Not only it’s been 2 weeks and I received a notification it shipped today though it can not be found in the system, I have also multiple times called their 1800 number to no avail. No one answers. Ever. I called dozens of times and at different times and all I got was a recording saying they’re busy and telling me to contact them online. I did that too. Also to no avail. No one responded to any of my messages on their platform neither to my emails. I cannot believe I just paid these people $498 for this! Argh. I think I’m gonna file a complaint against them with the BBB and the FTC. Just horrible. Don’t buy from them, you will regret it! The positive reviews you see are probably from influencers that get paid to write that! Don’t buy from them!

I've ordered close to 5 or 6 pairs of glasses and sunglasses from this company and my wife and my sister also have purchased glasses from this company. This past order took almost three weeks. I received an email the first week stating would take 2 to three days for processing then shipped. Another week went by and and still no change in status. I called and spoke with an agent who informed me they were still processing and that they found a scratch during inspection and had to start over. Several more days went by and was finally informed that they shipped. I paid for rush delivery but still gives a 5 day dekivery ETA. Still haven't received my glasses. Probably will be my last time ordering from this company.

Wanted to cancel my order before it shipped since i made a mistake, and did so on time. I sent 3 messages. I was still not notified of anyone reaching out to me after 24 hour. And so then order shipped. Which i did not want to happen. Also I placed a second order, and the total was around 475. And than I checked and it the total changed more than $500. So far not looking forward of returning the first order which I didn't want to do and generally not having the best experience.

VERY VERY poor customer service . I bought lenses in October and I still haven’t totem !! U have sent 3 e mails to their customer service, but never heard a word back . Absolutely disgraceful and rude !! I needed these lenses badly , and if they couldn’t accommodate me at that time , they should have had the common decency to tell me , so I could buy elsewhere . I have just seen they have just been shipped . It is now November 13 th ! I’m so annoyed by there refusal to answer me . Regards Michelle Almond

I couldn't get Amazon to ship me 200 Zeiss-moistened eyeglass wipes the last two times I ordered them. The first time I ordered them, I got them; however, the last two times I ordered them, Amazon would only ship me an 80-count. I went online and found EZContacts. They have the same products and shipped 200-count Zeiss-moistened eyeglass wipes.

I find it a very frustrating that your company is asking for feedback when I have NOT received my order it has been over a 6 weeks...I have never waited this long for any product and without any communication. This is really bad customer service...😌 so sad.
