Have cancelled my booking and after 4 weeks have not received a refund and they do not reply to my emails.

Absolutely disgusting. The communication was difficult from the drop off time. No respect at all. When we get car back, SURPRISE....half tank of petrol disappeared.. pair of shoes left in and full bag of litter as well... Coffee spill on the back seat... Mud everywhere.. dash cam dismantled.. a small multitool keyring nicked.. Fault spanner light on dashboard..i don't know yet how Sirius this fault is. I believe our cars used for their personal purpose. Guy who delivered, disappeared literally in a second.. Call straight away but what we get it was a guy named JIMMY laughing with our problem. obviously the name was fake as there is no Jimmy name in Romania. I can not believe that in 2022 in UK we allow a bunch of scumbags to run business like this with peoples personal cars. PLEASE avoid...

Worst experience ever! Both Ezybook and Rainbow Parking (also known as Golden Parking) are scamming customers. I have a system in my car that allows me to remote control it and also see location my car is in. My car was used on various occasions and stored in a residential address and not a secure car park as advertised!!! Upon receiving my car, my diesel was almost finished and there was a Tesco clubcard for a stranger called “MRS Y RAJARULAN” in the passenger seat. Ezybook will not offer any compensation and Golden parking has refused to respond or investigate this. They ignored all emails from myself. My car could have easily been stolen or damaged. Ezybook takes payment and refuses to hold Rainbow Parking/Golden Parking accountable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES. Check reviews on Google and also Trust Pilot. Please Ezybook, do not attempt to respond unless you are now going to compensate me or actually hold Rainbow Parking/Golden Parking accountable.

never use this company, they have used my car and made the car completely worst postion by leaving used water bottles, juice bottles and also crisp packets, they have also stolen spare money in the car, they haven't handedover the car to, they left the car in parking and key on the front tyre, they told after calling several times, at some point they were threatning me they dont even give my car and told me to what i can do to them. i would never use this company at all.

Shocking!!!!!! Do not use under any circumstances, car brought back with '0' miles in the tank it was left with 1/2 a tank 600 miles on the clock 1.5 hour wait and as told to f off And reading all the other reviews I'll be getting parking tickets in the post DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE

If there was a zero rating, this company will still score lower. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!... It took over 40 minutes just to drop the car off since these cowboys had no clue of what they were doing, totally defeating the purpose of meet and great. I had to stand in a queue to drop my car off....On Arrival it took over 1.5hrs to get the car back after calling them over 50 times (they never pick up on the first ring!)My car was filthy apparently parked in a field.? One unlucky lady was told that they couldnt find her keys!!...how are they still operational?? with all these scathing reviews, its a disgrace and a bad look on Gatwick airport to allow these shody company to carry on sub par services to their customers...THEY NEED TO GO!!

Can only echo the experiences that people have had with this company. I have reported the company to the insolvency service and hope they will investigate this rogue company. The service is unsafe, the drivers are on the mobile whilst driving answering frustrated and confused customers. Frequently over the speed limit with their shabby vans. A safety risk for the customer and the rest of traffic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking service. Feel like I have been ripped off. Booked airport car parking and paid extra for free cancellation due to well documented airport problems. Had to cancel my parking 2 weeks before the date because of flight disruptions and still haven’t got my refund over 8 weeks later despite over 7 emails to them! YES OVER 8 WEEKS LATER.

I booked Enigma Airport Parking Ltd on line via MOBIT Airport parking (ezybook.co.uk) web comparison site. On departure we were kept waiting 20 minutes at the drop off point, even though I called them 30 minutes prior to arrival at the drop off point, as instructed. Upon our return I phoned and was told my car would be with me within half an hour. Half an hour later I called again only to be told that I was booked for a 5pm return, when in-fact my booking form said 1:45pm. I was again told my car was on its way. 20 minutes later I called again and was told I was calling the wrong company. I explained I was calling the number on my booking form. I was then asked what time, when and where I had dropped the car off and to describe the person I had given my car key to. I was also asked to describe what my car key looked like. After listening to them argue amongst themselves I was told again that I wasn't supposed to be arriving until 5pm. I told them they were mistaken and sent them a copy, via text, of my booking form. Approximately 20 minutes later I received a call telling me to make my way from the agreed collection point on level 4, to the drop off point outside terminal 3. I was given my key but was not given the ticket to pay for parking, so I was completely unaware that I was supposed to pay the parking at this location, as it was different to the drop off point where the driver collecting my car did give me a ticket to pay the charge. To cap it I received a parking charge notice of £40 from APCOA Parking which I have paid to avoid being charged £80. I have emailed both Enigma and Mobit Airport parking (ezybook.co.uk) several times and they have not bothered to reply.

Avoid. Needed to cancel the booking and had paid the cancellation cover. After about 10 emails I am still being told I need to pay and administration fee of £15 as I did not purchase cancellation cover. It is quite clear on the booking confirmation Cancellation cover Yes I mean how difficult can it be?!

When you compare prices to the other car parks it appears cheaper but your being fooled. I paid £69 plus £5 car Park fees to hand the car key to the worker and after I came back from My holiday i have to pay another £8 more!! They said its the airport prices but never informed us that we had to pay. Since no one told us that was their rules they need to pay but they simply just disagree and get cheeky with you. They are utterly disrespectful. I do not recommend

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT USE EZYBOOK OR ANY OF THE COMPANIES THEY ADVERTISE - THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! I had 2 bookings with Ezybook, the first being a Meet & Greet in March at Heathrow with a company called Enigma Parking, which ended up being a total disaster. Firstly, we were told to contact Enigma 15mins before we arrived at the drop off point to allow them time to meet us there but they wouldn't answer the phone. After about 30mins of trying them, they eventually answered. We were at the drop off point by this time. We then had to wait in the drop off area for over 30mins for them to finally arrive. On our return, there was no 'greet'. We arrived at our car in the Heathrow car park as instructed by the man on the phone, to find the car unattended, unlocked with the key just left inside, a completely flat rear tyre, Ray Ban sunglasses missing from the glove box, the car filthy on the outside and with rubbish left inside, including dirty face coverings and empty food packets. We had also dropped the car off with nearly a full tank of petrol and when we returned, the petrol light was on so had clearly been used while in their possession. When I called the man back he said the driver had needed to pop to the toilet and would return with the check sheet so he could hand the car back to us. Obviously this didn't happen. We waited for him to come back for some time but there was no sign. He clearly didn't want to face us knowing what state the car was in. He must've just parked the car and ran off. Eventually we decided to leave as we had just had a long flight and wanted to get home. We were also clocking up an expensive car park bill and obviously had to change the flat tyre and put on the spare before we could leave. This left us significantly out of pocket when having to replace the tyre and sunglasses, get the car cleaned and put more petrol in the car. Both Enigma and Ezybook showed absolutely no interest in trying to help resolve any of these issues we faced. They ignored emails and were impossible to contact by phone. We were left with no way of being able to sort any of this out. We just had to accept it and move on. As a result of this, I cancelled the second booking, a Park & Ride I had made for a 2 week holiday in May and requested a refund. I had paid a £2 cancellation cover fee when booking to ensure there was no admin fee and full refund was returned. I had confirmation of the cancellation on 26th April and was told the refund had been sent for processing and a confirmation email would be sent once processed. I finally recieved the refund on 29th July (over 3 months after I had cancellation confirmed). During this 3 months, I had emails ignored, and when I managed to speak to them on the phone, was told I wasn't their only customer and I should be more more patient and cooperative. The customer service staff were so rude and would hang up on me as soon as I challenged them on why I hadn't received my refund yet. All I was told was they would escalate my case to the accounts team and they'd be in touch to confirm within 24 - 48hrs, which wouldn't happen. They would say they were unable to contact the accounts team directly, which I find hard to believe. To say I'm relieved to finally get my money back is an understatement. I don't ever want to speak to these clowns again and don't want anyone else to have to go through the same. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, THE PEOPLE THEY USE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR ARE A DISGRACE AND THEY SHOULD ALL BE SHUT DOWN. THEY'RE NOTHING BUT THIEVES.

I booked Hunters car book through Ezybook. It was good price and easy website to understand. At the drop off, it was so good and easy. Quick transfer. Very good. Easy drop off. Good transfer. On return engine was on , car was warm and ready to leave. Excellent service"

Cancelled the booking but no satisfaction with receiving a refund. Very suspicious company, the online chat is with the same person ' Freddy ' no matter how many times you contact them. This is apparently common practice since I've read reviews.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Booked parking but cancelled on 21 April 2022 due to our flights changing to another airport. Despite being told we would have a refund minus an admin fee within 8 weeks, we are still waiting as at 21 July despite many tephone calls. In the meantime, we did foolishly rebook meet and greet parking. When our car was delivered to us at the airport 10 days later at 07.30AM, someone's lunch was left in the passenger door pocket. This makes us think more than one person was riding around in our car while we were on holiday. WOULD NOT BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Turned up hours late leaving us stranded late at night. Do not trust of use Ezybook or the drivers and companies they use unless you want to waste time and money. You have been warned.

Scammers, They cancelled my booking then tell me 8 - 10 weeks for a refund. Glad I didn't have to use them due to how they treat customers cars and terrible customer service.

I will keep on posting 1 star reviews,on any forum I can find so that when people look on reviews for this company, hopefully the bad reviews will overtake the lying shameful 5 star ones and reflect an overall bad review. We are now in receipt of 4 fines from the Borough of Hillingdon. When we look at the pictures of our car parked on a street, it has yellow parking fines all over it. Obviously these were taken off before the car was (finally after 3 hours) returned to us. We are expecting another 5. The total of days we left the car in the hands of Ezybook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reported to trading standards, the police, citizens advice and watchdog. Please keep on posting your bad reviews, the more they get the harder they will have to work to get the overall rating, which is why people (including ourselves, lesson defiantly learnt!) keep booking. Keep posting if you have had a bad experience, which I think is 100% of people using this sickening company.
