Visited the lounge with 2 friends on 19th June at around 4.30 pm. There was very little food available. Soup had run out and I had to ask for them to replenish. Then there was no soup bowls, so I had to ask for them to replenish those also. No bread rolls either. Stayed 35 minutes and overall a poor experience.

I was very disappointed with my time in the lounge. Found it very unorganized and staff seemed very mithered. There was no food served in the time we was in there, and when I asked, the staff stated they were short staffed. I would like to try the lounge again, but feel too dissatisfied.

Very quick to get a drink, sandwiches dissapeared in seconds, only egg mayo and chicken curry type - no variety. Only thing we really got was cheese and biscuits. Not as good as Manchester Airport lounge. Would not book again.

Bitterly dissapointing. Had to queue to get in. It was louder and busier than many of the bars in the main airport lounge. Lack of tables and lack of staff to serve. Dirty tables. Had to queue at the bar for 15 minutes to get a drink. No draft beers and only Heineken and Sol available in bottles. The food was really poor. Waited ages for a sandwich witch was a waste of time - very poor quality. When they eventually did arrive on the bar, it was like feeding time at the zoo! Snacks were minimal but great if you like cheddar and crackers! Expected a 4* experience but got 2*. Probably better off not bothering. It was no better and no more relaxing than waiting in the main lounge. Not value for money!

It was way too hot in the lounge. The plug socket by us did not work. The range of complimentary drinks were too limited. I don't think the snacks should change during the day. When you are travelling long haul flights it does not matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, you just want a tasty snack, like cheese and biscuits, crisps and cookies, to see you through until the awful meal you will inevitably have on the plane. I have used many lounges and found this to be the worst I have experienced.

We've used the lounge a few times in the past before our holidays and it made a perfect start to the break. The main thing we looked forward to was the peace and quiet and the absence of children screaming and running around as they do in the main lounge! The entry rules seem to have changed since last year and there was very little difference between the executive lounge and the main concourse with families with children there. While they weren't necessarily misbehaving, they were obviously excited about going on holiday and were VERY loud! We won't be using the executive lounge any more as paying nearly £40 for very little difference from the main concourse (in fact it was slightly worse as we couldn't move to a quieter, more peaceful area) makes no sense. We're really sorry we won't be going any more as it used to be a special start to the holiday, but the apparent change of entry rules has spoiled it for us.

We went into the Aspire lounge and expected the same standard as the other lounges at MAnchester airport and this was not the case. I appreciate it was a busy Sunday afternoon but the food offering was poor and no healthy option of salad etc.Every sandwich was made in a bun and contained mayonnaise with something such as egg or Tuna with lack of variation. We couldn't wait for our flight to be called and wont visit Aspire again .

we feel that its was over booked, on arrival it was loud & untidy No food was available when some was put out it was just snatched away People were pushing & swearing. the drink was taking hold on some and the police did make an appearance. So what we thought was going to be a relaxing wait for our flight turned into a free for all never again

Understand that Humberside is a small airport, but the I don't think that the facilities there are adequate enough to be called "executive lounge". The room is small and crammed with armchairs, there is barely room to move. The choice of refreshments is very limited, there is no food really, just nibbles. Toilettes are old and have not been refurbished for quite a while. There are not enough power points, it's very hard to work. The most unpleasant experience however was the fact that the lady at the reception desk had no scanning facilities and was clearly at a loss what to do when I presented my ticket on a mobile device. PLEASE ensure in case tickets on mobile devices are not accepted, that this is made clear on the website and in the booking confirmation.

Clean, quite comfortable although chilly. Staff not particularly welcoming, helpful or friendly. Hot food i.e small bacon rolls, not regularly replaced and soon ran out even though the lounge wasn't busy. Not enough staff serving drinks. Not really value for money. Probably wouldn't use again.

On arrival we found that the lounge was short staffed, had ran out of snacks, crisps, cakes and cold soft drinks, which where waiting to be refilled. We where in the lounge for approximately 90 minutes in which the 2 members of staff where run off there feet managing to serve the ques of people at the bar, and struggled to collect dirty glasses and refill the snack area and soft drinks. We personally have visited several executive lounges in the past but have never came across this problem. Would recommend more staff especially as the lounge was fully booked, As the amount of customers was known in advance, there should of been more than 2 staff available. Please note the staff where polite and accommodating as humanly possible in this situation.

the lounge was overcrowded , not enough places to sit , the variety of snacks is very poor also , a big section was dedicated to Singapore airline travelers , and people were all stuffed in the other section. very poor experience , totally unsatisfied.

On our arrival I was about shocked to the lack of food on offer as well as the attitudes of the staff ! They where rude and told us that it's not there problem that their is only soup on off and frozen bread rolls !! This does not define the meaning of Excecutive !! I expected more from this lounge and left unhappy as did a few other customers using your service.

Wheelchair not welcome. The lounge was to capacity and I was shocked at how cramped the conditions were. They ran out of coffee, rolls temporarily, had no straws for children to drink from and although it says so online, there were no sandwiches. There were only two staff working and they were run off their feet. They were clearing tables, mending the coffee machine, restocking and serving drinks. I was told by another customer that one of the staff had worked an 8 hour shift the previous day with nom break for a drink or food or the toilet. Is that not against the law? I was asked to move my wheelchair and when I said that I could not (I cannot walk due to a spinal cord injury) she huffed. When another guy was pushed in in a wheelchair she called to the guy with him, 'Move it, there is no room for it". Letter on its way as that is just poor management. I was shocked and stressed thereby defeating the reason for using the lounge.

The lounge was full and this impacted on the service Little choice of snacks, soup (no rolls), cheese and biscuits and Danish pastries that were stale If your wanting a serious drinking session before your flight then this is place. If you want to relax and have a snack then maybe a quiet corner in the airport would be better. Under staffed for a full to capacity lounge, 2 staff to cover food, bar, reception and clearing.

Was disappointed that it has changed from Servisair Styal Lounge to Swissport as we didn't think it was as good as it has been in the past. Not the same now bar has been installed as people have to wait for service where before was much more relaxed when could just help yourself. Selection of snacks was very poor when we first went in although later some cheese and biscuits were put out and some cake. Don't think we will be using it in the future as price has gone up and it wasn't as good as before.
