I got overcharged and I was waited long time they drove my car extra 40 miles so be careful people I will never use them and will tell all my friends and co worker be careful with this company very rude not professional at all it’s cost me lot more then the Texi

Absolutely DISGUSTING service!!! They don’t answer the phone for hours They are late or don’t turn up when you drop off your car They are late returning your car- they took nearly three hours to return my car They don’t park your car securely They use up petrol in your car for god knows what AVOID EZYPARK AT ALL COSTS YOU MIGHT AS WELL PARK YOUR CAR ON THE M25 AND LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

PLEASE PLEASE People be careful with this company....do not use ...if you do good luck you have been warned. Ok we did as instructed rang at 1030 for 1100 car drop off. Guy on the phone said ok and hung up, Reached terminal at 11 no car, 1120 I rang he said "its on the way" and hung up again. 1200 I rang again to be told the driver cannot get in the terminal so i was told I had to go to terminal 5. 45 minutes later we eventually reach terminal 5 surprise surprise there was no car. So for the 15th time I rang them to be told " it's on the way" again i was hung up on. 1300 hrs I rang again after 4 attempts I got through to be told to calm down and that the car is on its way, all I wanted to know how long it will be as we have been waiting since 11 am, he started getting angry at me, again I asked when it will be? To my shock his answer was " stop ringing I WILL SHAG YOUR MUM" That left me shocked and stressed, I told my wife that the company who have had our money and have our car has just told me to stop ringing or he WILL SHAG MY MUM.......this brought her to tears, I did ring again at 1400hrs to be hung up on. I recieved a call at 1415 asking me if I was in terminal 3 ? I had to explain his company told me to go terminal 5 I know why now give the company more time to lie to me because my car had not even moved never mind been outside like I was told, my car arrived at 1430, apparently the driver was just helping them, i asked who is boss was? To be told he doesn't know, so with this I realised we were dealing with a complete fraud company, probably no insurance so good job there was no damage, there were other families all in the same situation who had been waiting hours, reading the reviews all bad all the same experience I have,I bet nobody has had any responses from this company? Certainly no offer of a refund? Please read all the reviews, and make your own mind up.

NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! UNLESS YOU APPRECIATE BEING SPOKEN TO LIKE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, GIVEN WRONG DROP OFF AND PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS OR WANT TO WAIT NEARLY 3 HOURS FOR THEM TO BRING YOUR CAR BACK! 6 PHONE CALLS AND STILL A 3.5 HOUR WAIT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LISTEN, EVERYTIME YOU PHONE TO TRY AND TELL THEM YOUR BACK THEY JUST SAY YES MA'AM NO MA'AM HANG UP! THEN BLAME THE SHIFT CHANGE AND DETAILS NEVER GOT HANDED OVER, EXTREMELY RUDE, EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WOULDN'T WANT TO WISH UPON ANYONE! AND THEN THEY THREATEN YOU WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY DROP CAR OFF BECAUSE I LOST MY PATIENCE! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! IT ABSOLUTELY RUINED THE END OF OUR HOLIDAY AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A SINGLE HOOT. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! THEIR FINAL COMMENTS TO US WERE YOU WILL RECEIVE AN £80 PARKING FINE COZ I PARKED ILLEGALLY! ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A COMPANY AND CERTAINLY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TOO! WE WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS ASAP!

Terrible company. Over 2 hours now waiting for car to be returned. They hang up are rude. I have spoken to the police. They say these companies close down and reopen with a different name next day. There surely should be more control over this.

Parked with them for two weeks eventually got the car back on return to UK have now received over £600.00 in fines and parking charges from Hillingdon and various hotel parking! Please never use this company!

Really terrible service. Late on pick and return, rude, disrespectful and do not look after your car. Don’t answer the phone and when they do they cut you off. Do not use this company, reasonable on price but worth paying extra for a better service and not getting shouted at!!

were late returning the car.it was filthy and they just left the car key on top of one of the wheels. when rang to complain received abuse from person on other end of the line.avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful service, (07759 579014), EzyBook, goparknfly and enigma parking are a SCAM AND CON ARTISTS. They are all in it together. They will keep changing names to generate new business. Took my car at Heathrow and parked in an unauthorised car park resulting in me getting tickets. Refuse to pick up the phone and then hang up. Rude and don’t want to know.

Absolutely dreadful. 2 hours waiting going out, 75 minutes coming back. Controllers are rude to put it mildly, they even swore at my wife. Drivers are incompetent too....found out on the way out they had been waiting at the lifts at the other end of row A and didn't have the presence of mind to walk down row A to see if they could find us. Instructions just said park in row A, so having never been there before we thought we were in the correct spot. Also, no idea where they take your car! If you're thinking about this option, don't. Just pay for parking.

Poor communication I was stranded at airport they were not picking or responding to my text messages until check in time. Also I find my number plate removed from my car. I will never used them again and never recommend anyone.

Don’t trust this company at all !!!! Go for expensive more trustable and professional companies never again gov.uk have to investigate them because they are taking peoples cars and drive as their personal vehicle my story was 17th of April they pick up my vehicle 14:33 which I already told them I’m going to be arrived 14:00 because off late pick up I paid £8.50 in Heathrow Terminal 5 and when I come back from holiday 22th of April i wait them 1 hour out side of pick up point and they didn’t come to pick me up cause they said that was a issue with my vehicle and I told them to take me to my vehicle they come after 1hour 20 mins for me to bring me to my vehicle and I notice there wasn’t any Issues with my vehicle they was just lying to me any way I took my vehicle and go my home and I received penalty charge notice from Heathrow Terminal 5 drop off point 17th of April 14:51 which was right after they pick up my vehicle they drove to drop off area and pick up some one else in to my vehicle and was driving while he speaking with cell phone on his hand I try to contact them true their provided number or provided email u cannot access or leave voice mail cos their mail boxes full as well so highly warning ⚠️ Do not trust this people and don’t give them your car I paid my pcn charge aswell and I’ll go to court agains them to lose their business

Rude people, Unreliable Service, Car come back damaged, On my return they took 1 and a half hours and the found it funny DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! You will regret to !!!!

Ezybook rarely answer the phone r respond to emails. When you do get a reply on the phone they just tell you the supervisor will contact you. I am due to have a refund having lost confidence in the company but they are just ignoring me. No customer service at all

AVOID … AVOID … AVOID We followed the instructions that were given to us, to call 20-30 minutes before arrival at the terminal. Each time I rang there was no answer, I was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. However on the fourth attempt I managed to speak to someone, It sounded like I’d woken the person on the other end up!! We were told that the driver was on the way. After waiting over 30 minutes, I called for an update. I was told that the driver was 1 minute away. After waiting another 10 minutes, we were told the driver was in the lift, he apparently came and picked someone else up 🤬 lots of Rabbish. After 1hr and 45 min waiting and nearly missing our flights the driver finally arrived. On our return we rang as soon as we landed as instructed and sang when we had all our bags as instructed to be told the car would be returned in 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, we rang for an update to be told there would be 15 min and for us to get a coffee. After they asked us to give driver a tip as it’s there best driver and even made a joke about using our car as a taxi service !!!! Not what we needed after a 22 hr flight and waiting for over an hour again . Matters got worse when we arrived to the car to find that our white car was now black and the spoiler from our car was missing. When confronted the driver he told us he would report however that doesn’t resolve the issue. Called office and they were much the same AWFULL …. The service we booked was advertised as stress-free airport parking. As you can appreciate our experience was anything but this and cost us 5x more than advertised on repairing damage and cleaning the car.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely garbage customer service. This is nothing more than an opportunistic con. Incredibly rude staff who shouted over the phone and would not accept responsibility for not sticking to their word. They used all petrol, damage inside and outside the car, this is a crime. I received an £80 parking charge notice on the date when I was not in the UK. Someone who has been keeping the car keys must have illegally used the car without my permission without my even being aware of it. Overcharged in cash at airport car park despite paying online when booking. The Enigma company is dissolved on 04/04/22 but still, they are working illegally. Ezy book and Enigma company parking whatever they're all called, need to be transitioned into one and genuinely called the clown show! I have reported them to Police, trading standard and Insurance company, by the looks of it, they won't be around for long!! Avoid AT ALL COSTS!”

Booked a car collection service through Ezybook who recommended I used Rainbow Parking Meet and Greet operated by Golden Parking Ltd. To be brief, Rainbow didn't bother to pick up my car at Heathrow despite numerous telephone calls from me and promises by them that they were 5 minutes away. I had no choice but to use an alternative provider so I wouldn't miss my flight. Have sent emails to Ezybook requesting a refund and they just passed my email to Rainbow who obviously haven't bothered to reply. Under the terms and conditions of Ezybook, I'm entitled to a refund of the sum paid to Rainbow, yet they haven't taken ownership of this issue and I'm still waiting for a refund from them. Now liaising with trading standards as this company is awful and should be renamed 'Ezy-money'. I would touch this company with a bargepole, unless you purposefully want to ruin your holiday and lose your money in the process.
