Very poor service as the order placed 10th December is yet to be received. I will not being ordering through them again and in view of the poor service, would not recommend them.

Very poor service placed an order on the 9th December for a relatives birthday on the 22nd. It’s now the 1/01/21 and it’s still not arrived. They don’t get back to you in a timely manner.

I would like to give more stars and a good review but I cannot give either as I am still waiting for my items to be received since I ordered it on the 12th of December !

Still haven’t received item ordered more than 20 days ago. Was not given clear indication that my package wouldn’t be arriving anywhere near Christmas. Tried contacting customer support and didn’t receive a reply. Sent a tracking link but the package wasn’t delivered to the courier. I appreciate you are an independent business operating in a testing environment but given that I placed an order weeks before Christmas, I’d expect to be clearly told in advance of my order wasn’t due to arrive before the holiday so that I could make other plans. Your attempts to minimise that communication by saying things ‘may not arrive until a little after Christmas’ didn’t reflect reality and didn’t account for letting down customers. I’ve asked for a refund for shipping and the item that still hasn’t been sent and I expect this request to be followed up with in a timely manner.

Worst service ever, no replies to endless emails, FB posts, goods not even delivered and no updates on the status of where the Christmas gift I ordered is and was due for delivery on the 22nd December, it’s is now 1st Jan. Instead I have been sent emails asking how my product was and how my experience was. I will never recommend this company, they were too greedy in taking money for orders they had no intention on delivering. The ignorance of refusing to reply to emails to their customers and still sending out marketing emails instead is unbelievable and shows they have no care to their customers. I am now expecting a full refund for my order and a reply within 24 hours. At the moment this company has stolen my money and makes me feel this is not a legitimate company and instead is fraud.

Given that my Hamper order placed on 12th December, is still to be received by my granddaughter, and today is 1st January, you have considerable cheek asking for a review.

Very disappointed. The hamper was ordered on the 11th for an agreed delivery on the 18th. I received an email saying there could be delays of 7 days due to delivery issues caused by covid-19. The hamper hadn't turned up by 25th, so I sent an email to cancel (14 days after order), as the phone lines were turned off. This action should have been enough for the order which wasn't picked or shipped to be cancelled as per my consumer rights. On the 29th I received an email saying the order has been processed and shipped. With possible delays of 14 days. To date 01/01/21 my parents still haven't recieved the parcel and I haven't been refunded. This is a food order, I'm not looking forward to the response from my parents if they receive it. What is the use by date ?

Placed an order, was able to select preferred delivery date. Only received communications that were very generic telling me it probably wouldn't be delivered. Now 10 days after the delivery date and its still not arrived. But got an email asking for my experience...

I’m still waiting for my Christmas order! Placed the order in time to receive (even with the stated delays) had an email to say it had been dispatched and would arrive on 24th but the tracking link didn’t work. Still waiting... appreciate your busy but as a food supplier, in the run up to Christmas, surely you knew you’d have increased demand and could have planned for this? There are plenty of distribution companies other than parcel force... stop blaming covid and postal delays, employ some more people and sort this out! There are many, many other companies who have risen to the same challenges. won’t be ordering from you again.

Terrible. Ordered a hamper for my parents Christmas present. I ordered at beginning of December to arrive Christmas Eve and still not arrived (1st January today). No refund or voucher offered just membership points-awful!

Despite ordering a gift hamper well in advance of Christmas, it never arrived. No communication, rang 3 times but couldn’t speak to anyone. Emailed 3 times and just got automatic responses. The Yodel tracker wasn’t working either. Finally managed to speak to someone 12 days AFTER delivery date when I didn’t follow the automated instructions and eventually got a full refund. Needless to say, your systems and processes are clearly not robust. Everyone is understanding this year due to the pandemic but with zero communication was frustrating and not acceptable. You should have closed your orders down if you were overwhelmed.

Christmas gift ordered in plenty of time which never arrived. Communication or being able to get hold of anyone was appalling. Eventually managed to get a refund, but as was two days before Christmas was too late for me to source an alternative gift. I really hope the company learn from their mistakes and employ someone dedicated in communication and tracking of orders.
