“I recieved your order which was packaged safe and securely. There was no urgency but it did arrive before Christmas; thank you. I have used this product before and loved it so I was pleased to recieve it again. Many thanks Barbara”

“Really disappointed with service and product. Originally ordered as a Christmas surprise for my colleagues at work and was advised products would be delivered within 3 -5 workings day. When the presents did not arrive within the time-frame I contacted the company twice for an update and received an automatic response. I then called the company a week later and was advised they would be sent out soon. When the product did arrive 3 weeks later, it hadn't even been packaged nicely. Just a small bottle of fizz and chocolate shoved into a huge box. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite but did not apologise, acknowledge that the gifts were over 3 weeks later and didn't provide any further updates on when we would receive them. We specifically chose a local company however going forward we will not be using again.”

“I rarely post a negative reviews I know how important they are to companies. However my experience with BoroughBox has been extremely poor and very frustrating. All the items ordered arrived late, several arrived damaged and one has not arrived at all. I contacted the BoroughBox support team twice before Christmas however received no response to my emails other than an automated acknowledgement of receipt. BoroughBox's business model is to source their products from multiple suppliers. This is fine providing the customer experience is owned by BoroughBox however this is simply not the case. I called today to chase up on the lack of response to my email enquiries to receive an automated message advising me to click on some links in the original order confirmation email (placed 4 weeks ago) which then emails their supplier directly. This just adds to what has been a dreadful customer experience. I bought from BoroughBox and expect BoroughBox to resolve the issues not hand it over to their supplier base. My issues are still not resolved. Sadly, I cannot recommend BoroughBox and won't be using them again.”

“Not Happy as the hamper ordered before Christmas and in time for delivery to my elderly parents has still not arrived and no idea of when it will arrive. When the order was placed BoroughBox stated this would be delivered on the 23rd of December.... 2 weeks later and my parents still don't have a hamper... not happy:-(”

“Ordered a box for my son and partner living in London for Christmas 2020.. from Canada. Left it a bit late December 16th. Couldn't chat with anyone at BoroughBox as they were so busy. Took a chance anyway. The Box showed up the day after New Years day. The notification on delivery was excellent. Best of all The BoroughBox supplied a great surprise of beer and snacks not tried before. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.”

“I bought 5 of the Cheese Hampers for Xmas gifts, they were really nicely packaged in the box and the contents were lovely. the cheeses especially. would recommend and would use again.”

“Thank you, took longer than had hoped to arrive but understand the challenges especially before Christmas. Box would have been improved with a little something linking the product to the picture online....or tone down the picture online maybe. But thanks, not tasted any yet!”

“I am very disappointed with BoroughBox, wished I had never placed an order with you, which to this date has not been received by the recipient??? I tried to contact you by phone and have sent 2 emails enquiring to the whereabouts of the order, all a waste of time. Just wondering, since Christmas and New Year celebrations have passed, are you planning to deliver the food hamper for Easter? If it has been in transit all this time, or sitting around some post office delivery room since 16 Dec I should think it is not fit for human consumption by now. I would like to cancel the order and I request a refund.”

“I know you were inundated with orders over Christmas but I was impressed that you delivered the box I ordered to my son and his wife, who had just had a baby, on Christmas eve in time for them to have some Christmas goodies. They loved the contents and I know how hard you worked to deliver ontime. Many thanks.”

“Placed two orders early in December expecting delivery in 7/10 days. Did not arrive at destinations by Christmas, did not arrive by New Year and have not arreived yet. Would like a refund, please An order placed in Lancashire from another supplier arrived on time so hope they supply Yorkshire as well.”
