My husband and I booked the facility hoping to have a relaxing cup of tea/coffee and a spot of breakfast in relatively quiet conducive surroundings. The coffee/tea machine was broken and we waited 20 minutes for it to be repaired. The lounge then became very crowded so we left. We would not book the lounge again.

Very small area. No comfortable chairs. Access restricted to a couple of hours (the lounge is useful when you have a long waiting time between flights or when you have delays. No alcoholic drinks offered. Expensive for such limited service.

Was not happy with our reception from the staff as we were not on time, we arrived just after 4, the lounge closes at 17.30, the staff behind the desk said we were late and they were winding down service , we said you don't close till 17.30, we felt uncomfortable, we did sit in the lounge and have some soup, and a drink. I would not recommend this lounge .

There were dirty plates, cups and glasses left uncleared on the tables that the staff walked past; the loungers by the window were covered in crumbs; the air conditioning was far too cold; the scones were dry; some of the staff looked like they didn't know how to smile. It would have been nice to have, for example, a selection of salad, cold meat and cheese instead of just bread and cakes. We have spent time in an executive lounge in terminal one which had much better choices, so we were disappointed with our experience in this one.

I have used this lounge on numerous occasions and recommended to rest of the party but was very disappointed on arrival the lounge was over booked and under staffed , the only table available we found was full of rubbish leftover food and used glasses and plates . Which we were prepared to disregard only to find when we went for refreshments there was no clean plates bowls ,or cutlery this wasn't a problem as there was no food left and this was not replenished for over an hour after our arrival, even after speaking with the reception who informed us they where busy and she wasn't sure when would get round to re filling resulting in half the party going out to burger king . Of a party of 6 we managed to acquire 1 bowl of soup and a few Danish pastries and crisps when eventually filled .Not really the value for money as we paid £116.00 this works out at very expensive bowl of soup and snacks .

This was my first time using an airport lounge and was meant to be an added treat to the start of our holiday. When we arrived there were no seats to sit down. The lounge was clearly over booked. There was very little snacks left and some of these were not replenished as the staff member said they had ran out. The wifi doesnt work. Overall i wouldn't recommend it or book again.

a flight delay and a 40 minute queue at passport control meant we didn't arrive at the lounge until 8pm. We had been travelling all day and were looking forward to a wee bit of respite before the last leg of our journey. We were instantly told the food finished at 8 and lounge close at 9pm. The girl did offer soup from the kitchen which we accepted but it wasn't even a child's portion she returned with. I would have welcomed a top up but she was too busy setting up breakfast. Checking your website again, yes it does say it closes at 9pm but it also says soup is available till 930pm. To remove hot food at 8 and only have twiglets and rice crackers to nibble on is not satisfactory! I would use the lounge in future but only if we have a day flight.

Small room very full a rowdy group of females admitted although this is against policy. This was challenged and a member of staff commented the airport just let anyone in. Poor selection of snacks. We also got evacuated due to an alarm

I have to say that it's one of the worst lounges I've used. Food was slow on coming out. A second coffee machine would be helpful to ease the que. With regards to the food a wider choice for breakfast would be good. Savoury sandwiches at 8am is not many peoples first choice. Pastries and croissants would be good.

Service was slow as staff talked while guests waited to be served drinks, food selection was not too good either. I have been in better lounges at this airport.

We was in the lounge for over 2 hours and no-one came to clear the table. The table hadn't even been cleared from the previous customers

I was disappointed with the shower facility, I paid €17.00 (I think) for the luxury of using the shower and for that price you don't even receive basic toiletries....only shower gel / shampoo...no toothpaste / disposable toothbrush.....no cold water to rinse your mouth.

Dated furniture crowded in small space. Restrooms level with public area. Many drinks in big bottles/containers. Very basic snacks.

We were disappointed to find as we arrived between the breakfast and lunch menus a lot of the selections for both were unavailable. We were with friends who had previously enjoyed a wide selection of choices at the Stanstead Lounge so we anticipated a greater choice. One of our party did not like the flavour of the only soup offered. Eventually after more than half an hour of requests he was reluctantly served an alternative. One seat in the lounge was soiled and stained and there were very few newspapers. The staff were more concerned with welcoming guests than replenishing the buffet shelves with foodstuffs. The four in our party did not feel we had 80 pounds worth of value, in reality a most forgettable experience. This was a special holiday to celebrate a very special birthday for one of our group so we thought we would start the holiday in style by booking the lounge. Fortunately, this was the only part of a memorable holiday which fell flat and short of our expectations.

I have been a frequent user of your lounges over a number of years and in the. Last year or so , the standards have really dropped , but the price has increased, however the service and the food and drink have declined to a point where we will have to think about using the Servis air lounges again. On our last visit to Manchester t1 lounge, last Monday 6 th July 2015, the standards hit an all time low, bar service, not help yourself , no service when we went to the bar, then no ice, tables not cleared, no snacks to speak of, there used to be cheese and biscuits , nuts and nibbles etc even sandwiches , but alas no more.,it's a real shame because with us, we would book our trip away, then automatically book the lounge, it was the start of our holiday , but as I said before not any longer. Our last visit to Manchester t2 was not as bad , but again I think we will be trying other lounges in next round of holidays.your comments please Thank you Mr A Williams

The facilities here were fine although not everything advertised was available. (cheese and biscuits and soup not available). However the main reason for a poor review was the staff. They were unfriendly and clearly just keen to finish their day and get home. No smile or welcome and everything seemed an effort. They sat and drank coffee and chatted to each other even as I cleared our table myself as it was so cluttered. They didn't nothing that was pro-active and missed all opportunities to provide any sort of customer service. They kept you waiting, avoiding eye contact etc. Sorry but in an age where customer service makes all the difference the staff let you down Liverpool.

I travel in and out of many airports for both leisure and business and use the hotel lounges. And found this one quite disappointing, it was comfortable and close to our gate, the staff were great however the choice of snacks were poor, we got there at 5.30am but as it got busier the selection became non existent rather quickly. I wouldn't rush to use this airport lounge

Half the seating was very grubby or dirty. Had to search to find a cleanish chair. Not impressed
