some recompense/reduced price if the facilities are not usable as advertised. Also, despite the efforts of the staff I was unable to make any internet connection using my Samsung Android phone. It simply would not accept the password.

The Aspire Plus lounge would in general be classed as very good BUT unfortunately is sadly let down by its lack of heating which meant that we had to sit with our coats on and my wife even had to put her gloves on....... poor! However the staff were excellent and we're very sympathetic.

I had an afternoon flight arrived in the lounge and was very dissatisfied, we were told the sandwiches had finished and there was only crackers, chess and crisps.... It eas only half two and this lounge is open until 8pm not at all worth £19!! The soup was OK but the service was not the standard I have experienced in all other lounges, moody staff, long waits for staff to bother going to serve people at the "bar" area. The place needs cleaning the lights above all the tables were full of dirt and dust. I will not fly from Liverpool again let alone use this lounge.
